Make sure you take your own bag. They are charging 15 cents for a bag to put the items you purchase. Disappointed in Sally’s. They lost a regular customer today and I’m encouraging everyone else to shop elsewhere.

Beautiful store where I can find exactly everything Im looking for, but Im sorry to say that the attention is terrible from the employees, I go shopping once a week

Fabulous location, the male cashier was very helpful and friendly and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location! It was also quite warm inside the store, Im unsure if that’s there doing, or if they have a broken AC unit?

Great store, clean, staff helpful. Glad to have the store open for business. All in store are wearing face protection. Ugh ! But what I guess is expected of a beauty supply.

Excellent customer service...when I asked if there was more of a product, the clerk said shed be happy to go in the back and check, instead of just saying, everything we have is out, or some such and just blowing me off...rare these days...

Went to this store today, the gal made me wear a mask, I held it on my face to cover my nose and mouth, I explained that wearing the mask effects my oxygen level and I will get light headed. ..and she told me to go out to my car and she will call me to ring my items up. Well that was fine, but she left me sitting out there while she rang up others in front of me.....I have breathing issues cant help it.....but throwing me on the back burner was uncalled for.

My new favorite location, the sales associate “ty” was very helpful and I found my new favorite conditioner. And he helped me use my rewards I had no idea they existed

I went to Sally’s Beauty today. I asked the girl if they had any eye shields (for putting eye makeup on eyes and not having it crumble under my eye). The girl told me they don’t carry those and I should put tape under my eye!! This is sooo wrong. Please educate more!!

I love this Sallys- super convenient and they have such great customer service. They have always been so willing to help me to get the right products. Great selection at these stores and awesome products.

I love this location! Its so far from where I live, but Id much rather travel the 25 miles to this location because they have everything I need in one stop and the girls are so helpful and sweet! The location within 1 mile of my house is a dump, never have in stock what I need and the girls there are beyond rude! They spend the whole time on the phone with their friends and dont get off the phone to answer a question let a lone for me to buy what I was going to. So I left everything on the counter and walked out. (That was the Magna store, by the way.) The Riverton location is impeccable!! I go there all the time and I always leave with what I came in for and then some and a smile on my face!!

Ellie (hope I didnt spell it wrong) was so amazing. She helped me find the best color and beach for my hair and helped me renew my Sallys card! 🙌🏻🙌🏻

The manager helped us find what we needed -- and innovated a tracking system for us to keep track of our products. (SO DISAPPOINTING that, even as a member of their club, they cannot tell you what products you have used... or, better yet, inform you DIGITALLY via mobile while shopping certain sections. In-store help? A+... Digital strategy? Notsomuch!
