Good folks. When I asked a different tire shop to balance 4 wheels and tires, I was told 2 of the wheels were bent and could not be balanced. This shop checked the wheels, confirmed two had barely perceptible bend in them, but recommended just re-balancing them and that the bends were so slight they did not need repair. Balanced perfectly, so I have vibration free wheels and avoided unnecessary repair costs. My only interaction with this shop, but I am satisfied.

The owner was actually there and quizzing his staff (I think she was new) this morning when I got there. The other time I went and this time they were very professional. I wish Id known about them sooner when I had my rim repaired.

The nice folks at this shop did great work. We were really in a pickle to get our rim repaired so we could get back home to NC. They empathized with our situation and put our job to the front on the line to get us back on the road. They did great work at a fair price and kept their promises. Would definitely use them again or recommend them to friends.

First of all, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Took my car in for a bent lip with air leak. Price was responsible, they did a wonderful job on my wheel, i left just to bring it back to get the non leaker, fixed because i was pleased the first wheel repair. Ill be taking two of my factory wheels to them.

I had a bent rim on both sides from a pot hole. Thought I was going to have to pay a arm a a leg to get it fixed. Found this place and looked nowhere else. They fixed and balanced me out. This place is all you need. Just what to say thanks this place is golden I most def recommend this place

Went there because of a pothole incident, had a small dent in the rim. Most places try and make money, they thought the dent was to small to be repaired and questioned us about getting it fixed. We ended up getting it fixed anyway. But for them to ask if we really needed to do says a lot to me. Thank you

They move so slow. They supposed to open at 9am. I waited around until 10am. So I left. This was on a monday.

Dont take your cracked wheel here. They straitened the dent in the front and left the scratches. They gobbed a bunch of weld on the crack and ground the weld back down. It did not match the contoure of the wheel. It should have been machined. It looked really bad like dog poop. Thats saying it nicely. Total waste of $200. The tire store I use refused to mount a tire to the rim. Said it was shoddy work and looked unsafe.Certi-fix refused to refund my money for the bad repair. Their web site says they will fix your rim to look like brand new. What a joke. I would hate to see what their other work looks like. What ever you do DO NOT TAKE ANTHING TO THEM TO REPAIR.

I was doing a lot of research to see who I could go to repair my bent wheel. The wheel has a bent lip on the inside, but I did not know the full extent of the damage. I read on Certi-Fixs website about how they have the right equipment to repair bent wheels and such so I trusted them.I take my wheel to them and an employee looks over it, says it is repairable and turn around time should be by the end of the business day. I pick up the wheel the following day and visually inspect the wheel, and it seems fine. I go get tires mounted and balanced by my mechanic and he says the wheel was not fully repaired and that the barrel has not been corrected. My girlfriend takes it back to Certi-Fix only to be told that it cant be fixed because the wheel is warped, and that no one can repair it. I think to myself, why was the wheel not checked for balance after the lip was repaired? How do they know they even repaired it correctly without verifying? So my girlfriend decides to get a second opinion from Wheel Wizard and they say who ever tried to repair the wheel did a half-a** job. The wheel is being repaired by Wheel Wizard at the moment and I should have taken my money to them in the first place.If you have a real minor repair that needs to be done, maybe Certi-Fix can do, but when it comes to bent wheels, Ill trust Wheel Wizard from now on. I am very disappointed and with the total cost of repairs, I could have just bought a new replacement wheel. It doesnt matter if you have the right equipment for the job, if the person doing the job doesnt know how to do it correctly.Regards,-Dave
