I give HOME DEPOT a 5 star this is my favorite store it has all of the supplies I need for my home excellent service and the employees are excellent.

Never had no problems good customers service always got what I needed and if it wasnt right I was able to take it back with a receipt and no problem

I knew I shouldve gone to another location. Went looking for something that online said they had 84 items in stock and left empty handed since there was none. No Halloween decor either? Nah, not wasting my time here again.

I am a pro so hopefully they recognize. My partner was upset that the cashier did not know that a pro could check out at her register and had my boss wait 30 min to be told by a pro cashier that he could ring there instead of waiting any more longer. Smh.

Helpful, friendly service in the store and at customer service. Cashiers could do less gossiping and more cashiering. I shouldnt have to ask if youre on break.

They failed!! I tried to purchase a mower. They were to deliver it between 8 and 10. At 12:30, I called them to find out where my mower was. They told me they couldnt sell it because it wasnt ready and had no belts and they didnt call me or anything. I still dont have a mower. The supervisor, Tyrone, tried to help but couldnt find the mower. He is to be commended, but as a whole, they failed.

It has always been a joy to shop at Home Depot on Highway 85 in Riverdale Ga. The Paint Department always have someone readily available to direct and assist with a courteous attitude. Ms. Carolyn always ensure that my shopping experience is 100 percent enjoyable by letting me know exactly where the things that I am shopping for are located. Please shine an extra bright light on the Paint Department for always doing an outstanding job making customers happy.

This is my favorite Atlanta location. They always have what you need and are extremely helpful. Plus they usually ALWAYS have a riding cart available. This is a big win for me. 😁

Talk about feeling disregarded, smh I waited on the phone for an hour for customer service.. First time and never again. My phone call was sent back and forth from one line to next, no one answered from the department I asked for. I had to get my daughter and physically show up to still find myself waiting to be helped. Mia and one other young lady from customer did do something(Thanks). I always spoke about Home Depot over Lowes, but this location isnt it. This started for me @ 5:04pm and here it is 6:22pm, and I was waiting to speak to Ms. Angela, but Im beyond done.

I ordered a dishwasher and an oven from Home Depot and have not had a satisfactory experience with them. I was supposed to receive the products back in March. The dishwasher was broken before it even entered my home and I was told I would have to wait more time to receive another one. It is now May and still no dishwasher. Home Depot has done nothing to handle the matter appropriately. Anyone looking to get appliances should go elsewhere. I do NOT recommend going to Home Depot.

The experience I had with Home Depot is that I had to seek out assistance. Hardly anyone is available to help customers. Its a shame that customers almost have to beg for help. I wish I could give Zero.

The managers are amazing. Its usually really busy here so your gonna have to seek out help if you need it. Curbside pickup takes a while so dont get your groceries first. If you call your gonna wait on hold for a while as well. But the managers are perfect so if you have any issues ask for a manager and they will make it worth the hassle

Everyone in there had on a toolbelt and a flannel shirt. Even the babies. The Dads in there had beards on their beards and no one took cash. You had to either barter for goods and services or fend for yourself.10/10 great store.

I have mixed feelings...when I called to ask about a tub & surround, I kept getting transferred...ugh! After I expressed my frustration the staff member (Ms. Sandra in tubs) was SUPER helpful. I did encounter an issue with a HomeDepot.com order and when the agent called the store to try to get me help on my shipment another manager was super helpful (I forgot her name :( ) My issue was that the persons answering the phones seemed too busy to actually speak with you on the reason for your call and that is not cool. I work in hospitality (and have for the past 17+ years) so I understand customer service. Otherwise, most in-store staff was helpful, the store was clean and items were in stock that I needed.

The only bad thing about the store is the sales people be running from you scared that youre going to ask them a question I try not to bother them which makes my trip to the store a lot longer than necessary because we all know how big home Depot is. Wish they were a little more friendly at least if they speak to you you wont feel so bad or leery about asking them a question.

Everest, in the tool department helped me locate a tool called an All-in-one tool. They look into their cell phones to locate where items are.

This Home Depot was excellent. I was very proud of the brand. Pro Services ran smooth. They even had someone to help me get my equipment onto my truck I would recommend anyone who is a contractor to this Home Depot

Chris was absolutely amazing. I placed an order and was having my contractor pick it up the next day to install. Chris noticed that one of the items was not in stock but the system said different. He called me as soon as he noticed the issue and told me he would go and pick up my item from another Home Depot so I wouldnt have an issue with my install... this was 5 star customer service and I really appreciated his assistance!!! Hes a model employee!!!

Terrible experience with online order delivery. Delivered four days after the confirmed date and left in the street. Mary was great at tracking down my order but the entire experience was frustrating. I had to call multiple times to let them know my order was not received and then was placed on hold for over an hour on multiple days. This is not my typical experience with Home Depot. I will not be shopping at the Riverdale location again.

Its hard to find an associate! But I like the store and I can return anything if I bought the wrong thing.

I ordered my supplies a week ago, and finally picked them up today. It was a curbside pickup order, and the process was very smooth. I can appreciate not having to walk around the store and shop for the items myself.

I usually avoid this Riverdale Home Depot simply because the Lac of dedication among employees and especially the pro loading Associates.However this time it only took four Pro loaders to pass me up as I had three cart of material to load and finally Jose offered assistance.Thank you Jose Pro loader of the day!Looking forward to using my new toys!
