Although the condition of the car I had in mind did not fully satisfied my expectations it was still fairly good for its age and how it was maintained, Fady was welcoming, understanding, and kind, not to exaggerate. He allowed me to inspect the car as thoroughly as I wanted with no intervention. In fact, he went out of his way to offer a lift for the car when I was wanting to inspect the undercarriage of the vehicle. Also handed me a flashlight to see any visual areas of the car I was most focus on when I asked for one. He answered all my questions prior to visiting, during the inspection, and afterwards. He was transparent with everything he knew about the history of the car, the condition of it and why they were selling it at market value. And unlike most other places, This dealership is negotiable with reasonable with pricing and will respect your time and decisions.

This has been a real beef of mine... false advertising in used car industry now... long ago it was a bait and switch tactic we hated(and was illegal) ... now it’s advertising cars at 10k then being brought inside to discuss numbers where another 4-5k is added due to paint sealant / GPS tracking etc (I’m not talking about extended warranties and things you can say NO to if you want ... I’m talking about things ALREADY in and on the car that you CANNOT remove (like paint!) that isn’t included in the pricing ..... False advertising and lies! (Which should be illegal too)At least this is NOT THE CASE at MK AUTO! They advertise prices and those ARE the prices! (Rant over 😂💦)VERY helpful! This was our first MINI Cooper purchase - we dont have a specialized BMV mechanic etc... Fady gave us the number to theirs and we will use them and get better than average rates for doing so.VERY accommodating w/ our PRE-MECHANIC request. Mk Auto Club is awesome. I bought a Honda Accord as my daily driver and while I was chatting with the sales guy, I found out that they have a division yhat builds custom cars. The Motorlogik division builds turnkey autocross cars :). I think its time to plan a new toy 😁😇🤩!!!! The staff is amazing and vwry helpful. They dont tell the truth! We drove all the way from Vegas to look at a car that was (according to THEIR ad) a pet free and non-smoker vehicle. I specifically asked if the paint had oxidized. WRONG on all three and the car had lived a very rough life. So we drove home. It was a waste of our time and gas money.
