Landon is so good at what he does. My piano had not been tuned for 5 years and it sounded so beautiful when he was done. He’s not only a great tuner, he’s an incredible piano player and also educator on the piano and suggests really great piano music to listen to. He’s very kind, easy going and I highly recommend Landon to anyone 🎵

I had ordered an item from Total Piano Care which had to be delivered from CA to Ontario. Unfortunately FedEx lost the parcel. When I notified Total Piano Care, Landon was very quick to respond. He disputed and put in a claim with FedEx and promptly sent me the item again, not only sending a larger bottle of the polish but a special cloth for polishing. Total Piano Care is the place to go to when ordering a piano bench, sight unseen. Although the first bench was not right for me, exchanging it was easy and efficient and I could not have been more pleased. Wish I lived in California so I would be able to utilize all their services.
