They said the spa special oil change wasn’t available because they didn’t have any oil and didn’t know when the truck was coming in, And that’s fine i needed an oil change bad so I got the one that was available. But they took advantage of the situation and said they wouldn’t change my oil unless I brought the engine flush they were upselling. So I had to buy an engine flush which knowing what I know now I doubt they did. because When I got home I checked to see if they topped off my fluids and they didn’t and they told me that the top off of fluids came with every oil change. Someone needs to fix this

The service was very poor. My car was not cleaned or washed. I cleaned the inside myself before I left the property. Finished cleaning the front bumper when I got home. I gave the young man who agreed to re-vacuum my mats $5.00. Not because of the good service but because he was working. I think management is the problem. They need to better train their workers and hold them accountable for not doing quality work.

They were extremely nice there, for once I can say I very much enjoyed the customer service there. The customer service was amazing, they were quick and efficient with cleaning my car. I also was able to get an oil change.

This was my first time using CarSpa services. I only came for a vacuum. Car was dirty from a road trip with family to Myrtle Beach, Sc from Atlanta, Ga. Chris and Marquis were the two gentle who cleaned and vacuumed my car. They did a great Job and I received awesome customer service. They were polite and even made sure I was satisfied! This place is the best, I have been coming here for quite a while, but what got me hooked is Reggie this guy knows how to wash a car and hes so professional I NEVER had to go home and go over what should have been done from the first place and he is fast if this guy wasnt here I wouldnt be as eager to come here I just want to say thanks, Reggie for all of your hard work.

I came to car spa for a complete auto detailing experience! I received just that. Reggie cleaned my car to the point where it looked as if I had no dog or 5 and 9 year old child destroying the back seat. It was an awesome in and out experience.

I have been here almost 2 hrs. and 2 cars are in front of me. They have not started vacuming my car yet. They have no employees to do the interior. This is a sign of poor management. Right now, I am looking at 16 cars that need interior done, and one African American female, working her fingers to the bone, while 4 men walking around, saying they are only drivers. This is unexceptable. Please do not do business here.

I gave them two stars because the guy that shined my tires did a good job. The problem is the actual car wash… it’s horrible. I purchased the $15 exterior wash and the entire front half (windshield, mirrors, hood, bumper, etc) of my car is still dirty. My windows also still have spots and streaks. Definitely a waste of time and money.

Went to get my car washed and cleaned on the inside. I also got an oil change. I waited over two hours get to get my car back STILL DIRTY! The pics below is how my car looked RIGHT AFTER BEING CLEANED! How does that happen? 😡 They do a halfway job. Not worth wasting your money nor time trusting your car to these ppl.

Sat for 2 hours awaiting my car to be vacuumed and wiped down. Was told they had a “detail” that was 3 cars ahead of mines. I am not pleased, they either need more help or not to hire lazy men to work. one guy took a break went to Burger King ate for an hour and came back and was dragging and yarning. So unprofessional need major upgrade to workers.

Use to get good service brought my wifes vehicle which is an suv they didnt even vacuum the back not sure what they put on the windows they looked horrible i rather save myself the hour and 15 minutes and do it myself...

The experience I would rate a 8.5. when its busy you could have a long wait. I got there around 10 am and had a 2 hour wait. I can say the workers, really work. I have yet to see a staff member standing around with nothing to do. Masks are recommended. Overall, I would recommend.

By far the WORST cleaning ever. I had my interior cleaned, including the front seat and when I got my car back, the front seat was wet with crumbs still in it and my radio was missing a piece. When the seat dried.. it was still dirty. Worst service.

This place is horrible! I paid for the Gold service to have the inside and outside of my car out. Im looking at my windshield like how in the world my car was washed with spots still on my window? Then I look in the inside and nothing is wiped down! Definitely will not be returning, a complete waste of time!

My busy lifestyle causes me to neglect getting a good car wash.When I saw just the exterior wash, it looked like a brand new car. I fell in love with my vehicle again.For the price, they over-deliver and it looks like they detailed my car. It looks good it smells good and I am proud to be driving my Landrover LT4.BTW, I AM GIVING THRM A $10 buck tip because these ladies and gentlemen work very hard and show so much pride in their work. They really go the extra mile. They are so courteous and kind, too.I love ❤️ coming to this place to get my car 🚙 washed. Now, I just have to find time to bring my Mercedes.😉💯‼️

Been a member for over a year now and even supported the business during the shutdown but due to the poor customer service and the rude response comments from one of the workers named Anthony, I have decided to cancel my membership and take my business somewhere else who car washing track doesnt be down while still having cars go through it. Originally, the car wash track was down on Monday and it is now Wednesday and the car wash track is still supposedly down. I tried to talk with Anthony about the issue but he was more concerned about some cones being knocked down from another customer than helping me come to an agreement as to when I can receive my car wash. By the way,  Anthony encouraged me to cancel my membership and write this response to why I canceled it. I guess Car Spa is ok with losing membership money.

I just left this location I went in for a basic wash only the outside. When I arrive I’ve noticed that they were very busy so which I understood it would be a time-consuming task. But to be sitting up there for 34 minutes without even going through the washer is extremely unacceptable. of course there are four lanes call when you get to the back they leave into the single washer. All lanes were extremely full and no one was outside originally. And of course you have some customers who will just drive the car through the wash of them self and then their other two we get out and leave their car for someone to pull it through. The young lady finally came outside to assist the several feel lines of cars. She started with the first row of cars in each lane then she worked her way back here is where the problem started. When people got out their cars no one was pulling them for so I’m sitting behind the same car as you go lane to lane going to cars around me not asking me what service I want her getting anyone to pull the car around I’m just sitting there. Then her OK plan starts to go left when she starts to just bounce around cars totally not drawing attention to the fact that I’m still sitting in the same spot and I’m in my car unlike the other drivers are cars around me. Then when I bring it to her attention that I have not been serviced the car in front of me has been sitting here for several minutes no one is in it someone needs to pull it for she say all she don’t know who is here first so she’s just going around. It have to be a better way to do this to have someone sitting in the same spot for 34 minutes without even going through the washer is extremely unacceptable. It needs to be a detailed plan on what to do when all lanes are feel it was Car’s going past the checkpoint just going to the washer and then having a back up to get a receipt and she was going to save them first they should have been made to go back around instead of jumping the line which they were initially doing any who. My entire lunch break was a waste sitting in the same spot my car is still not wise and I don’t have a valid explanation or even a simple apology for my waste of time. I then called in the inside why I was told that I couldn’t speak to a manager right now because they were all too busy to come to the phone. At the call Lynn the inside and expressing how I felt about my wasted time the young lady finally got in the car that was sitting in front of me for 34 minutes and moved it so that I can leave.

This place is poorly ran!!! It should not take 2 hours for a clean car, I was told for a hand wash it would be 1 1/2 hours. Well it took 2 hours for an automatic wash. They put 2 cars in front of mine (guess you have to know someone to get that treatment) They had one lane with 10 cars deep, they do a really good job, my car is cleaner than ever and the price is reasonable but dont go on your lunch break....you wont make it back!!!

I’ve gotten my car wash here many times but get my car detailed other places. I decided to try their detail service. The guy tried but I wasn’t so happy. He didn’t do my interior very good, left polish on my rims, missed lots of spots getting the wax off. For &100 I expected better. They were nice enough but I’m not sure I’ll go back.

They did a good job of the outside or inside. The bad part, I was there 2 1/2 hrs. I may not go back.

The thing about having a lot of young folk working to detail cars now-a-days is they lack attention to detail. I paid $30 for the ultimate car wash, and what did I take away from my auto detailing experience? The same black smudges on the side of my car that I drove in with. Wont be back!

Joshua is the absolute best! He is extremely knowledgeable and has great costumer service. He is very thorough and does a superb job! He was training a young male by the name of Jalaan (sorry if I got your name wrong). Jalaan was very humble and a great listener and he even came back to check on us while we wait! They are both amazing! Another employee named Kalan answered the phone and also had great costumer service.

At 4pm I accepted the one and a half hour wait that I was told. My car was given back to me at 6:55pm. In that almost three hour wait I witnessed the most unorganized car wash operation I have ever seen. And this was not a limited staff problem. There was plenty staff. The problem is that the person managing the floor has no control of work delegation. On a Friday, at peak business time, in those three hours I was able to observe that so many staff members are more concerned about joking around and just standing around, while 2 specific ladies (which I personally spoke with) are being pushed around to fill up holes of incompetent employees. I’m telling you, these two ladies were everywhere. I felt so bad for them. Staff literally just laughing and standing around while the cars were just piling up. The only good thing about the whole experience was that these two specific ladies were the ones that actually cleaned the interior of my vehicle. And they didn’t disappoint! But it’s a shame that I wouldn’t gamble bringing my car here again hoping that it’s them two cleaning my interior. If it wasn’t them two specific ladies all I noticed was unsatisfied customers asking for interiors to be looked at and touched-up for a second and third time. I asked for the General Manager, which on a high traffic day you would think a GM will be available, but then again not surprised that she was not there with the circus I was able to witness. So I asked for a business card because on top of this review I will definitely take the time to write a detailed email to the General Manager. When you pay almost $40 for a car wash, you would expect a much better service and professionalism and not wait 3 hours when told 1 and a half. Just completely unacceptable.

Paid $38dollars car clean in and out with 2 seats cleaned. Inside was not wipe or dust down. Top of car was still dirty as well as front bumper and sides. Show me one time your not solid in youre work and Im done. I will not be going back. Not pleased at all.

I came this morning to get my car cleaned and Im very disappointed in the service i received. I paid for the full service platinum and the type of service they did was just like payin $3.99 at a gas station. They didnt even offer air freshener and i paid for it.. I understand we all have bad days but come on do a great job still. Im speechless and pissed. First time here and I promise never again!!!!!. I uplpaded some photos as well.

2nd visit here, not happy about the “cleanliness” of my vehicle. I opted for the gold full service. Upon arrival i was advised it would be 45 minutes. An hour and some change later my car was ready, but the inside was not dusted, vacuuming was piss poor and there was still dirt on exterior of vehicle. If they actually waxed the car and wiped it down like they describe in the package they would’ve noticed. See photos for what i mean

Paid $60 for wash and detail however the vehicle was not fully cleaned THEN they had the nerve to try to hound me for a tip after you stole 2 rings (fake, but mine nonetheless) and a $2 hand towel from Walmart that I keep in my car. That was your tip.

I have used this place multiple times with usually good results - yesterday I went to get the pollen knocked off my vehicle and left with a broken tail light cover( which was not broken prior to getting my vehicle washed) - needless to say I will never use this business again and I will tell everyone I know about my experience.

Please dont waste your money at the overpriced Car Scam Riverdale. Very Poor Service.My trunk was not vacuumed, I had to ask them to re-wash my car and vacuum. The manager had alot of excuse to why my car was not washed properly. They use to give excellent service but I dont not know whos in management, but the washer need to be retrained ASAP. I sent $78.00 for an oil change and a half washed car. Then I get in my car and the air conditioning was on full blasted, I know for a fact I had it completely when I left my vehicle. In addition to my sit being reclined all the way back. Just please dont wasted you time and money.

They were very professional and courteous. I had to get my car washed twice due to coming from Wisconsin in a blizzard removing all the salt under my car.

Free car wash with emissions inspection was nice but aside from that, not great. Had emissions test done, failed and was told that the issue was getting the mileage up only to get a second opinion and discovering that was far from true. VERY unreliable and false information provided that costed us another test at another company. Unacceptable. This company should stick to washing and detailing cars OR better train your employees on emissions.

I went here to get my car cleaned out, I purchased for the floor to be shampooed and cleaned raned me 100$ and when I tell you the quality was terrible do not go here !! It’s ghetto and I see they just hire anybody he rushed on the car getting shampooed I did seats and floor I seen no change still seen shampoo and it was no change he didn’t even try

I have elected to get a membership here and coming several times a week, can’t say I have had an unpleasant encounter. I waited two hours on a detail clean just to show that mats were still dirty, my car was interior, not clean, and a lousy wash job. I guess they thought I was too cute not to check my car, but I did. For 40 am sorry 50 dollars am check everything. Not only that, the put scratches all over my car. They claim they looked back at the camera and did not see anything. Well, how did I get that in my car ????? I will not be back because of the poor cleaning service and poor customer service. I wish I can post a picture.

I am very satisfied every time I look at my car. It only took them about 10 minutes to clean my car. When I came out to look at it Ms. Kemesha greeted me and made sure I was happy when I left. Thank you Car spa and I will definitely be back.

I arrived at the location at 1:00pm to get an oil change and car wash the oil change was quick but when my car was drove to the car wash side i waited for 3 hours for them to do an awful job the detail in the car was was horrible the inside wasn’t vacuumed completely there was still dust and dirt in the inside of the car and on the seats the dash board and touch screen was still dirty i would not recommend this company to anyone

Its a bit pricey but if you are VIP member you can save money 💰. My detailed car wash could have been better. I will not come again to do a detail.

All the employees was very nice an greeted me with smiles an all I was there early about 9 on a Saturday morning! An the team Juan, Robert made sure that they got my car clean. Kendra came to make sure that it was up to my standards an ask me if I seen anything an she was very nice about getting into my nicely cleaned car.. I will be returning to the Riverdale Car Spa!! Got here at for oil change and detail. They did oil change and put my truck to the side for an hour. Then put it in line to do the inside after I asked whats going on. Note the truck hasnt been washed yet. Hour later still in line in get the inside done and outside still hasnt been cleaned.. poor service.. im ready to get my truck and say hell with them. 50 people came and gone. And Im still here..

Scratched and damaged my paint!!! Good for older vehicles NOT FOR LUXURY VEHICLES. I have been here a few times with some of my older vehicles and they done a good job. I came here with my Audi A8 and boy do I regret it. Not sure if the scratches came from the brushes or maybe a gritty rag. The sad thing is that I purchased the monthly membership minutes before this experience. If you have a luxury car save your time. If you have a car that just needs to be clean thats already have a few scratches (work car) (point A to B car), this is a good service.

Left so much dirt behind. No effort or attention to detail. Overpriced oil changes. Spent $100 and was so disappointed. The clerk even messed up, I ended up paying for other peoples services, and had to walk her through the correct change

I got my seats cleaned here now my car smells like a dirty public bathroom. I had to check my trunk I thought it was trash in it.

The staff is decent. Nothing crazy as far as professionalism. The washes are average because you can’t really expect a miracle going through a machine. Hand washes are better. They could do a better job on making sure the silicon is spread evenly over the tires though and applying a little pressure to the drying towels when drying because I did still see little spots on my truck that could’ve came off had a lil pressure been applied. Overall this is a decent place to get your car washed. I got my seats and carpet shampooed. They did an excellent job. It was so good that I actually gave the person a tip initially and after I saw how good he had done I gave an additional tip. Would’ve gave 5 stars but that silicon is important to the overall look of the vehicle. It has to be even over the tires but I stopped at Auto Zone and bought some and finished the job.

Great place for people on the go who still want to drive a clean car personal or professional. Ive never had a bad experience there and I dont think you will either. Keep doing what youre doing as far as customer service, and youll have me a customer for life.

Thank you Car Spa for taking care of me. I have my seats cleaned every year and the work is excellent. The last time I went I had a bag in the car with a brand new pair of shoes with receipt included. The next day when I was going to take them back they were not in the car. I told myself it was my fault for not checking when I got in. I didnt call Car Spa until two days later. The young lady stated the shoes were in the managers office. Thanks again Car Spa. Pretty decent place. They treat you like valet and my car was thoroughly cleaned inside and out. But the guy who I received my car from tried to double charge me. Then he said sort of nastily, next time you need to have your receipt out or something like that. How was I to know that sir?? Smh. Overall, great experience.

This is the only hand wash spa in my area with good pricing. I gave this spot 3 stars because of the cost for washing my vehicle and the amount of time it takes for it to get waxed. They have alright pricing from 20 to 160 for a full detail. But sometimes I think they try to go too fast while cleaning that I can tell that they missed some spots. The lounge area is nice and the staff are nice as well. I just wished that they didnt charge an arm and a leg for hand washing my vehicle. But if you are the only hand washing car wash in the area I can see why you can charge as much as they do. They do have a monthly fee where you pay for the type of car wash you want per month and you can come back as many times as you like without needing to pay extra. But in my mind I dont always want a wax for my vehicle. Sometimes I just want a general wash so paying the monthly could be good for some and not good for others. Depending on the frequency you wash your vehicle.

Car half detailed inside had to spot clean my dash and wipe off wax fr ok m my exterior. For the money I paid I expected so much better. The young man that was explaining the services seem to have an attitude when asked questions.

Great car wash service and more. They do allow pets in the lobby which is a big plus for me. The staff is friendly, and they help whenever they can. The also have reasonable wait times for whatever service you ate requesting.

Love the idea of this place! Very clean and orderly. Polite staff. Only cleaned what they could see on the inside of my vehicle meaning that dirt was left in places like underneath the floor mat BUT the mat was cleaned.

Best place if busy the do rush job and need to be more detail oriented I can pay what I pay and do myself but for I convenience I go, but expect what I pay for whats up with rear view mirror being missed y people getting out to dry their own car when thats what they paid for.....good but you can do better always room for improvement then some workers be looking sleepy not in mood to work dont come

Dont waste your time or money I went about two months ago and they half cleaned my car. I had to go through with the guy and ask him to clean and vacuum stuff. well I had a work trip to go on working 12+ hours on film crews leave little time for car maintenance. the spot I usually go to was too far out the way so hopping they just had an off day the last time. I returnedthey they did even worse then before an example I had two bags in the back seat one had a shirt the other shorts . they vacuumed AROUND the bag !!! I picked them up when I got home to find stuff under it. no more money for them
