Customer service is nonexistent at this location, out of stock on everything, few phone color choices, few phone cases, completely out of stock on wireless chargers! Purchased a $1,000 phone with a $84 phone case and screen protector, after the purchase I requested use of the restroom only to be denied access to it. “Saying it’s for employees only.” After I spent over $1,300 there. Probably gonna switch to Verizon better coverage.

This was my first time at the River Grove T-Mobile location. My husband and I (and our very energetic toddler) walked in at 6pm to get new phones, and the place closed at 7, yikes. The two men working, Matt and Marco were sooooo nice! Rep # 581 showed my husband every phone, answered every random question we had and didnt make fun of us for having the oldest phones in the universe hahaha. They played/talked to our kid while we had to answer questions and played some Cocomelon to keep him busy. They both stayed past 7:30 to sync our phones. Before we left they gave us two free T-Mobile floaties AND some cookies for my son. Seriously the best customer experience Ive ever had. Thanks guys!!!!

Manager Jerry was very helpful assisting me with my tablet and my phone,excellent service, very professional, this person is the backbone of t-mobile.make sure to give him 2 months paid vacation and increase his salary.

Vladamir is great at what he does there. Was very patient/great customer service and thorough with resolving my phone issues and getting the best deal on a new one. He was extremely fast and knowledgeable with phones, ive never seen anything like it. Had to give credit to this guy. Thank you!

Alex and Jerry went above and beyond for me and my family when it came to resolve an issue I had, I came in Saturday to switch from AT&T to T Mobile and Alex took care of us and was very informative and helpful, unfortunately there was a mix up with the order of my phones but Jerry stepped in and came up big and instead of waiting 3 weeks for my phones he got them in 3 days, yo I’m glad i came to this store and switched to T Mobile I wanna thank you guys and your staff for the help 💯

Been coming to this location for a couple years and couldn’t have asked for better service! Employees here are always eager to help. Recently came in to purchase two phones and an Apple Watch. Employee stayed an extra hour and a half after store hours and helped a ton! Employees will tell you how it is and will try their very best to help while taking that extra step.

I went there to get a prepaid for my father in law. I asked Klaudia about the phones, she told me that there is a promotion for the phone, she gave me 5 cards and didn’t mention that I will have to pay $130 for all 5 cards EVERY month to have the phone working!!! They have absolutely no idea what they are doing over there. Don’t waste your time and money. I might be paying way more in Verizon comparing to what t-mobile offers, but at least I know what I’m paying for!

I go there a lot since its close to my house. Its not a 3rd party store like someone said here. Its an official T-Mobile store. The times I have gone here, the staff has been good. Just avoid going in the weekends it gets busy!

Expect a long wait only 2 people work here and both of them love to talk. I only had 3 customers ahead of me and it took an hour to get through the line.The worst part about it,I was there because of a problem caused by T-Mobile.Someone needs to teach this location how to expedite a line, a little less with the jaws and a little more with the paws please!

Bad experience with Max( not sure about his name, just know he is a polish). he promised one line for free when we do a business account. when we signed and wait more then a two hour, he said that free line can’t be added for our account. He check our credit score for nothing. He lied us, so make sure in this store they don’t care what you want they do what beneficial to them.

Management and staff will add anything to your account, push things through to get numbers. They are liars and thieves! Watch out for this location. Spoke with Tmobile for three days to fix what they did to my account. The Manager even argued with customer service rep to keep the sale. Management here should be jailed and store closed!

My own experience in this locations was really disappointing...you are treated nice when you are buying new phone but when you run into a issue or ask for advice its completely different story....

The worse location ever,i had to go online to show them what plans t-mobile offer, they have zero knowledge, i am over 10 years t mobile customer but i never had such a bed experience.Skip this location.The guy call customer care and start arguing there is no such a plan.They keep adding stuff to your account so they can make more money.

Bad experience there with the staff and the manager. They took my payment and did not get credited for it. Went several times and they did not do anything to solve my issue had to contact customer service to get some type of resolvement. Do not go here. Shady management. They will only help you when they are trying to sell you a phone after that you are on your own. They are a 3rd party company so try to go to an official t-mobile store

If you are looking for help in Polish, then look for another location. Impolite Polish - language staff will not help you. One of them talked with me sweeping the floor. Finally, I was informed, that I myself can call to customer service. Im sorry, but Im not accustomed to such treatment.
