Our family has used Jacques Auto Body for over 30 years when accidents occurred. They are courteous, patient and informative. Repairs have been satisfactory, done on a timely basis and we have never had to bring our cars back because a repair was not satisfactorily done.

Altima got hit while parked and knocked bumper off; slight dent. The brothers were pleasant and helpful. The work was finished in two days- way sooner than expected! You cant tell anything happened. I was pleasantly surprised to find the interior clean -- with air freshener :)

I am so glad we chose Jacques for our car repair . They were personable and professional and go above and beyond. I knew nothing about the procedures for an insurance claim. Tom walked me through everything I needed and how long everything would take, really appreciated this because I had no idea what to do. My car was repaired before the estimated time and everything was perfect. It looked great. I really appreciate the extra care taken on the car and opportunity to deal with true professionals. Stopped by Jacques just to ask a question and the next thing I know my trim on my Rogue was being repaired without my even asking. But not only that he repaired it without even charging me. I offered to pay but was refused. I appreciate this business and the people who took care of my problem which was major to me but minor to them. You just dont get this type of attention and service anywhere else. No one else would have done that. Thank you Jaques Auto Body Shop. I have spread the word among family and fri. You guys are awesome. Seriously people take your car to them. I have seen there work before and after. Looks brand new when these guys are done with your car. I should know I see what they do everyday looking out my window. Lol. Thank you guys.
