Last year I purchased a 4X3 ft mirrored medicine cabinet. I recently finally started on my bath remodel project but found the mirror on the back had cracked! I should have checked when I first bought it.😪 Crystal, at Precision Glass was outstanding to work with and got my mirror replaced in the cabinet the very next day! Nice work and nice company to work with. I will definitely use them again - if needed. 🙂👍💗

My glass broke on two of my tables, and I called this place and brought down some samples for them to remake the broken pieces. The staff were so very nice, helpful, welcoming and were able to make new glass pieces for my tables with absolutely no problem AND charge me an awesome price of do it too! I highly recommend!

Pathetic. I scheduled to have some internal storefront glass measured and installed at our office. There was a 9 day wait time but they had good reviews and were close to our location. Called on 8/10 to confirm and was told we were scheduled for 8/13. I had my notes from the conversation, was not happy but agreed. Today 8/13 called to find out where the estimator was and was told there is no record of the appointment. Too bad i had to even give one star.

I was extremely happy with my shower enclosure upgrade. They did an excellent job and completed it before the scheduled due date. They went beyond my expectation.

Someone threw a rock through the front window. This company made the experience much more comfortable to deal with. They set an appointment that was convenient for us. Scott came out and gave us a very reasonable estimate then replaced the window on the spot and cleaned up afterwards. Scott was extremely professional yet friendly and thorough making sure we were satisfied with the work. He also made some great suggestions that they could do in the future with some other issues. Will definitely only use this company in the future, especially if Scott is the person who handles the job.

I have been using Precision Glass so long, cant even remember. I know for sure in the 90s. they are awesome. They did special crackle glass for my kitchen cabinets at one house. Special glass for poolside tables that can hold and umbrella, several shower doors including seamless frameless. Cant say enough how great they are.

Highly recommended. Brought a broken window in, it was repaired very quickly. Most places Ive been to take the whole day. Was expecting to pick it up the next day as I came late in the afternoon, walked out with the fresh window in less than 20 minutes. Price was very reasonable as well, much less then my previous experience replacing a similarly sized window. Customer service on the phone and in store was superb and friendly, they will definitely be seeing me back in the future. The store is located slightly behind another building though, so may be difficult to see from the street, keep that in mind when visiting them.

Had 5 pieces of tabletop glass cut, delivered on time and at a fair price. Pleasant staff too.

Such friendly people! Walked in for pick up and I was helped right away. I pulled around out back and 3 of them did all the heavy lifting to get it in the back of my truck and sent me on my way with a smile :) would definitely go to again for any glass needs!
