Was a GREAT gym to join before the pandemic...idk whats going on but Ive been trying to get into the gym for the past month but nobody will answer the phone. The gym still appears closed despite other open locations and their still charging me... Been 3 months now and I cant even access the gym yet yall still charging....yall should be ashamed of yourselves. They also dont provide an easy method to cancel.... I just want to know WHEN and if the Riverdale area is opening back up? This doesnt make any sense.

Before the pandemic the gym met my expectations with its cleanliness, their customer service, prices, and knowledge of their facility. During the pandemic I was billed for the monthly fee. I called, and the employee froze my account right away for the duration of the health emergency. He was kind and handled my concern thoroughly. AFTER the pandemic..smh I wasnt notified that the gym reopened. instead, when I called the employee gave me multiple excuses about their phone being down and everyone was being routed to Douglasville, and that I was being charged at the end of the month anyway without my credit from March being applied to my account. I was shocked to receive this lack of professionalism all of a sudden. I wont add the rest of the negative remarks I received because I took my concerns to the manager directly and let me just say, he put my trust back into this establishment with his professionalism. He was compassionate, and very apologetic about everything I experienced. Most reviews are made out of frustration but if people took the time to respectfully address their concerns they will receive a better result. Try working with the manager before leaving a terrible comment. Owning a business is hard and it thrives off of customer feedback. The gym is following social distancing very well and it hasnt been crowded at all. After being stuck indoors for months im so happy and blessed they survived financially to reopen to help the community. Health and exercise is important, Keep up the good work!

Have been to many gyms an YouFit surpasses them all in my opinion.. Great staff,clean an never over crowded. Nice vibe an have meet some good people. Never had a problem what so ever here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND .

Affordable, equipment works and state of the art. Clean atmosphere. Staff is helpful. Best thing is its 3 minutes from my house.

I’ve been to plenty of gyms in the area and haven’t felt the same “cozy, family oriented vibe” like I felt at You Fit!! I felt very welcomed. The gym also had what I needed in equipment. And lastly, I 💚💚💚 the green concept!

Very professional staff and no judgements...ever. The classes are fun and the instructors are very encouraging. Sign up is easy and there are no hidden membership fees either.

Youfit is a very comfortable place to work out. There is no one pressuring you to have a personal trainer. The staff is very professional. They treat you add if their job depends on being nice to you. They are all knowledgeable about the equipment and the functions of them. If youre thinking about a gym, Youfit is the place to be.

Its ok as far as gyms go. nothing remarkable, personal training available in addition to other health and recovery services. Often they host a variety of classes to help with your goals.

Its very professional, they have plenty of machines and equipments to use. And they make you feel right at home. I would highly recommend them 😊

This is the best Gym I’ve ever been to! It’s very clean everyone is very professional and it’s also affordable!! Really wish they would open more locations. Recently moved from riverdale to little 5 points and I’m missing this gym soooo much!!

This is a great gym and its affordable.. Very personal and very clean. they also have great deals for the personal trainer sessions. Also if you refer two people you get a free month. Derrick was awesome.. He helped my mom to sign up. He has great customer service. Very energetic and polite. He took his time with my mom. Yes they upsale but not that overbearing. The ladies at front are Awesome as well..

The location has been closed from March 2020. No updates were provided on possible opening dates but today I was charged $46. Very unprofessional.

Childcare was excellent. Equipment not the best. It was okay. Had billing issues. Manager there but not availible to speak. Other reps have no exp with billing. Canceled membership.

I cancelled my membership before the next one was due and fought for months to get my money back that they charged a month after I cancelled. Just so you have a better idea, I cancelled in December 2017 and they charged me for January (keep in mind that I paid for the month of December and cancelled at time same time). Well its 2019 and guess who never got their refund. ☝🏾

I especially like the classes, although my favorite class is usually too full. :( But so far, a nice facility overall.

I have updated my review. Apparently there has been some positive changes since I initially started going. The machines now work properly and they have someone cleaning frequently. Staff is pretty friendly!

I had very good intentions when I signed up for this membership 2 months ago however due to an unforeseen situation I have not been able to attend. Needless to say they have taken the membership dues out of my account for the last 2 months. This month they attempted to retrieve funds out of my account (which was more than the normal monthly deduction) and it was declined. I then attempted to cancel the membership online however their website miraculously is saying my membership account could not be found!! I never got in the office to resolve this situation because I got a call of a sudden death in family in which lead me out of town. I wake up this morning to see that $65 had been deducted out of my account which is more than 3 times the amount of the monthly membership dues. I called them literally in tears because those funds deducted are for the funeral home. They refused to credit the funds back and explained there is nothing they can do about it!! I am absolutely disgusted right now! What happened to customer service and compassion? Even more so I have never attended the facility!!

The place is never over crowded and they have really nice equipment. The staff is friendly and courteous as well. From the first day I walked in I was greeted with a smile. By far one of the best gyms Ive ever joined!

Gym closed and they keep billing you. Now they are asking for a certified letter to cancel the membership for a closed gym.

I love this place. I work out here as often as I can. However, the daycare is closed 1p.m.-4p.m. when I need it the most and the dance room can only be used for a class. I was hoping to use the room to practice my dance routine. Earning points on the app to get some merchandise takes forever. The overall gym and environment is chill. I love the staff. Theyre nice and inviting. Only wish they had resistant and crossfit band for the ladies!

Dropped in for Mixxed Fit classes while visiting family. Facility is clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating and Sherdricks classes were awesome! Definitely recommend.

I just started here two weeks ago and I like it. I did get the jumpstart program where I get personal training for 6 sessions for $121. I had a little bumpy start but it was fine. I go to the Zumba classes and they are fun. I tried different instructors to fine my best fit. So far so good I’ll update if anything changes. I bring my son with me. There is child care but the rates are ridiculous. A 13 yr old can come with you. 4/26

There are usually no crowds here, the equipment is very simple to use. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was not intimated by the equipment or the people even though I am not a gym regular.

Gym is great I enjoy going great atmosphere.but the accounting is sloppy,the previous account manager told us that our personal trainer account would be canceled after a payment but then after he quit the manager told us that we had 2 more payments found out today that we have another payment coming out.if its not fixed and soon we will be canceling the membership all together and taking our bussiness elsewhere

I really love this gym especially the riverdale hwy 85 location. I use to live close but I just recently moved but I still make the drive to get a really good workout and to see my friends/family .the whole staff really care about your health and making sure you get what you came for .In the words of one my dear friend (your welcome).

The gym is very clean and staff is nice but they are giving false Information on their website. Childcare hours are NOT what is on the website. And Sundays there is not even childcare available. Which sucks because the ONLY reason I joined the gym was because of the childcare hours that are not even true now.

Enjoy coming here. The gym is just the right size and the classes are awesome. Not crazy about the area.

I’m super disappointed and I should’ve just stuck to my $20 membership. You fit has accumulated almost $500 from me within the past three weeks. It has caused financial hardships for me personally even after cancelling my personal training sessions. And even after those transactions posted, they still hound me at the door for an additional $20 fee that they say wouldn’t clear through my bank but they managed to get over $450. Initially they were taking care of me, but now I feel like I’ve been getting the run around about fixing my account. Great gym, horrible business. They will never get another dime out of me.

Club is bigger then I expected and clean. I visited this location for the 10:30 Soca class and it was absolutely amazing. I WILL BE BACK

In my 4 year history with YouFit, Ive learned just how important regular physical activity is. The coaches there are dedicated and amazing. Anytime life gets hectic and Im unable to get there it has become a priority to get back. Im dedicated to my physical fitness. Thanks YouFit!

Youfit was my first gym experience. I have small group classes with Franika & Al and personal training with Tony. All of the trainers are great. I’ve seen great results. Sherry classses are awesome! Jaylan is the best!!!! I never have to wait long at the front desk when it’s time to check in. She sees me and already knows what classes and training I’m about to attend. This is my second home. Family!!!!

My morning ritual starts here. Clean,peaceful and has everything you need to get in and stay in shape.

The gym is decent in the inside but the staff is rude. The new lady manager is nonchalant and the last time before the girl who works the front was rude. I also got my car broken into being up there and there front camera does not work.

I absolutely love the energy in this gym, most of the people working out there are in the same position as me and others just trying to get back to working out so I love that peoples body and frame of mind is like mine and are not in there showing off there muscles.

Awful place with rude staff. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. They will sale your information and youll get spam for days. They sold my home address too and now Im getting a bunch of junk mail.Theres mold in the shower stall and when I complained about it, the woman at the desk just shrugged her shoulders. I cancelled my contract and now Im at planet fitness. Avoid this place like the plague.

This gym is a scam read you contract.... I moved and tried to call to cancel and they refused to cancel. I had to contact Bbb and reverse charges with my bank. They are unprofessional with handling there business... They told me that they were going to keep charging me if I dont fly 1500 miles to them and cancel. When I ask to speak to a manager they hung up and stopped picking up the phone... there bbb rating is a D for a reason. Dont get caught in there scam like me.

Ive been attending YouFit in Riverdale for almost a year now. Im one of those people that vowed to never join a gym again but I ended up joining and cant imagine leaving now. They make the gym feel like a family gym. From the welcoming staff (Sherry, Jason, Jan Micheal, Tony, Anthony) to the experienced trainers, it has everything that I need.When I first joined, I didnt have a clue about the machines and even when I started figuring them out, I didnt know what I should be doing for my body to reach my goals. I was a little intimidated, and someone talked me into signing up for training. I was reluctant bc I thought they just wanted money, but signing up was one of the best decisions of my life. They have licensed professionals with certification in physical training. I started training with Tony Dorsey, one of the licensed professional trainers at the gym in November 2016. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made for my life. Making routine exercise a part of your life with a knowledgeable professional will change your life. With each month comes new challenges and obstacles, but with Tonys help and guidance, we conquer each one as a team. He is very attentive and writes specific workout programs based on your goals and your needs. When I first started, I could barely squat, I didnt know what I should be eating. Now Ive learned so much about what to eat, when, what workouts to do, how to them, and the list goes on. Im glad I made a decision to dedicate my time and resources to bettering my life and my health and I have this gym to thank, and especially Tony Dorsey.I recently started going to Yoga, on Tuesday mornings. The class is taught by Anthony, who also teaches Zumba. Yoga is by far one of my favorite classes because it helps me stretch my muscles, strength train and release anxiety.If you get a chance to stop by the gym, you wont regret this place.
