I recently contacted Dixon Computes today via text and call .It was regarding replacing an cord he sold me less than two weeks ago . I called we both agreed on time to meet at neutral spot we have met at before .To only be told that I need to meet him at I hop and hurry up because his other customer needed him and he was being incovineced . I just spent $180 which included the cord which I could have bought cheaper at Walmart but he said it was the original cord. Instead of communicating on rather or not he couldn’t meet he tells me I’m giving him issues regarding getting the cord and I can drive to him to get it . I think not work on having better communication skills and better customer service and treat your customer with respect . You did service and product had malfunction I don’t understand what was the issue with you providing me with the cord and in central location . Next time have your shop open to where customers can come and meet you and resolve things in timely professional environment and that will cut down on any further issues

No longer does computer repair

Wonderful customer service called and although they did not have the product that I needed. He was very patient with me and sent me in the right direction to purchase the items I needed.

I found this mans shop after asking a lady for some help. I am so happy to find a computer shop that is very good at what they do. The owner, Jeff has a lot of knowledge about electronics and was very helpful to me with my problems.He takes time to first explain what needs to be done and walked me through the process of repair. Very good he fix my lap top when the BIG GUYS said my mother broad was bad he checked it out, ran diagnostic for free mother broad pass ed came to the house fix desk top clean them now my system runs five time fasted then before.

Ive been frequenting this place for at least 5 yrs now and Ive always received great service but Ive never left a review. I guess I never realized that I could. But I bought my husband a computer from them yesterday and the owner Jeff went out of his way to make sure he had all the best tech added on to it and he didnt even increase the base price. By the way my husband loved his new laptop which made the deal even better. Jeff also repaired and upgraded my computer at a very fair price. I also purchased my computer from them a couple years ago and any time Ive had a speed issue with connecting to websites Michael or Burt have also been great with eliminating the problem and giving me helpful knowledge to prevent future issues. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for an awesome computer repair team. Great family company with honest and trust worthy people! I bought this very Macbook Im typing this review on from them in 2011.... The Macbook is the Late 2008 edition, aluminum body.... This computer has out ran 2 of my friends computers. A friend I havent seen in five or so years visited and stated Thats the same computer? Yes, it was refurbished.... so? You would have never known. They do know their stuff. I havent been in a while, but this review was well overdue! Great investment! I have 2 Associate degrees because of this bad boy here! Thanks Dixon!!!

I have been to a few computer repair stores and i must say this is THE WORST!! I called about adding ram to my computer and i was told they would look up the price and call me back. Well i never received a follow -up call so i went into the store. The technician was obviously not Apple certified based on his knowledge, and i was very disappointed with the attitude. I highly recommend that no one go there -

Ive shopped here numerous times for appliances, we had to replace our washer and dryer they; came and took out the old unit and replaced it with the new unit made sure everything was working recently purchased a laptop for the wife so she can continue working at home good deals good prices.
