This may be a good place for health and wellness, but definitely not for picking up Amazon packages. Somehow, every time I arrive to pick up a package, there’s always a 20-30 minute wait because there is always one clerk and ONE customer. I’m just trying to get a package that was delivered! That’s it.

I had a question about a item and when i call the sales girl didnt have the answer but took my name and number and said she would call me back before they closed. Of course I didnt think she would, but she did and she had the answer. Surprised! When i went about a hour later she greeted me like we were old friends. The best salesperson Ive seen in a long time. Great job keep it up! Your a keeper.

I was in the store today. The two clerks were awesome!! I went in to purchase one product but left with two. Thanks for recommendations and thanks for taking the time to show me how to cover my crown! You are the best!

It’s current 5:48PM, 7/20/2019 and arrive to the store. On the door there is sign stating they are closing at 6PM today. I don’t if this type of behavior is in keeping with GNC policy or, but I know will forever go to Vitamin Shoppe if this the type of customer experience I can expect. Very inconvenienced.

I just left the Hwy 85 location, 8/2/19 about 2:30 pm.The young lady (AMI) was polite and very professional. Ms Ami, was informative about various products I enquired about. I normally shop at the Fayetteville location, however I will definitely return to this location. I had an extremely Pleasant visit at the Highway 85 location with Ms Ami.💯I received superb customer service.
