Asked for all three of my egg and cheese bagels to have no salt or pepper as it’s pretty disgusting to have salt and pepper in eggs. And I got the exact opposite! This place costs too much anyways. I will not be returning as simple directions can’t be followed.

What a great staff and experience! Super helpful and enthusiastic considering it’s 730 on a Saturday morning. Had to grab some containers for graduation and they divided the buckets into “sweet and savory” and recommended the “shmear” and despite being quite busy went the extra mile.Definitely be back!

We had a mobile order, thinking it would be quicker we chose to pick it up through the drive-thru. DON’T MAKE THAT MISTAKE. we waiting for 20 minutes and didn’t even make it into to drive-thru lane. One of us finally got out and just went in while the other stayed in line to get our food. When we got the food, we found that they got part of our order wrong too. The food was good but the management of this place needs to step it up.

Went on Sunday around 11 on 9/5 went inside because drive through was busy and inside there were only 5 people ahead of me. I waited 45 minutes for 3 bagel sandwiches and drinks, they gave me my sandwiches but my drinks werent ready. I waited another 5 minutes before saying something the drinks werent even being made they didnt know I had drinks.This is not the first time I have had issues with this location they forgot my drinks last time as well. The staff needs to prioritize customers not just focus on drive thru there is no reason it should take this long for 3 bagels.

I am sorry to read such terrible reviews about management at this location but I have one to share also. It was actually a somewhat traumatizing experience for my sister and the cashier per the manager. I dont want to go into details but the manager in the first week if August this year was exhibiting absolutely abhorrent behavior to the new cashier and my sister who was trying to defend and help the cashier. It made me so sad because my sister was getting breakfast supplies for a very special life occasion for her young daughter. So unacceptable. Need new management ASAP!!!!

We waited in line for about 25 minutes to order through the drive thru and then when we could finally order, they were out of EVERYTHING—no cheese, no cinnamon sugar, no French toast, etc at 9 AM!!! You have got to be kidding me. We won’t come again.

Slowest drive through ever. Bagels are great, never worth the wait. Four times there and quickest has been 25 minutes. Never coming back. The one in Sandy is much faster.

The drive thru is so slow… every single time I’ve gone I’ve had to wait 30+ minutes for two bagels. The line doesn’t even have to be long and I’m still waiting way too long. Food is so good but the service just ain’t it

I had the farmouse sandwich. It didnt taste good at all. Too much og the spread they put on. They were busy and by the time I got it, it was cold.

Honestly I don’t know why I ever come to this place. They are so disorganized, I don’t think I have ever received the right order, and they take FOREVER to get your food prepared. I wanted for over 40 minutes in their lobby waiting for my food I ordered at the counter. The place is a mess behind the counter. I do not recommend at all.

I like my local Einstein Bagels.... The staff is always friendly and if you want to know the secret....go inside! I have never had to wait going inside. The drive thru is a mile long, but usually no one in the store. I love 💕 it

Went to the drive up at this location and Tristan was so cheerful, nice and genuinely connected. (Asked about my day, plans, etc,.) Something that seems to be less important in the fast food world. I had not been to Einstein bagels in years and now this location might be a frequent stop for me!

On Sunday 08/22 I went into the Riverton location. I noticed that the drive thru was busy and when we went inside there was about 15 people either ordering or waiting for food. within a few minutes I placed my order for 3 breakfast sandwiches and drinks. I then stepped out of the way and waited, 45 minutes later my name was called and when I went to the counter I was told that they were out of both kind of bagels that I had ordered to make the sandwiches. I asked how I had waited 45 minutes and was just being informed that my order was not being filled. ( it would seem to me that when a order is placed that the bagels should be staged for that order) the person then walked away and a manager came to the counter who with an attitude said he was under staffed (if 6 or 7 plus him is understaff) and said that he was new and they were busy. The manager acted as if I was being unreasonable and presented an attitude. I am very disappointed in the customer service and will not be visiting again. (Wow reading the reviews sounds like this kind of wait is common)

They have gotten so cheap when u pay for cream cheese u would like some on your bagel and I keep going and ask them the same thing cut bagel in halve.and they never do...but its my fault for going .but its the only. Bagel shop in town ..

Worst drive-thru in the valley. Routinely 20+ minute experience to pick up a box of bagels. Half the time they don’t even acknowledge your car waiting. Good food, horrible experience over and over.

Pricy! Drinks are small for the price. If yourinto bagles its ok. If you want an all around good sandwich, Jersey Mikes the place.

I wish I could rate this place zero stars. I truly don’t know why I come back and keep giving it another shot. Read the reviews, WORST SERVICE EVER. I have never had as awful of experiences as I have at this Einstein’s. Literally go to any other location and you will be happy. If you order so much as a coffee, plan on waiting on hour. The shortest wait I’ve had was 27 minutes and I was the only one in the drive thru. This location needs to significantly change in their staff and services. I’m shocked they are still open at this location.

I waited 5 min at the speaker box for my order to be taken and overall 30 minutes in the drive-thru just to get a sandwich. I would’ve just driven off if I wasn’t trapped in line.

I’ve been in line at the drive thru for 55 minutes as i type this. for 1 bagel. there was exactly 5 cars that in front of me. unbelievable. this place needs new management, 5 orders filled in 1 hour…? how is that even possible

The bagels here are inexpensive but the true cost is your time. The drive through is terribly slow, but usually speeds up when people give up and pull out of line.No problem, we thought. We can pre-order online and just pick up through the drive through. Per the staff, for online orders, the staff doesnt get details that would allow them to fill the order before you get there to pick it up. We waited about 20-25 minutes to get the order after going through the drive through at our scheduled pick up time.I feel really bad for the kids working there because theyre obviously not getting the management support or training they need in order to be successful at this job. Either the owner or Einstein Brothers corporate should get involved and fix some of these problems.

Second time Ive used the drive thru, the speaker that you order into is blown and sounded like an AM radio playing at full volume, you cant understand a single word that comes out of it. After waiting in the drive thru for 38 minutes I got to the window where there was 2 flustered young kids frantically trying to figure out who put what and how many into my bag. I repeated my order to them 4 more times so they could get it right but somehow they still managed to sneak in a funky flavor bagel.

If I could do a zero star I would. I have driven here 3 times from sojo to get toasted bagels trying to give a benefit of the doubt. Literally each time I’m waiting 30 mins and asking for my order to have it on the counter. I’ve had my order wrong too. I came for a toasted bagel with jam and one with cream cheese. This is nuts. I could have gone out to eat at a restaurant and been done sooner.

I came to this location around 9:30am and it was so busy and the drive through was packed. I decided to walk in to place my order and was greeted by such an amazing person. Her name was Chris. Not only was it crazy busy but she took the time to make you feel like you’re the only customer in the store. We need more people like Chris!!

This place has improved so much! I havent been here in a year because of my last experience of a crusty burnt breakfast sandwich. Today I was pleasently surprised. My breakfast sandwich was perfect. Customer service was on par and the restaurant was clean. Yay!

It was busy but they were friendly and food was good quality. Sante Fe breakfast sandwich was amazing! Healthier alternative to fast food breakfast sandwiches with no greasy taste or feel. I didnt get the coffee but a lot of people did so i imagine that is good too. Highly recommend!

Riverton is the Absolute worst location ever! The first time we sat in the lobby for 38 minutes waiting for two bagel sandwiches, our next visit was no different! So today we went through the drive through and ordered a box of bagels, when we get home we realized they shorted us 3 bagels! This place is horrible, I hope the franchise owner realizes they are losing money and customers left and right! I would fire the manager tomorrow and start fresh. I would give this place a no star review if I could!

Food is always good, but sometimes the drive thru line becomes unbearably long (and slow, I might add) and I have to cut my loses and go somewhere else. I think if service was faster, Id give it a full 5 stars

Absolutely awful! They forget food EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! Not only that but if you asked even 3 or 4 times for your bagels to be toasted they NEVER are. Its Absolutely unbelievable. The sandwiches are slapped together, the avocado toast is smacked with some avocado only in the middle, the bagels are half covered.Ive never been to such a poorly managed Einstein bagels. Ive given this place a chance at least 10 times and its the same exact thing. Every. Single. Time.

For the first time in a long time I have been disappointed with Einstein Bros bagels. I normally get terrific service this time I spent 12 minutes in a Drive-Thru for nothing but disappointment. I paid $6 and some change for a small bagel and a medium cup of coffee. The coffee tasted bitter after I asked for cream and sugar and the cup was leaking at the bottom I had to shove napkins around to hold it and stop it from leaking in my cup holder. I can truly say Im disappointed and the smear was practically non-existent on that bagel

SLOW, SLOW, SLOW. Not due to an understaffed establishment. The workers themselves didnt know their own menu, had to walk to the back to consult their manager for COFFEE! I literally had to fill my own catering coffee order because these employees were going so slow. Worst einsteins out there. 25 minutes for 1 just 1, to go catering coffee.Choose ANY other one, but this one.

I love this place. Im from NY & my family are Catholic/Jewish. I crave my NY, Jewish, Italian, etc foods but theyre so hard to find outside of NY. This place is close to some of the foods at Jewish delis & its so awesome this place exists right here in Salt Lake county. Thank you so much!

Pretty bad communication, they got something wrong on my receipt on the drive thru and the guy made me feel really dumb while asking over the window. When I actually got the receipt it was really wrong. Ended up paying the difference so I wouldn’t have to deal with the guy anymore, but never coming back to this location.

Horrible! Was not greeted for over 10 min. Got the wrong order and they were out of everything. Plus it took 20 min to get the order. When we finally got the right order, I was totally gypped out of cream cheese. Stay away.

We are here now, waiting 20 minutes for our bagel. The guy at the cash register took everyones order without looking to see if they had bagels or not. So we all wait. Then they gave us raw, smaller than a cookie bagel. Refused to eat and told them to change the bagel to one that was already better. The owner needs to visit and train the people.

Great place to get bagels. Honestly I don’t like bagels but I was asked to bring Einstein’s for a team training and so I stopped in. I informed the staff I had absolutely no clue what I was doing and they were happy to put together an assortment and even recommended the smears to go with. I go here about once a month usually really early in the morning for their dozen bagels. The staff is helpful and bagels are always pretty good. I like their hazelnut coffee. I do wish they had a better coffee creamer selection.

Went there today and the lady as cashier was not friendly at all. It was not a pleasant experience. Weve gone quite a few weeks and this week we may not go back. Very negative feel inside the building.

Awesome spreads. And the morning 12 for 8 offer is worth the price. You can choose or just get fresh assorted. And I was told if u are loyalty member u will get a dollar off on that too

In need of serious management. No one greeted me, had 3 teenagers standing around doing nothing. No one offered to take my order. Out of everything at noon. My coffee was not what I ordered and so gross. Not worth the money.

Ordered a Tasty Turkey deli combo. They didnt give me a pickle (I didnt notice till I got home, sadly) and my sandwich had tomatoes on it when I asked for none. Also, they gave me regular chips when I asked for BBQ. Next time I will be sure to double check before I leave the drive thru.

Forgot my hash brown so I had to go in. Once I got to work (20 miles), I unwrapped my sandwich and it was the wrong one! How hard is it to put 2 things in a bag correctly. Absolutely awful.

My experience with Einstein Bros bagels would be a five star rating worth, but as I imagine with every company there are locations that have much opportunity to grow. This location in Riverton is one of them in great deal. perhaps my expectation is set to high from the traditional experience I typically receive, yet after repeated visits I have always left disappointed.My recommendation to any readers who may read this is, if you are looking for bagels go to the Taylorsville location. It is worth going out of your way for.

Lousy hours!

Ordered a single bagel sandwhich. It took 1 hour and 31 minutes before they got around to starting to the process of making it.

Starting off I do like the bagels and the new coffee. The rest, well, not so good. The staff, done a few are great, have a lot that could care less. And that are almost always under-staffed.The prices have gone through the roof. For the same bagel and mocha 2 months ago it was $6.83. It has now jumped to $8.49. But it first went up to $7.19. Then a month later $8.19. Then 2 day later $8.49!!!I used to frequent here a lot. Today was my last day.

Worker put stack of bagels in the counter then put them in the box. One worker took credit card payment, then grabbed bagels and put them in abag without changing gloves. Could it get any worse?

Closest one to my house, worst experience every time.Working food, I could learn their POS more Efficiently than the staff I see everyday. My order is ALWAYS wrong, even though I order the same thing EVERY TIME.It takes over 15-25 minutes every time I go to get 4 bagels. Not to mention, I have to walk the cashier through my order very slowly after 5 repeats. And it’s still wrong.The most unprofessional, unqualified place of service I’ve ever been.

I love bagels. Sadly there isnt very many places that sell them. Grocery store bagels arent good at all in my opinion. This place though is one of the few places that make pretty darn good bagels.You need to head on over there when they just take them out of the oven so they are nice and warm and soft. Yum! Thats when its the best. I tried all the types but I always like to go back to the original plan bagel.The service at this location was good. They were quick to take my order and didnt seemed like they just wanted to get the line moving.

This place is RIDICULOUS!!! They leave the phone off the hook so you can’t call them for hours on end to check inventory because THEY NEVER make enough bagels to comply with the command. They are sold out of asiagos everyday without fail by 9am. Why aren’t you making more? The customer service is on another level of horrible. Everyone looks miserable and treats you horrible. What’s the point of this place honestly? You never have staff or bagels and are horrible!! You should let EVERYONE go at this location and start fresh with new management and new employees. Otherwise just close up shop because your the worst bagel store I’ve ever been to and it seems everyone agrees!

So sad. We love Einstein food but the service is sub par. NOT because of the Great folks who work there! The management is terrible! Manager Elaine chose not to show up today because she wanted to spend time with her niece. The three gals there, Stephanie, Liz and Marcy were working there buns off! I only know about the manager not showing up because an angry, loud patron wanted her money back, and Stephanie explained they were doing the best they could with only 3. I asked later about the set up. Theyd been there since opening and had gone non stop with no break!! This is ownership and management at worst! Those 3 gals deserve kudos! Shame on the manager Elaine and the owners for their poor management! I will give them another shot, in a few months.

This place is so good but the price is getting higher then I want to spend. The inflation is getting so bad around here that people cant eat out as much as they could before. $7.50 for a sandwich with no drink or side is getting up there. There service is pretty fast but if you get there at the wrong time you might be there over 15 minutes in the drive through.

EVERYTIME I come to this location I am in the drive through for at least 30 minutes. I don’t know if they are short staffed or poorly managed but they need to hire more people or pick up the pace! I love Einsteins but the efficiency is terrible. I ordered 3 bagels and I was seriously in line for over half an hour.

The last two times Ive come they have been out of a lot of bagel favorites. I had to settle both times on a bagel I didnt really want. This time they were out of coffee and half and half although they quickly refilled them when I asked. Seems like unless you get here first thing, you dont get the good stuff. Unless you want a plain bagel.

Last time I’m ever stopping by this place on my way to work. Got there at 6:29. First car in the drive through. Waited 11 minutes for a toasted bagel, and a breakfast sandwich. Painfully slow. I could have made bacon and eggs at home faster.

It use to be good, we think they have good food..but the service sucks.. we waited for a really long time this last visit and our food was cold..plus my husband had a hard thin long piece of plastic in his bagel!!.. totally ruined our appetites.. the prior visit it took them 2 times to get our drinks right. Ive gone to this place the last two days through the drive through. The inside didnt seem to have any customers and I was the only car in the drive through both times and still I sat at there waiting to give my order for many minutes. I was never acknowledged or asked to wait. Both times I just ended up leaving and I wont be back.

I usually love this place and have never had a problem but today the person taking our order at the window didn’t say anything for like 5 minutes we parked there then once she started to take our order she did get any of it everything we said she asked questions and couldn’t figure it out it was very frustrating then I asked for a chia with two shots and it was iced whitch I didn’t want And asked for a kids small sprite and got a huge sprite for my three year old I was so annoyed by the whole situation we just left with the mistakes

I usually LOVE this place but they recently hired a new guy and i was waiting by the drive through speaker for i kid you not OVER 10 MINUTES. He didn’t even say “I’ll be with you in a minute“ or anything. There was one car in front of me and 4 in back of me and the car in front of me was just waiting at the window for their food for over 10 minutes and We all had our cars parked because it was SO SLOW. And now I’m parked at the window and it’s been 5 minutes waiting for my one bagel and hot chocolate. I have work. I can’t come here with this guy working like this. SOMEONE FIRE HIMMMMM HE OBVIOUSLY DOESNT CARE ABOUT HIS JOB.
