I will start by saying I never got my order. I loved Imaging World. Inkphoria... No. I placed an order at the beginning of July. At the beginning of August I started to inquire about my order. By the end of August after I had heard about how the transfer of the business had gone wrong (similar to the last comment) I heard many many other stories and got very odd emails and texts as to why my order was not ready. By the end of August I had enough. No date was ever specified for order completion and the emails were increasingly odd. So many empty promises. I placed my order with competition. They had my shirts ready in a week. My experience with Inkphoria was odd to say the least. I will not use them again.

Previous complaint Imaging World was great to work with. Professional on time work. Since the ownership has changed it has been everything but that. I ordered one product that I was told could be done in a few days. Needless to say I did not get the order on time and a week later it’s still had not been created I was given the runaround told that it would be ready when my husband went to pick it up not only was it NOT ready when he stepped out for a few minutes to give her time to finish it up she locked him out of the building. I called and spoke to the owner who was extremely rude, yelled at me, told me that he has issues related to how the previous owner handed things over, when I asked why nobody bothered to tell me things were not going well and give me an expected delivery date of the product he said he wouldn’t be able to get it done and then hung up on me. Don’t bother with this company. This was a birthday gift for my father which is now over a week late which I could have had somebody else working on if I would’ve had the respect of knowing it wasn’t going to be done.

We have used Imaging World for several years, and always get our custom t-shirts produced to our specification with great communication. They are able to meet our pricing needs with products that are high quality. They always ship directly to our middle school in Prior Lake, MN. I have done everything over email with no trouble!

Im a small business owner and Imaging World has been nothing but amazing!!! It was thanks to their shirts and graphic designer that I got the logo for my company.The staff is so incredibly friendly and welcoming and no matter how small or large of an order I have they always deliver!!!

2 years ago we got great and fast service. 2019 brings much less. Have to pay before you even get artwork, cant get answers to questions, cant handle the work load.

We ordered a lot of shirts, custom warm up shirts, hats, super fan apparel, baseball hats, and car decals for the PL volleyball team. Imaging World turned everything over quickly and the end product was awesome!! Best customer service out there!!!!

Poor customer service, poor quality for the prices, poor communication, and completely unreliability. Read on if you want to know my experience. Ordered $200 worth of gear on 3/29. That was 7 items. We were promised it would all be ready week of 4/22. So after not hearing anything or any issues I called them that week and was told the machine was down the week before so got a little behind but still trying to get done prior to 4/26 which is when I absolutely needed them. Red flag that maybe you shouldn’t have started the stuff a week before they’re due when they had the order for a month. Anyways I said call me and let me know the status. The deadline came and no word. I called the morning of the deadline and was told there were some back orders on my 2 jackets. We had made other calls prior to this and it was always some excuse and the girl I talked to was even told to basically just make up excuses. So Friday I was at my event without my gear and was told the only way to get it was to drive to River Falls. All of it was done except the back ordered jackets. I wasn’t going to leave and go get it. Monday after deadline I call to see the status on the back order and they had no idea. But they told me the complete rest of my order was ready in Hudson! It was in Hudson on Friday when I had called and they said it wasn’t. What?! I told them to forget the jackets and said to give me a refund on them. They agreed that was ok. On the following Wednesday I called because I hadn’t gotten an email on the refund and she said well actually we aren’t going to give you a refund only store credit. Well I was extremely frustrated at this point. Well anyways after a long conversation she agreed to give me the refund and the refund on all the other items but I could still go pick up all the gear. When I had talked to them a couple times they were at the office in the morning so Friday morning I went into town (I live 25 min from Hudson) to pick up stuff. I then realized online says they don’t open until 12 so I thought that was odd. I tried calling a few times and no order and hours on the voicemail said 12. So I drove home. I called at 12 to say someone else will be picking up the stuff for me and they said oh someone was at the store in the morning! Anyways the stuff was picked up and all I got was 3 items out of my original order of 8! Yes I was getting refund on it all but still I was told it was all done and I was entitled to it all. I will edit this if possible if anything comes up in regards to my refund. Through it all some people have been really nice and some not so much. The stuff we did get was very cheap quality.
