Recently, my kitchen sink detached from my granite countertop. I had spoken with so many different people who said that they could fix it and had received a number of quotes. I went online this morning and thought I would give it one last shot. I spoke with Jimmy and he was so polite and professional and assured me that it was a repair that they could do. A few hours later, they showed up at my house to complete the repair. I really appreciated the way I was treated and the level of professionalism that was given! They were great to work with!

I used this company to install my granite counter tops. He promised the countertops would be available in 2 weeks. Well, after a month later, I finally received them after many, many, many phone calls and failed delivery dates. This was, I think, back in May 2015. My kitchen was finally complete and beautiful. Well, on January 1, 2016, my under mount kitchen sink fell and if it had not been for the oven cleaner that I had underneath the garbage disposal, I would have broken plumbing pipes. He promised to come Sunday morning at 9:00 to repair the sink but I had to reschedule. So, he said that he would come Sunday at 4:30 and, of course, it was a no show. He texted me and said that he would come Monday morning, and again a no show. Today is Tuesday morning and I have not heard from Jim Mills, the owner, operator, designer, etc. I would not recommend using him if you are on a time line and need the work done immediately. He does good work but business ethics, which is high on my list, is very, very, very poor. The commitment to customer service is tremendously lacking.Today is Wednesday, Jan 6th and Mr. Mills never showed up nor did he call to say that he was not coming. As a result, my fiancée and I had to repair the sink ourselves.
