These guys know what theyre doing! The Tech. Who worked in my spa was named Daniel. Very polite and respectful, also one can easily see how he takes pride in his job and his workmanship. Very efficient, I highly recommend if you need any hot tub needs.

Reccomended by the previous owner of my house. I called three times in 5 days and no one ever answered. I finally just went by the office, front desk lady was nice and took my info and scheduled a visit 2 weeks later. On the day the 2 techs just showed up in my back yard taking apart my hot tub, never knocked or annouced themselves. My original problem was a broken hose, they took out a jet and left with it saying they would be back. 3 months later noone ever came back. I tried calling again, and noone answered. Went by the front office, same lady was there still very nice. She said the techs were out of town and when they got back she would call me and schedule to send them back. 3 more months later and still no call back, no jet, hot tub still in pieces, and the hose still broken.
