Very good customer service here! I manage a Transportation company in Phoenix AZ and I had a flatbed semi load into Rio Rancho NM. We had a problem with the load because the receiver did not have a forklift, only a pallet jack and the pallets loaded onto our truck were facing the wrong way so the pallet jack could not get underneath. Rather than having my driver come all the way back to Phoenix to reload the pallets correctly, I found Sunstate online and asked them for help. They were most gracious and willing to help us, I had the driver go over there and they switched around 16+ fully loaded pallets at no charge!
