Fantastic people to deal with, have a great selection of rental equipment, wish they were closer to where I live.

I do conduction and own rentals... Ace is he place to go if you need to get the job done. Most of the staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. Store is always clean and organized.

I had to go in and try and find a adapter for my portable dishwasher. I ended up going twice because of how weird my faucet is. But these guys took the time to help me twice and was patient with me. Every single employee that Ive met here is super nice and seems like they actually care about your issue. Best hardware store Ive been to in a long time.

Great service and selection!

Solid 3.5 stars. This Ace is open sundays and till 7 PM weekdays. They have decent craftsman tools, they can look up n order Briggs n Stratton parts (we can also get them ourselves online but may have to pay shipping). The other thing I like about this Ace is their huge supply of specialty fasteners. They do not have WiFi and their prices are fairly high.

Needed a key made for a padlock. It w a the only place in the area that carried that type of key.

If your going to River Falls ACE, your not going because of the price. Pretty high price on most stuff. Service is good and their small engine repair is pretty decent. The only rental place in town and I use their equipment alot, they have good quality tools for rent.

Did a curbside pickup. Piece of cake. Found the item on the website, called with the Ace number to verify that the item was in stock, and placed and picked up my order in about an hour (Im a considerable distance from River Falls... Had to go where the product was if I wanted it that day (it was the closest that had it!))

The staff is helpful and like many local hardware shoes the have the hard to find, off pieces that are often not sticker at big box stores.

They have literally everything youll need for any home projects and necessities. They have the best prices for bulk bird seeds and Christmas trees. Staff are ALWAYS helpful and knowledgeable.

Always great customer service. Just recently an employee (Jacob) did alot of research and legwork trying to find the desired product. He even stop by my work while he was off the clock to help me out. Thats what I call going above and beyond!

FREE POPCORN*edit* the pandemic took the popcorn, but its still a good hardware shop and one of the few places to get propane tanks for the grill REFILLED rather than simply exchanged. Handy when you want to top them off rather than run them down to zero.

Couldnt get waited on to get things done.The manager, much less than the owner have to be clueless Du$# &@&$.Just guessing......

Love this place, very helpful staff always ask what youre looking for, easy to find stuff and they have a good selection of everything. I drive farther to go hear and save time walking around Home Depot.

I stop into Ace hardware almost on a daily basis for my business. I always get greeted as I walk in and even though Im there all the time and have come to get to know the work crew on a personal level, they still ask if I need help with anything. The team has caught on to me when I start wandering the store and always say, ok Al, what are you looking for now. Cracks me up because they know I wont ask unless Im on a time frame. People say there prices are on the higher side but the way I see it, The time and gas spent to run to Menards in hudson, I will have ended up paying the same price anyways. Ace hardware is conveniently located for all my needs since my shop is basically across the street.

River Falls Ace Hardware provides excellent service and their rental program is solid too. Lots of different equipment at really reasonable rates.Prices are on the high side. They obviously know that people are willing to spend a little more for an item here or there instead of driving up to Hudson.

Smaller store, but well organized. They fill Propane on RVs too! Great service.

Love having a local store. Always have whatever I for around the house. From bird feed to nails to plumbing repair parts. Good courteous service.

One of my joys in life is going to the hardware store. I like to wander around and hunt for all of the things on my list. The River Falls Ace Hardware is one of the best hardware stores I have ever been to. There is always lot of help if you need to find some oddball bolt or part. The staff all have radios and will locate anything you need in seconds. The did expand some and now have more square feet of hardware. This location also has an excellent rental selection. I have rented many items from them over the years.Only reason they lost a star is for their pricing on some of their items is a little bit on the aggressive side. I dont expect them to be Menards cheap but they could try to at least price things a little bit more affordable.

Salesman was VERY polite and helpful. He cut our plexiglass exactly to the size we wanted and showed us what to do if the piece wasnt exact (which it was). Thank you ACE hardware. Just shows its worth it to support our local businesses.

I was putting in a new ceramic tile floor in my bathroom and needed more mortar, so stopped in at this Ace Hardware to pick it up. They assured me that what I was using was not nearly as good as another brand of mortar they sold and I needed to buy that. This other brand It was much more expensive for a smaller amount but they reassured me over and over, so I trusted them and bought it.After Im halfway through the bathroom I notice on the label it says its for small wall tile only, not to be used for floor tile.So I go to Menards and ask them why this would have been recommended and they were clueless, as it was absolutely the wrong type of mortar for the job, and they told me to finish with what I originally had purchased.Now, a year later, all of the tile I put down with the product Ace recommended is popping up, causing some to even crack. Im going to have to tear it all up, buy more tile, and re-install the floor.All this just so Ace Hardware could get a few more bucks out of me, even if it meant selling me the wrong product.

If you want to be treated like a nuisance for having your equipment serviced by an employee that would clearly prefer that people being their equipment elsewhere for service, this is the place for you. They dont even answer the phone half the time, but if all you need is a box of nails and some nasty free popcorn the place will probably suffice.

A double great experience! This morning I needed a pin thingie for my horse trailer but was guessing the size. The manager came out to check that we had the right size. Tonight my windshield wiper ripped and I stopped in and they had what I needed Plus the very nice young man put them on for me! It would have taken me a step stool and a half an hour! Thank you!

You generally can find what you need here, unfortunately there is a bit of an up-charge in price for the convenience of not having to drive 12 miles to the next town for a lower cost.

This Ace is the Best place to get your iphones fixed if you have a broken screen. We used to use Gophermods, but they would take DAYS to fix the screen, and River Falls Ace can do it while you wait. Who wouldnt want their phone back same day? We may have to do a @Youtube channel segment on them @thevialls. Since they are really close to Prescott, its close for us.
