Picking up those medications

My husband and I are traveling the USA. He stopped in to get his pneumonia shot. Our insurance is tricky and complicated. The technician was patient, skilled and competent until she resolved it in our favor. John, the pharmacist, also provided quality, professional customer service in administering the injection.Thanks so much!!!

It is incomprehensible to me, that after spending 2 days in urgent care for a potentially life threatening leg infection, having surgery on it, that my wife would meet with the pharmacist, who was holding my needed prescription in hand, and being refused delivery of that medication because his cash register was already shut down for the night. Are you kidding me? We have used this pharmacy for 17 years, but never again. What did we do before we were slaves to our technology? Oh, we used to write stuff down, to satisfy the immediate need, and update proper records later, if it meant doing the right thing. Not let someone like a valued customer, ha, ha, suffer needlessly while they withhold your medication, because they cant think for themselves, and act like a responsible caring person instead of an automated machine.

Not military friendly.Higher up management doesn’t know anything about their Spirits/ wine section because they state that they’re allergic. You’re running a store with products that you’re allergic to and know nothing about seems kind of closed minded to me. When a customer asks if you carry a certain brand or help picking out a product that they wish to purchase in your store, the customer get zero help. It’s just disappointing to see higher management not take the initiative to be proactive when they’re all about selling products and customer service. Will not return.

I dont go here often. Usually I go to Walgreens to get my OTC meds and quick items, but this store carries a larger variety of every day items so I sometimes find myself here. The store is clean and the employees are nice. It does have a weird smell to it, which might just be because its in an older building? Or perhaps the carpets soak up smells. Either way it isnt too bad just a bit unpleasant. Good place to go if you need quick access to household items and you dont want to drive all of the way to Target.

Clean and organized. Their prices are high in comparison to other stores.
