Worse customer service.This guy at the front desk is bad in customer service. He walked away from me and left me and my son to wondered around the store.Never did he try to sell anything.Went there because they had a few deals on OfferUp. When I got there they magically run out of tires to sell.I also wanted to buy doors so I asked him if my son can sit on their Rzr so I can measure him with helmet. He said NO!I walked away and it was the best thing I’ve ever done. Got better deal closed by. Triumph! Stick your Rzr. Your lost!O by the way, this guys let my kid get on their Rzr.Better looking than yours.

Horrible customer service! Let’s start there. I’ll only be using this place if parts are cheaper. This place will sell you parts with no manual nor box. They will not answer phone calls if they recognize your number. I’ll never shop here again! Trash

Im sure that things would have been different if I was local. I had a deal set up to purchase a set of sand tires. I needed them for presidents day weekend. Anthony agreed to meet me in Ft Mohave to deliver the tires to me. since he makes trips to Ft. Mohave I have been trying to reach him all week by texting and leaving messages at Triumph. No call no show. If you cant do it just at least respond to me that is common courtesy.

Awesome customer service, they went above and beyond. I had a warranty claim to process through the manufacturer of a part. No fault on this store. The manufacturer required a proof of purchase. No surprise to me. I called this store and inquired about getting an invoice copy from January of this year. They took the time to do the research to go back and find my invoice and email it to me. Mind you Ive only ever purchased this one item from the previously and it was not a huge sale, only a couple hundred dollars. Most companies would have shrugged it off and told me some BS about how they couldnt find it and I was on my own. Not this company, they took the time and in the future I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone I knew.

By far the best shop around. Professional, Honest, and the best part is that their prices blow other shops out of the water! The owner is on site, and he and his employees are obviously experienced, and they are not lazy; they have extraordinary turnaround times. I dropped my RZR off at 11:00am to have a second battery kit installed, front pillar pod lights, horn, whips, fuse block, switches and dash plate installed. It was ready for pickup at 4:00pm that day, and they took the time to go over the work with me. Not only was I impressed with the work and time line, but they added a few items at no cost! Side note: The shop owner isnt only an avid off-roader and boater, but he and his family are involved in the community... You cant go wrong by supporting this shop!

Took my UTV here and got ripped off. Hired them to do three items for me. Spare tire which I bought from them, fill my shocks and an alignment. They never filled my shocks, when I picked my UTV up, I asked if I could bring it back if the shocks were not filled enough when I took it out. They told me they dont guarantee shock fills because they had to take my shocks off the buggy to fill them. I knew right away they didnt fill my shocks. The alignment was horrible, one of the front tires was straight the other was at a slant. When I asked about it they said they did the best they could. I will never go back or recommend them. Had to reverse the tire when I got out to the desert they had turned it around, much better.

Had a bubble on the sidewall of my tire, didnt have a receipt and they replaced it no questions asked. These guys are the best and Im difinately going back.

If I could put no Stars! I would honestly got so ripped off I rebuilt my engine. To it back for a fuel pump. Got my bike back after 2 months. And they couldn’t fix it Couldn’t find the problem what a joke. Well here is the problem the oil was over fill. The whole engine had metal pieces in it lol and the gas tank had pieces of rubber what a joke. That guy Miguel is the worst customer service guy I had to keep calling to ask about my vehicle!!!!👎👎👎
