Ive gone here several times for new tires and tire repairs. Service is friendly, fast and they always answer any questions clearly. Ive had tires fixed that I did not purchase here and I had no problem at all with them trying to sell me or overcharge me. Ill keep coming back as I trust them now. thanks

Came in off the 99 after my tire started going down. They were able to do a quick repair, and got me back out within 45 minutes! Only cost $20 flat. Pretty dope. Thanks guys!

Amazing people work here. We found a screw in our front right tire in Ripon, California. They fixed the tire and we were back on the road with in 45 minutes, on a very busy Saturday.

Your a professional tire shop. You should be using a damn torque wrench not an impact wrench to reinstall.EDIT FOR RESPONSE Im a mechanic and keep a full set of tools in my truck. I needed to throw more grease in the bearing so I had to remove the wheels. After noticing different tightness I got out my torque wrench. Numbers were all over the place. Either yall forgot a step or have bad tools or something.

I love dealing with these guys. Always super friendly and attentive. Had a valve stem leaking and called Kyle. Told him my issue and he invited be to come right down. I dropped in and they fixed my issue. When time to pay they said no charge. Again, Kyle and the Team were great. Highly recommend for all services

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Thank goodness I stopped to have a leaky valve stem looked at... I was about to have three blowouts on my horse trailer. Thanks to their warranty and new and improved tires I am replacing all four of my horse trailer tires for safer ones and peace of mind!

Promptly greeted, quick diagnosis of issue and repair. Came in for tire rotation but needed alignment. That got it all done in about 30 min. Alignment charge was reasonable.

Great service here! I thought I just needed brakes but it turned out my front axle was busted. They explained everything to me in plain English, told me my options, gave me a ride home, and repaired my car the same day. Everyone on staff was professional and friendly, and the facility was clean and orderly. Highly recommend!

Love the guys over a Les Schwab so much. They were really fast at working with me to get my brakes checked. Come to find out it was the rotors and they gave me various options on fixing them. Great service from all of them. No complaints there ever.

The best complement I can think of for a tire shop: “my wife loves to go there” ...! the peace-of-mind knowing that she’ll be treat more-than-fairly is priceless.My first experience with them was when I randomly went there with a flat tire. They fixed it for free, even though I hadn’t bought the tires there. That quality of experience has led me to buy many sets of new tires there, a couple vehicles and a few years later!

The young man at the counter, was very knowledgeable. Walked outside, looked at what needed to be completed. Had, pulled my vehicle in did the work and had me back on the road in, 30 minutes. Very professional. Will use them again when passing through the area.

I took the car to the Les Schwab center in Ripon Ca.for lack of break fluid, the fluid was liking out, they told me they need to replace some parts and they charged me $547.79 for the parts and i happily paid for everything, after two days i saw some liking under the car, i took back the car for liking issue again and they told me there is no evidence of liking because they did not see any changes in the fluid, i was told to watch the fluid for a longer period of time and if there is any changes, they will take care of it. they gave me a (Full Warranty) letter, now that most of the fluid is already liked out and i can prove to them that they have not fixed the issue yet, they are telling me i have to pay for another part to be replaced in order to stop liking, the exact part that i showed them when i took back the car two days after they gave their warranty letter, it is unbelievable, when they want to charge you they give you a big smile and they assure you they will take care of everything, but it is all lie and fraud

Ive revised my original review as I never say never. I only have Jordan to thank for changing this review from a 1 Star and what was originally quite a Poor review to Saving the day by taking a what started as a less than desirable situation and delivering stellar results in a short period of time and Customer Satisfaction Excellence. I work in an industry where delivering results that meet customer requirements are a must. I can say Jordan and his team did just that. They stepped up and delivered!

Always gave great service! Honestly wont go anywhere else. Even if it was cheaper elsewhere. Had other tire shops in the area try to scam me for used tires cause they saw my truck on a tow truck, went here and got them for a fraction of the cost.

Ive always had good experiences with Les Schwab, but today was exceptional. I was unable to avoid a huge piece of tire tread on Hwy 99 yesterday, and even with the fairly high clearance on my 14 Nissan Murano, there was a very loud clunk, which I promptly forgot about. This morning I noticed a piece of metal hanging down from the undercarriage, and thought uh oh...THAT doesnt look good. Rather than take it to the dealership, I had the brilliant idea to have Les Schwab check it out first. Good move! Even though the tire tread had broken off the clasp of the piece covering the gas tank, Casey was able to put it back together using his super powers. Im sure thats not what the dealer would have done, but Im also certain if it hadnt been safe, he would have told me that.My husband also had a good experience with them a week ago when he thought his tire was flat. It had a slow leak which they quickly repaired and got him back on the road.Les Schwab at Jack Tone Rd...you guys are the best!

Had a flat on my commute. Looked up Schwab on my phone. Webpage says closing soon. Sure enough it was 5:57 pm. Called them anyway. Asked if there was anything they could do to help. First a guy came out and put on my spare. Then said I could follow them to get new tires. I said “still”? He said sure. Now I have tires and can get on the road early to work without worrying about getting tires. Thanks

The Team saved the day!On my way to pick up my daughter from RCS realized I had a flat tire. Just left grocery shopping so had cold items in car. It’s the middle of August and it’s 104 outside. Amazed, the young man pulled me in right away. On another note my wife is recovering from a fall and has a crushed knee cap. She was allowed to stay in the car and he proceeded to fix the tire in 10 minutes. I tried to pay and he refused to accept. I tried to tip and again was denied. We’ve used this shop several times in the past. They are hard workers and super polite. We will continue to do business at LES Schwab in Ripon.

Got 4 new tires. Went about 30 miles. Got a flat because they put the hubcap on wrong and broke the valve stem. Went to different Las Schwaab for repair. Went about 15 miles and the tire went flat again because the other store did the same thing to the repaired tire. Went back to original store where they found 2 other hub caps that were replaced wrong. Ended up getting metal valve stems to avoid future problems

First time i visit this place and I was very have with the service I got from Michael, I was having a bad morning due to I got a flat tired @ 4:30 am on my way to work . I was so frustrated about what had happen to me and not be able to try to find a tired place open earlier morning, I wait until 8 am for les schwab to open and when I got here i was welcome by Michael. He was very helpful, fix my problem and make my day.

It was a very good experience. I came in with a flat tire. Inside dual on my work van. They fixed it for free and I didnt even buy my tires there. I really appreciated it and when it comes to buying new tires I will certainly consider Les Schwab.

We have been using Les Schwab in Ripon for a few years now and they take very good care of us every time we need help. Our motorhome was at the storage lot with a VERY low tire one day a few months ago. Les Schwab drove the their truck to the lot and aired up the tire. Today our dual tires were low. We took it to Les Schwab and Levi took the tires off and went above and beyond to get our tires correct. It is bad valves on the extenders. This store is very professional and helpful whenever we need work done.

Before I went to Ripon I went to the Les Schwabs by my home on Madison because my tire light showed to check I was a little low on air but the light didnt turn off. He told me it would cost $25 to turn off the light. I told them forget it I drove to my parents home before I went home my tire was real low so I stopped @ Les Schwab in Ripon is wonderful my tire was lo he said in fact all tires were and he showed me under the dashboard where I could reset to watch for light & check when I get home. He add air he was so helpful did not cost me anything Les Schwabs Ripon youre the best Thanks !
