Very pleased with the service. I dropped in on a Saturday afternoon with a bad tire (nail - unfixable), and while they were not able to immediately replace the tire, I left my tire and drove on my spare until Monday, I arrived for my appointment and they immediately mounted the near tire and checked everything out. I will be happy to return for other services.

They were very professional and therefore I didn’t have any problem with the service they provided. They have gone far and beyond my expectations and the price for the service was remarkable! I highly recommend them for any future services! Great work!!!

Start to finish, excellent experience! I called for a quote on tires and the person I spoke to went over 3 different tires for me and helped me make an informed choice to meet my needs best. They dont offer tire specials, but I was told to call a place that does and they would honor a price match. When I came for my appointment (replacing all 4 tires), I was told it would take an hour. They finished in half the time! I would definitely recommend Cassidy and will return as needed.

Exceptional customer service. Blew my tire and needed a new one. They didnt have it in stock but sent a courier to another store to get it. John kept me updated while we waited & even bought a soda for my son when he ran to get drinks for his workers. Super tidy and efficient!

Cassidy Tire River Forest is the best. I’ve been taking my 2009 Lexus to this location since we moved to the area in 2016. Everyone we’ve dealt with at that location has been professional and very friendly and accommodating. We purchased two sets of.tires there and have had other car maintenance done.I would HiGHLY recommend CT River Foresf and know you are dealing with an honest, ethical company and professional staff.

The service l received was excellent. My vehicle was throughly evaluated and serviced. I was given valued information and several options. I said yes to do the work. Now I am a safer and happy driver.

I’m sorry to say I will NOT be returning to this business. For some reason or another, my tires are prone to seeking out nails. I’ve had to purchase 2 new tires in the past year. With this being said, I wasn’t offered road hazards on my new purchased tires. So when the third nail arrived, I went back to Cassidy to find I had to pay $40 for a nail repair on the new tire. When I inquired on the road hazard, he stated we didn’t offer it to you because you only purchased on tire. Most people don’t get it for one tire. On my circumstances, I was very upset. I’ll go to the car dealer instead. It’s a shame because with my luck, I will probably need two more tires, sooner than later. Try to support local businesses but this one makes it difficult.

I originally set up an appointment for an alignment. The morning of the alignment I decided to call and get a price for tires too. I had priced them at Costco and figured after the alignment I’d go to Costco and get tires, but they beat Costco’s price.Once they got the vehicle in the air they noticed I had bad lower control arms. They quoted me a price and I also called my regular mechanic to get a quote. They were close and the car was already up in the air so I went ahead with the work either the caviot that I had to be in the read by a certain time.These guys not only beat the time they said it would take,but, the total was about $70 below the quote.The vehicle drives great and I got a great deal. I’d recommend these guys to everyone.

Got an appointment right away, was taken immediately on my arrival, was promised an hour for the work, was phoned after 50 min, car waiting for me with tires rotated and recalibrated to dash display on return, prompt checkout, reasonable cost. Everything this should have been. Will be back.

Great experience overall with Cassidy. I did not plan or expect to end up there for my new set of tires but my usual tire center was having stock issues. I called Cassidy and they were able to get the tires same day and even though they were busy managed to fit me in. They did a full inspection for free and recommended some other repairs, but did not push them on me. My car was ready for pick-up earlier than expected. David also helped guide me toward a better tire even though it was much cheaper than the tires I had originally intended to buy. Overall, great expertise, advice, and service.

Needed a tire repair for a tire with two nail punctures and a slow leak. In and out in less than 30 min after arriving for my appointment. No charge, as I had the road hazard coverage when I bought my Generals from Cassidy.

This was my second time back. David and his team were very professional and went out of their way to get me in same day, made recommendations on what the best tires were for both my car and my budget and had me in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Will definitely go back for other services.

MIxed results. The folks there got the oil + filter change done early and were very accommodating. Whats frustrating is they said they checked the tire pressure, but all 4 tires were more than 6 psi lower than they should have been. And they did not put back one of the tire valve caps. This particular shop long been a mixed bag. Years ago I had them replace the cabin air filter in our other car. When I went to replace it myself last year, I discovered that they could not have replaced the filter years ago - the metal bar behind the glove compartment was still intact -- a bar that had to be sawed off in order to replace the cabin air filter. Caught with their hands in the cookie jar, they quickly and apologetically refunded the charge from years ago for replacing the cabin filter which they had not replaced.

The prices were fair and the staff was friendly. They didn’t try to push anything on me that I didn’t need and made the repairs I needed quickly while I waited. Will be my new go to spot for tires and normal car maintenance.

Very professional service. I checked in and was told about 2 hours to get the alignment but they did the work in less time than expected. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. This will be my place for wheels and alignment.

Gentleman took my reservation to drop off my car for a different day than I wanted. I showed up 1/2 hour before they opened on a Saturday and they took me anyway.they did a thorough job and explained all issues clearly. Showed me all issues although I wish I had seen the screw in my tire, because I got another one last night.

The manager Dave is a pleasure to do service with. He gets me in and out of there real fast and give me detailed information where you can clearly understand what is going on with your vehicle. I am very impressed with his mechanics as well. They do a good job excellent and give you extra attention to your vehicle bet you didnt ask for anticipating the customers needs is a great asset to any company! Came here for tire service after reading reviews on several shops in the area. Cassidy did not disappoint! Super friendly, efficient, and they did not push any additional repairs on. In fact they suggested I call my Toyota dealer to see if I ever had my spark plug changed as my mileage is well over 100,000 mi. Turns out it has never been changed and I am grateful they caught that in the repair process - thank you to David and everyone at Cassidy!!

First time going here and I can say they have great service and the best thing is, I live right down the street which makes it more convenient to be able to leave my car and pick it up later when the work is done. Took my girlfriends suv in because the front two tires had little to no tread. Called ahead and David told me to come down and he’d squeeze me in. Ended up with 4 tires and a complete brake job. Both were needed very much so. He even took the time to show me the brake situation after they pulled everything off and we could see how bad the brakes were. Great service, fair pricing but the major thing is that the mechanics actually have 10-15 years of experience rather than less than 3 at a place like Costco.

The service was AMAZING. Dave was my service rep and he went above and beyond. I am hearing impaired and he made sure to use text to communicate and made me feel very satisfied with the overall experience. Thank you Cassidy. You just gained a lifetime customer.

Cassidy Tire and Service was great! My dad has been going there for years with his cars so we decided to try it out for ours. We brought in our car for a tire leak and to check the brakes. Our brakes ended up being fine (woohoo!) but they found some other issues with our car that they brought to our attention. They worked with us to make it more affordable...helping us break down everything needed to be done into steps so it was less overwhelming. They didnt push us into anything, just wanted us to leave with a safe car to drive. We will be going back to get the rest done soon!!

I called two other shops to get my flat tire fixed and they both said I had to make an appointment first and one of them said I had to wait two days away; really, for a flat tire...? I called Cassidy and they told me to bring it over and they were going to try to squeeze me in. I went over and they fixed it within 45 minutes, FANTASTIC...! Adam went out of his way to help me out and guess what, because of that, I am going send my Son over to Cassidy to buy 4 tires that he is looking to buy, why, because I TRUST Adam (Cassidy) and they helped me out...!

I appreciated the fact that they took the time to try to repair my flat tire. Even though I was told the tire could not be fixed, they put the spare tire on. The guy who helped me was very polite and thanked me for understanding that I’d have to go to another tire store to get a similar tire to what I had since they don’t sell that brand. I will be back again should the need arise.

Have been dealing with Cassidy off and on for 50 years. Still a good place for service and tires. However, their focus seems to be more on the bottom line these days.

David, the store manager, has outstanding people skills. I saw his professionalism in action with a difficult customer that came in as I was waiting for my car. This manager was a good choice and clearly is an asset to this store and company.My husband passed in December 2019 and had an account with this Cassidy store. They have treated me so kindly and fairly. It was nice to be able to chat with David and I saw his skills in action both on the phone and in person with customers . I’ve been here twice now. The first time I thought my car may need some services done, but they looked at the car and told me that nothing really needed to be done, then proceeded to not charge me even one cent for the inspection. I then came back to get my oil change and they did a good job at a good price. The guys at the front desk are friendly and knowledgeable as well

Went to Cassidy for 4 new tires for my Toyota Rav 4. I called first and asked about pricing and was given 2 in stock options. The price per tire $123.99. I was NOT told about the $100 mounting charge-the tire disposal charge- the new tire tax- the warrant charge. I expected to pay about $650 out the door (including alignment). My bill was $894! These people were nice enough but need to be upfront about the costs. I definitely would have gone elsewhere had they been honest from the beginning. This will be my last experience with them! Very disappointed!

The place always gives great service, but I think 50.00 dollars is a little pricey for a oil change .

Wasn’t satisfy with my service didn’t get the help and customer service that I usually get from the past manger Eddie. Taking my business somewhere else. David was nice but he doesn’t help the loyal customers. I was told that he did an expectation on my car and the only problem I had was what I came in for. Then when I came back three days later because the part broke again he tell me there’s something else wrong with my car. My thing is why didn’t he tell me that from the start. Before him being there I never had problem with my services and now him being there i keep coming back. Very disappointed.

Eddie is always great to work with. My tire swap went smoothly, and he took payment over the phone so we could keep that safe physical distance as this virus continues to spread. I’ve bought at least three sets of tires here and always get treated well. Whenever a sensor shows low pressure I drive by and they get all the tires filled just right with nothing more than a smile and a thanks.

This is my trusted go to place for my car. Eddie the manager and Steve and their crew of mechanics are fast, efficient and friendly. I trust them with my car and my safety. There are also truthful and never try and sell me things that I dont need. When they tell me something, I believe them. They also stand by their work. I was recently in for some routine service and when I noticed something different in my ac/heating that coincided with the installation of my cabin air filters they assured me it wasnt that but to bring the car in and they would double check. They are the best! I would be lost if they werent there.

They were able to get me the tire the next business day. After replacing my tire another issue came to light (no fault of Cassidys), they checked my issue for no charge and advised me the best course of action. Had to replace a tire. Dropped the car off at 2:30. The place was very busy and I was told my car may not be ready until the next morning. But they rushed me through and got me back on the road later that same day. Very reasonable. Very professional. Great people!

When my daughters low battery light came on she drove straight to our River Forest Cassidy. They took her car right away. They went the extra mile to get her the right battery and then verified that everything else was in good condition. The next day they did routine maintenance on my car.
