My visit was a great one. Not only fast but friendly service.

Boba is good but the service is really really poor especially when you do online order.Ive given them several chances. I even place my order in the afternoon (weekdays) which is theres no costumer at all on the shop when I arrived it ended up still the same, waiting for a bout 20 to 30mins. 🤦🏻‍♂️If youre the owner reading this, I hope you change the way you handle online orders. We do the online because we want to save time but then again when were about to pick it up, we ended up waiting for 30mins. Kindly fix it.

**update from my last visit from 2 months ago, still workers still standing around talking and making customers wait a ridiculous amount of time for a drink..***Its delicious and I would recommend to anyone, I would definitely give a 5 star if they actually worked as they had customers to serve. They take their sweet time and it takes about 10 min to get one drink even when theirs not many drinks to make.

I used to like going here because their drinks are good but I don’t think I will be going back! I specifically did an order on their app so I could go & pick it up faster! But I still waited there over 30 minutes when I arrived! The lady in the front didn’t even do anything to make up for the time they took!! What’s the point of ordering online then? 🙄

Seemed like the process of making these drinks was longer then waiting for a full dinner to be made. I dont go to these places on a regular basis, my granddaughter wanted Boba so that is why we went here. Overall just felt like e v eryone had to wait between 10 to 15 min for there order, good thing they werent busy.

This place is awesome.I love taro and they have the best taro smoothie boba around town.they have a huge menu more healthier items then other boba places.when I came it was around 6pm dinner rush and it was super busy their were a lot of people inside and the line was out the door.the wait time wasent that bad from when I was waiting in line to when they called out my order it was about 15-20 minutes and the employees were kind and helpful.I will be coming back here and recommending this place to everyone local.

Im so torn about this place. I love the drinks, especially the Thai smoothie, and the boba is decent though not the best. But the service is... Not great. The employees are all more interested in chatting to each other or being on their phones. One time they were playing with a lighter and incense, which really put me off as the smell was very strong. Want to love this place, but its hard when the employees make you feel like a hindrance.

My mango shaved ice with fresh mango, ice cream and boba was absolutely delicious! My daughter got the milk tea with boba and that was perfect too!

Their customer Service is awesome, very kind and patient as I took sometime to look though all the selections they had to choose from. I went with the lavender milk tea with honey boba. The drink was so so good! You can taste the lavender perfectly mixed in the drink. This will be my new favorite spot ! I am so happy to finally get to try this place, so happy there’s finally a good spot for boba!

Omg!!! Great drinks with or without boba! Large variery to choose from..they have a monitor with the top 10 drinks..awesome suggestions. Cant wait to try them all! One in particular..my favorite is the CHAMANGO🥤 It has chamoy, tajin, mango..super yummy!

I wish I can give them 5 stars they just take a very long time to make the drinks. I’ve ordered on the app like 30 minutes ahead and when I go to pick it up it is still not ready. It is very frustrating. Even when you call them to let them know you are your way it will not be ready on arrival. On the other hand the drinks are good though.

I’ve ordered this the past two nights and it’s so good! i get the house milk tea with boba and tried their coffee jelly and it’s great! highly recommend. their boba is soft and flavorful 🥺 i also ordered through doordash

The tea was OK, a little too sweet for my taste. Unfortunately they got 1 item wrong and couldnt find the other drink even though its on there website.Sadly the loud music may have caused the misunderstanding.

This place is very nicely decorated inside and they have an abundance of options and they are all delicious. Wait time can be a little long but that should be expected from a busy popular place like this. My order always comes out correct and they staff is very friendly. The only thing I do not like about this place is the music is so loud! It makes it hard to order trying to be heard over the music and all of the blenders/ noise happening in the background

Had been waiting for forever for this place to open and it finally has!!! Some of my favorites, are the Thai Tea with double boba, and the Strawberry matcha with cheese foam, my kids love the strawberry smoothies with popping boba!! Its a new place, you may have to wait a bit as the staff is still training, but everyone has been so great and kind!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Everything I order is great. Only thing I would like is that if I order on the app, that it would give the option to order the extra large size. Other than that, I highly recommend it

This place deserves no stars…. Normally I don’t write reviews, but for them I’ll make the exception. I’ve been to this location twice. The first time I waited over 30 minutes and my order was wrong twice. I ordered a peach mojito lemonade ( what I got was a drink that tasted like fake syrup and to sweet to even enjoy) they were missing ingredients like fresh Lemon & mint; but at this point I was to frustrated to have them make it again. To make along story short today they did not disappoint. My order was incorrect again, except this time the Manager Eric had the audacity to tell my 13 daughter it was her fault!!The lack of customer service or even appreciation for his patrons is disgusting. Please don’t waste your time or money..

I’m only giving them two because their drinks are usually pretty good, otherwise I’d give them one star for being rude & slow. They often tend to blame customers for their mistakes, & they make a lot of mistakes. Now that coming closer to the end of the pandemic, the short guy with a fade & long hair on top barely started wearing his mask… & it only covers his chin.

Okay, the drinks and bowls are amazing here, but the wait it horrible. It takes about 3-5 mins to take your order which I don’t mind but it’s takes about 20 min to get you drink even if it’s not busy. Also when u mobile order they make it when u get there so that takes even longer.

Got the thai tea, it was AWESOME!

A little busy when I went, but it was expected on a sunny Saturday afternoon. Took about 10 minuets to order, and another maybe 15 - 20 mins for a 3 drinks order that all came out great! Refreshing, and worth the wait for the Butterfly Pea Tea Lemonade. So refreshing, and cool looking! Will definatley be coming back, hopefully when its not so busy.

I used to go here all the time, because their drinks are very good. However, they have given me the wrong drink three times now. They are extremely rude when they make mistakes. The manager refused to make it right and told me instead that he didnt need my money anyway.

The place is really nice and all but the drinks are so gross and the boba was so weird and it was a mix of soft and hard boba, the matcha was very water, and the Thai tea doesnt taste like thai tea its just sugary, over all the drinks were just water down.

If you like the wait times at the DMV this place is perfect for you, enjoy holding up the walls with a bunch of other customers who are are unreasonably waiting as well. Last time Ill come here.

Every time I have come here it has taken so long to get my drink whether theyre busy or not, whether I order online or in store. I waited 35 minutes today for TWO drinks I placed through their app. I saw countless groups of people place orders and walk out before me. They prioritized regulars orders. Dont waste your time here. If the mall is open, visit Surf City Squeeze for your boba instead. Way better taste and the owner there has great quick service.

Don’t waste your time coming here. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for my drinks. I ordered at 3:45 and it said it would be ready at 4:14, I ended up getting my drinks at 5:10. It’s not the first time it happens, I’ve used both the app and in person to order and it’s the same thing each time. Customer service is terrible and I do not recommend coming here unless you want to wait over an hour for your drinks and have time to waste.

I have been here many times andwhen done right the drinks are really good, but I have had my drink done wrong multiple times. I went in today to get a replacement for a drink where I ordered jasmine cheese foam and received jasmine matcha cheese foam. Not the same thing!! They were suppose to fix it. I also ordered a drink for my son. I was given no receipt, my order was filled behind several people who came in and ordered after me, my drink was made in the wrong cup, so the cheese foam wasnt right. When I complained, the manager said that it was the same thing and it was a free drink anyways. He said that if I insisted they would remake it, I really wasnt prepared to wait 10 more minutes for a drink...The drink did not have the same flavor, with the cheese foam mixed in instead of on top. I didnt enjoy the mismade drink and the manager didnt care!!

Honestly avoid it here if you can. I placed an order an hour ago online and it said it would be ready by 7:15 and it is now 8:00 and not even close to being ready. Told my husband to cancel the order. They are so slow and just rude. Avoid it and go to another boba place. Don’t waste your time.

Order online about an hour ago around 630 pm with a pickup time 705 pm its now 725pm and I get here and they said they still have to make it! Why offer online order and have it advertise as skip the line smh im not sure if this location is the problem but from other comments it seems to be

Terrible service, I ordered through postmates for a reason and they completely forgot to make the two drinks I had paid for through the Postmates app, which notified me the order would be ready in 30 minutes. I had to call 30 minutes later to make sure the drinks were ready and the woman who answered the phone tells me They are going to make your order, to which I thought to myself, What on earth??. I was going to cancel the order and ask for a refund but by that point I was sick of waiting. I walk into the shop to witness two young guys barely setting up the ingredients for my order. Needless to say, I will not be going back to that place ever again.

This is my third visit and the first two were fine but today I noticed that the guy that made my drink kept tugging at his shirt and his apron and then touching the rims of the cups. That was a waste of $7 and I wasnt going to make a big deal about it because the place was full. I hope that his supervisor reads this and tells him not to be touching his clothes while he then serves people drinks. I dont know his name but he was a tall guy with glasses 👎
