Ok. So Ive been doing business with Special Rims 5 plus years. I never had a bad experience with none of the staff nor any problems with the services they have provided. So thanks Keith, Andy, & Romeo for a job well done on all of my vehicles.

The ladies at the counter are somewhat knowledgeable but you have to ask the right questions to get the right answers and the place gets a little too busy a lot. Mostly though the prices are waaayyyy to high. Order from a less expensive sight online instead.

Services was great, one of the few places around me that can balance my low profile 22s.

This business will quote you a price for services after you have already informed them of what the issue is, have you pay a deposit toward the agreed upon services, wait until you have left your vehicle in their care, contact you to claim they found other issues, perform on those extra issues WITHOUT your consent, inform you AFTER the fact that they CHOSE WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT to perform on other things, slip in that your bill has increased....again WITHOUT your consent, threaten to keep your car if you dont pay an amount for services you NEVER agreed to and NEVER wanted and then offer to put you on a payment plan after offering to take off tax only when none of the extra services should have been added WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT in the first place. These are SCAMMERS and they will do whatever they can to con you out of more money. BEWARE and find somewhere else to do business!!!

So unprofessional I ordered a rim cap here months ago, put down a $40 deposit. I never got a call on the status of my order ever. Each time I would call inquiring what was going on, they would relay the message to the manager on duty and he would not have an idea whats going on the order either, besides he would call me back. However, I went in to retrieve my deposit, since no one had a legitimate answer. They stated I only put down $20 and that the guy who took my deposit no longer works there. You know its sad when they finessing over $20 when I was owed $40. The manager who currently works there needs to take a course on business etiquette, because he is definitely dense when it comes to that. They make it hard to support black businesses frfr.

Special rims is the spot. These guys are awesome. They are very friendly and they are less expensive then most places. Juston is very honest and the coolest person I’ve ever met. He went out his way to help a fellow customer. He made my holiday worth it again. Thanks Special Rims Team

Solid work on cracked rims

I went in on a referral to get some automotive work done, and the staff, Juston, and Mariah were great.

This place is a complete rip off!!!!! I had a chrome wheel that was bent and i took it to them to fix when they look at the rim they told me i had 5 bends in the rim. Only one bend was semi bad but the other 4 was very slightly bent but was hardly unnoticable they told me it would be a charge of 95 dollars per bend which comes to 475 plus mount and balance to fix a 225 wheel brand new. I highly dont recommend this business to no one they are scam artist in every letter of the word

This was the only mechanic that was willing to quote me to remove my melted on lug. I was quoted a general price but once I towed my car there the price tripled. The increase in price coupled with the fact that they would be able to get to the repair for three days was disheartening. Luckily, after calling everyone I considered a friend, I was able to get the work done by a shade tree mechanic for far less. Be careful. Im sure they can do the work BUT you WILL PAY for it.

Prices are to high, did a bad job on fixing my wheel. Prices for my new tire was $70 higher than any where else( my bad decision). They also tried to fix my curb rash on my wheel, horrible job. I could of painted it better with spray paint myself.

I loved the experience at this place. A friend referred me to them and thats after I went to the other guys who could not help me with anything that wasnt standard ( anything European) . This place is not only highly recommended but has a passion for the buisness. There is something about talking to people who make you feel like they want you to get the best and if they dont have it they will get it.

Good place to go get rims. If there is a more than one problem it should be discussed before deposit is made that way you can know the total right then.

Got brakes done awhile ago and they didnt use the right type of brakes the first time..had to bring car back a 2nd time for them to then upcharge me for something they shouldve handled from the very beginning. Then the guy with the glasses who is in charge of the garage has little to no people skills. Who is rude and thinks he can tell customers what he can and wont do like he doesnt care if it offends someone or makes them upset. All in all it aint midas for a reason so take that however you feel🤷‍♂️

Sat in the back for an ENTIRE hour and a half because he forgot about us, then when he finally gets us started on the car balancing that HE RECOMMENDED, he “forgets” to tell us we need a tire. I left and the problem still remains. Don’t waste you’re time OR money going here. A pure disappointment.

I placed an online order that said IN STOCK. The order was processed and the money was taken from my account. However no order arrived. No order was even processed. They do not even have the item. The only thing that was processed was that the money was taken from my account. Now, I am in told with a 3 week time frame they may be able to make the item. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I WAS NOT TOLD THAT ONCE I GET MY BENT RIM REPAIRED FOR 206$ which was entirely too damn much IT WOULD LOOK LIKE IT WAS SCRAPED UP AGAINST THE WALL .. SMFH, Called and nobody even acted or sounded knowledgeable about their jobs. so basically I paid you guys 200+$ to destroy my rim... i definitely will be taking further action

Then Keith said they closed now, them boys aint gonna wait 20 for you to get here.Keep in mind I dropped one rim with 4 bends off at 10 am this morning. They did not call the tell me they was done. Worst rim shop in Atlanta.... Do Not Go!!!! They destroyed my rim, did not own up to the fact that they destroyed it, and made no efforts on trying to resolve the issue. I will never go back to this rim shop. Yes, they offer great services only to be done by piss poor employees. Very unorganized and they do not pay attention to detail. I usually dont post reviews or negativity but I feel it is my duty to inform everyone please go somewhere else. Save yourselves the disappointment and frustration.

Terrible !!! Order a center cap replacement from them 3 weeks ago, just received them. I waited a week ( I paid for this upfront ) and never heard from them, so I called. The receptionist acted like a complete A$$ the entire time. She told me they couldnt make the center cap, and put me in touch with the owner. The owner seemed to care and helped me get the center cap I ordered from them. Waited another week before texting the owner, he said he had completely forgot about me, and would send the center cap out at that point. SOOOOOOOOOO....... DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE !!! THEY REFUSE TO BE HONEST !!!

Went in to to get a crack fixed and ended up with other work done other than what I asked for... Ive spent hundreds with them in the past for dents but it didnt matter. .. they still got over on me.... As of yesterday I paid to fix the same tire 2 times for about $400 30 days apart.... Should have bought new rims from the shop up the street instead of deal with them and waste my money... And after I caught them hustling me I got $50 store credit!!!! Im done with them.

Literally had to put a court claim in. Owner Juston, refused to give me a refund AFTER the mechanic clearly stated that he wasn’t sure if he fixed the problem. I specifically asked before I drove away if my car was going to operate corrrectly and the mechanic stated that there were no more error diagnostic codes and guaranteed that I would not have any issues with the engine. I got halfway to the red light and my car cut off in mid traffic. The mechanic put others as well as myself in a great deal of danger. They also guaranteed that if the previous error code was to reappear that they would be responsible for correcting the issue. I got my car to start and brought it back to the shop (literally 6 minutes later) the mechanic performed another diagnostic and 7 codes appeared instead of 2, including the 2 codes he gave word that he had taken care of. I was not reimbursed and no one fixed the issue. Now instead of just reimbursing my labor fee, they’ll have a lot of other fees for inconvenience added to the bill.Mechanic name Harry...Good thing I started to record the conversations after they wanted to get rid of me!

I got great auto service by Zack. Went everywhere to find out what was wrong with my car and nobody knew what was going on with it. Zack diagnosed my car without hooking it up to a machine and knew exacly what was wrong and what i needed. Dont like the rim shop but the mechanic Zack took care of me.thats the only reason im doing a review.

Had my rim repaired there a yr ago and purchased a brand new tire total spent was 3-400 dollars, the very next day the tire went flat due to the rim still leaking!, i took it back and the made me buy another new tire which was another 150 ! i just bought a new tire and fixed the rim at the same time the day before

Over charge you for work. Dont put lug nuts back on cars. Do not put anything down in writing. Will lie to get your money worse place ever.
