I’ve been going here for two years now and I probably won’t continue after today.Let me start by saying that the staff is always more than pleasant and it is always very clean.However the last few times I’ve gone I have left less than satisfied. More than a couple times the wax wasn’t hot enough and was painful when pulling. This left me with spots of blood which is not normal for me. The last visit she took off way too much hair and It looks so ugly. She apologized when I confronted her and felt bad. I didn’t want to make a big fuss because it’s only hair but I really don’t like how it looks.This isn’t a bad location but I’ve been to better.

Justine is the best that I have had work on me. I have been going to this location for years. She is so gentle but thorough.

Have been going to this location for over a year, usually overall a good experience although depending on which specialist, the outcome of the wax can vary... today I checked in for my 12:15 appointment at 12:06 and by 12:35 I was still waiting in my car to be called in, I had to call to reschedule (was immediately placed on hold) I then explained the wait and why I was rescheduling and no one offered an explanation or an apology which isn’t the greatest feeling, a simple “we’re running behind!” Text or call would’ve made a world of difference when my wait time was 20+ minutes

Today was my second visit here and again it was pleasant! From the easy mobile check in, to the friendly greeting from my waxer, it was amazing. Patricia is who I will continue to use as my waxer. She truly makes the experience fun and answers any questions. She is friendly and professional and the conversation helps to distract from the fact that you are getting waxed. The facility is very clean and the appropriate amount of time is spent on you. I truly look forward to my next appointment. Thank you for everything!

Booked first appointment same day. Reservation Specialist was courteous and knowledgeable. Patricia is amazing at what she does, professional and amicable. Convenient free parking.

I love this place because all of the people are so polite, welcoming, and they engage in great conversation. My only issue is I feel that the one waxer, Patricia needs to work on her technique a bit. She lets the wax harden way too long on your skin, making it way more painful than normal upon removal. Yes I strutted out, but with a sore Brazilian area, and spots of blood and wax stuck to me.

Super aggressive and painful, didn’t even wax all my hairs for my Brazilian, and left pieces of wax on me after.

Jeline is the person to go to, Especially for a brown skin girl, she was amazing if it’s your first time go to her for a fact! she will try to have a conversation with you to avoid awkwardness. When she wax you, you will feel no to little pain. she will educate you on how to take care of your self after a wax. And explain which product is best for you. I can’t express how good she is . Jeline is the go to person .

I have been going to this wax center for 3 years now! I have worked with Kimesha, Patricia, and manny. They are very professional and comfortable.I have received brazillians and eyebrow waxes done by Kimesha and Patricia and manny and they are efficient and gentle. Highly recommend them to anyone :)

I decided to go try it out since ive been waxing for years and this place is right down the street from my house. After 3 years of great visits all I can say is that this is my go to place. The girls here are nice and i always leave hairless and happy.

Great customer service and everyone made me feel super comfortable for my first time wax. The receptionist and workers were super sweet and friendly. Highly recommended this location.

I had a very bad experience for my full Brazilian when destiny did it. But, found kimesha she is the best for Brazilian. She’s trying to get me back to where I am damaged with.

Second review for this location, after not going here for a couple of months because of the service I received that I was definitely unhappy with I gave it another shot this time. I went yesterday thinking i’ll Be happy with the service this time around. Unfortunately that was not the case. I came in and I tried getting the promotion that they have which is buy 9 and get 3 free. The front desk tried her best helping me out but I think she’s pretty new and left there by herself. Charged my card twice and until till moment waiting for their merchant to refund the amount because she wasn’t doing it right. Then came Maria or Mary to do the wax. She lacks the skills that others have to make the visit a little bit more painless. Looks like she’s also new. All in all I would never recommend this location specifically.

I received the free waxing service as a first time guest. I thought it went quite well. The receptionist greated me warmly, the tech explained all the steps she was taking, and the results were exactly what I wanted. However, there was a strong push to upsell me future services and products. Not that I mind that, but it felt more forced than natural - like the pressure to sell is stronger than the belief in the product. But hey, overall Im happy and I will return.

WARNING WARNING WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EUROPEAN WAX!!! SCAM AND RIP OFF ARTISTS. THEY SCAM YOU INTO PACKAGES AND RIP YOU OFF! DONT WORK HERE AND PLEASE DONT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE.They sold my wife a package while she has one and refused to return the money. Then wanted to charge a cancellation fee after the manager lied to us. Now my wife is really unhappy and they took the position of its her problem she gave her credit card information. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The manager said she would call back and never did. This place is a scam. Go to your local nail salon for waxing its a lot less expensive and better customer service. Even a massage place does better and is probably 1/3 the cost. BUYER BEWARE

I scheduled an appointment online and they did not have the info on their schedule. I had to leave. They were very unhelpful and did not care that I drove all the day there for nothing even though I showed them pictures of my appointment confirmation.

I was looking for Brazilian wax and I had a really good experience with European Wax Center. Clean environment and good service at the front desk. The person who did the waxing service was Destiny. She is very professional, did it quick and without any pain. She also used as “talcum” powdered which is good for waxing and believe me, I am Brazilian and I know about waxing 😀I dont know about the others attendants but if you go there ask for Destiny. The only thing not so good is the price, I found it expensive however as it was my first time on site I got a good discount. I would certainly recommend this place.I was looking for a place to do hair removal like in Brazil. Here in the USA its called Brazilian Wax (total groin hair removal). My experience with this place was great. The person who did my hair is called Destiny, was very professional, fast and I felt no pain. She used talcum powder before shaving, which is great for waxing to adhere better. I dont know about the work of the other attendants, but if you make an appointment for hair removal ask for Destiny.The only not so good thing is the prices, I found it expensive but as it was my first time in this place I got a good discount.I definitely recommend it!
