Honest and professional. Prices are very fair. Performed scheduled maintenance on my Subaru. Also installed a new battery in my Chevy 2500HD. Only charged for the battery. No labor. Then on a separate visit, they checked out the cooling system on my Subaru. No charge again. Good folks.

Took my 2010 Charger to them as it was idling really rough and the check engine light came on/off a few times. Adam there let me know they did the same thing I did and checked for codes and nothing came up. Asked them to then go ahead and change the oil and give it a once over. When it was ready to go pick up was expecting a much larger bill than I got. They are fantastic! Will definitely be taking my car and my husbands truck there from now on.

Took in my 06 Duramax for repairs. These guys did a great job. The final cost was a bit less than what they quoted. How often does this happen. Honesty in a repair shop goes a long way. Truck was done and ready when they said it would be. Good to know there is still an auto repair shop that you can trust to be honest and complete the repairs on time. Thank you Ryan for taking care of the AC issue when I picked up my truck and Adam for explaining the details and process of the repairs completed.

I only had a transmission flush and a first look at a traction control issue that came up, but I always have my repairs done here. Adam is always helpful and wont oversell anything.

Ive always had great service from Ripon Auto. They listen to me when I tell them what is wrong with my cars. I use an OBD11 monitor to get the codes I need to diagnose my car problems. They even take my new parts that Ive bought and put them into my car. Not all service department will do this. Theres guys are very good at what they do. I highly recommend Ripon Auto for servicing and getting your car back on the road again! 😊

I had to have my car towed 🙄Dead battery and this battery is not where it’s supposed to be!! Chrysler 300m 😳I go to get my car and ask about the charges“No charge”“What?”“You replaced your battery last year so we are not charging you”.Not for installing either!!Great team there, great service Too!

Very honest and resonable. My truck was shutting off randomly. Had my truck towed to the shop. They found the ecm module was defective and replaced my ecm. I have not had any issues since.Thank you Adam and your team.

Im in my vehicle on the go everyday, with all of my kids and their activities. Having a safe dependable vehicle is so very important. I went in last week that my aging 10 yr old SUV was going to need some pretty significant repair including a rear engine seal. The car started acting up right after the last oil change including a leaking rear engine seal. The oil change was done at a quick lube place. Come to find out the quick lube place added double the oil that my car is supposed to have. It was leaking out just to get rid of the pressure. Ripon Auto Repair could have charged me for a rear seal and all sorts of other things but they didn’t. They diagnosed the problem changed the oil and checked the rear seal and did not have to fix anything. Excellent work

Ripon Auto Repair has always been our go to for all of our auto repair needs. The staff is friendly and costs are reasonable with trusted service.

First time at Ripon Auto, very happy with the results. I expressed my concerns with my corvette and they looked into it as well.They called back shortly there after to inform me of issues, which I expressed with them earlier. Which involved moving parts around in order to repair. The front crank cover gasket and seal it was leaking oil and getting all over the exhaust. While they were in that segment of the engine they also replaced the water pump and the original harmonic balancer and belts.So far no leaks, however I can still smell a bit of hot oil when stopped at a red light. That may be some old oil not burned off yet..Not really sure, apperantly you can’t steam the under carriage of any vehicle in the San Joaquin valley. Some environmental water protection.I don’t like oil leaks. Yet you need to steam to check for them.Over all I was made to feel good about leaving vette there. It went in around 8am and out that afternoon...So far so good, I will bring my other cars there and will always recommend to others. In closing let me say that I took it to another auto shop in stockton they said that most of the leak was coming from the upper and lower oil pan which would of had a lot more involment. When I got under the car later, the leak was not at all cocnsistant with upper and lower oil pan leaking. So I passed on Stockton shop.My wife and were in Ripon having a coffee on main and say the shop. So I went in, Ryan was there right away to listen to my problem. We set up the appointment and it got done.Thanks Ripon Auto.
