Ive had the same experience Karan. I placed an order with them back in December, payment went through, and havent heard back from them. I left several messages on the phone with no response. I called woodworkers supply company who used to carry their products. They said that they cut all ties with them for the same reason, they werent getting their products. frustrating

Placed order in November 2013, still no product 4 months later. Wont answer phone or respond to emails. Charged my card twice for same order but different company name. Challenged credit card charge investigation pending. Also reported to BBB.

Ordered handpiece online Sept 11. Was charged to our card Sept 12. After many emails and phone calls have not received tool or a response from this company. ???are they really in business or what!
