I really like the store the value and the employees. There are a couple that are rude...and a store like Romantix is the last place a person with a bad attitude should be working. Pleasure is the name odds the game...not dealing with a dry bitter employee...but Im giving a review about the inconsistence of closures for the employee breaks and Lunchs. Of course i support them but be consistent. Do better please...the money i spend here, i expect better

Ive been here 4 or 7 times and its always been a pleasant experience. They have a wide variety of items for couples trying something different or solo stuff for us lonely fellas to have a crazy night. The employees are very kind and helpful as well. I always come in here fully hard and I leave that way.

So many books it will be a week long excursion. They have designated sections so everything is easy to find. They layout is pleasant and compact which I personally enjoy! You can find a chair to sit in around most corners, just wish they had more seating. I know its not a library but most people do like to read a few pages before buying.

I really love this place. It’s very clean, they have a great selection of toys, and it’s a surprisingly comfortable atmosphere lol. and the staff is SUPER nice. I wasn’t sure who I saw today, but she was so sweet, very informative and very open to answering all the questions I had. She was seriously awesome so shout out to her!Plus this place is open 24 hours. That’s a major plus.😂👍🏻

Great place low prices and above all the staff made me feel welcome, I got helped by the big guy and he was awesome. Helped me choose my first toy and honestly can say ill be going back for any other needs .

Romantix is THE BEST PLACE TO BUY ADULT TOYS in Riverside County! Their staff is helpful and very knowledgeable. Their prices are the lowest and very competitive. Their products offered are a wide enough variety for the experienced shopper, but not overwhelming for the new one! Also, their online shopping is easy and discreet.

The store was very clean and nicely organized. The lady at the counter helped me pick out what I needed.While there I decided to visit the video arcade. The arcade appeared to be clean but it was dark enough that I dont know for sure. The video booths have no door and is only big enough for 1 person. The selection of videos sucked and the volume was the worst. One video the sound would be really soft, the next it would be super loud. When I was there, the arcade was dead which for me was very nice because it prevented lurkers.

Jess is awesome. She was beyond helpful and was very good at explaining everything to the wife and I. Was the best experience we have had at a shop like this. Will be coming back for sure. Thanks Jess.

Love the store but the employees suck do your job ladies

Very uncomfortable and awkward which would explain why nobody else was in the theater room. I get it, the ladies working there probably run into lots of crazy pervos and probably dont know what to make of male visitors. Im not a guy who normally visits such places which probably didnt help with the awkward feeling.

The place is nice and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I hear size doesnt matter, but for me its a little too small.
