The owner Russell seems to mean well and willing to get your machine repaired but heavily lacks business etiquette and professionalism. Hard to get a hold of and gave super delayed/vague responses. First impression he was hungover eating a slice of pizza at 3 in the afternoon on a Tuseday. Cant seem to give a straight foward time frame and or repair cost/quote. The shop (his small house garage) was very unorganized with multiple bikes, parts, tools, oil, etc. all over the place. He also doesnt want to give anything legally concrete such as a contract or agreement for being responsible for your vehicle and warranting his work. Seems like hes knowledgeable on bikes and repair but needs serious improvement on running the business like its a business. Im all about supporting local non - commercialized shops but unfortunately I cannot recommend this place if you want peace of mind and assurance your bike is in good hands.

Love Russel. He always gets my four wheeler going and back to tip top shape. Great mechanic.

Keep my 4x4 for 2 months and used it for a tote goat, never fixed it, and it sat in the hot sun.please do yourself a faver, [Dont go there]

Giving him 2 stars only because he didnt charge me anything.....although he didnt even do anything to repair my ATV....after having it for 4 months. I would have to say....take it somewhere else if you are serious about getting something fixed. Cannot recommend.

GREAT JOB!!! I read the reviews and I know how people get and how easy it is to complain and be unfair online.... I went to meet the guy and hes a good guy taking care of his children, small children so I can only imagine how a scheduling problem can occur with no notice. I always feel better putting money in someones hands that is caring for his family instead of cooperations who dont even care for their employees. Just remember we all make mistakes and how easy it is to complain endlessly... This is an honest hardworking guy. I will have more work done here. Good job thanks.

BEWARE!!! Ratings are 3yrs old and most likely the owners friends! He never fixed my Can-Am & drove it 110 mi while it was damaged!!I left my ATV with this business & after 3 weeks of not returning calls or FB messages, Im lucky to even have it back. I went to his house that he works out of. No one was home so I looked around for my ATV and saw more then a dozen out in the back of his house no gate & the keys in them. When I saw my Can-Am I didnt recognize it at first because it was full of mud. When I finally recognized the key chain, I turned the engine on and the odometer read 110 EXTRA miles on it! The tank was almost empty, from the full tank I originally had. He must have put gas in a couple of times to have actually driven that far.I havent had it fully inspected yet but besides it being dirty, I also noticed some parts even had time to rust, & one hand guard is now really loose. When I reversed it the engine stuttered which it had never done before. Im worried he did more damage to the engine because it never should have been driven until it was fixed. If all that wasnt bad enough, when he finally got back to me, he threaten to take me to court for taking my own ATV back, which clearly had never had been worked on. I had some parts I needed to pick up and he wouldnt return it until I had police intervene. I have photos to verify all of this.This guy Russell Murray is not in regulation with his zoning permit so if you took it to him he could be shut down at any time leaving your vehicle in limbo.

Do not take ur bike to this guy. He said he replaced the stator and regulator showed us an old one off of another bike. Come to find out he never replaced either one. He also said bike would be done in a couple of days it actually took 2 weeks. Hes hard to get a hold of once he has ur bike. Sleeps all day while his children are running around. BEWARE

Very respectful knows his Sh**. Reasonable prices. Brought 4wheeler for a gas leak an got it done in a timely manner. Would definetly recommend

Beware - Had my motorcycle for 2 weeks. Never Touched it, had to call multiple times to get a call back. Told me he doesnt go to bed until 5am and doesnt get up before 3- 4pm. Set a time to talk with him, hes out riding his bike. When I do get the call back, I get the like that there has been 25 other bikes at his house since I brought my bike over to get looked at. Kept telling me he could fix the bike, never gave me a time frame or a quote. He tried to talk himself up but just dont know how to run a business. He did help load the bike when I told him I was just going to take it back.

Not the type to usually leave reviews but I thought I should for this one. I just moved here from NC and my bike needed a little TLS. Russ is real down to earth, honest, chill guy. Does great work and knows what hes talking about. Best prices around and makes accommodations when necessary. I was very skeptical at first due to the negative reviews and I even brought that up to him when I called. Everyone has some low points in their life but I think he is past that and ready to move forward with his business and build up his customer relationships. I will be taking my bike back to him as long as im here. He is worth the call. Thanks!

Dropped off my bike on April 30th, 2015. Did not get my bike till October 12, 2016 still taken apart from where Russell here took it apart ordered his parts I guess from another planet and never not once got an update on how his work was going on the bike. But the call was almost instant when he needed money. Apart from paying $1,000 for an over priced parking space he then tells me that I still owe money? I practically gave him money and he not once thanked me for me even considering his service. Please dont make the same mistake that I did and waist my time, effort,and hard earned money on someone who has no remorse and no empathy towards others. Dont let him sweet talk you with his lame excuses because hes a professional crook. Thats do all day and their specialty is STEALING. Just if you drop of your bike and its not fixed in a timely manner know he is probably out there on vacation, paying court fees, or his hospital bills with your money. Look for a reputable place that will get your service complete in a timely manner and will thank you afterwards, somewhere you can recommend to others. Also keep in mind he leaves your property unattended in his home where he has an open property no gates, walls, nothing. There out in the open anyone can go in his yard and steal your bike.

This guy is a clown had My sons bike for over a month he told it would be done in a few days. When I told him I was tired of waiting he threw the bike outside and told me to come pick it up in pieces. $140 down the drain

He sucks!!! Spent lota of money and quad is still broken. He turned on to put in truck got it home and now doesnt work. He never returned phone calls or anything!! Dont go through this guy...
