Dont have their website updated with store hours. Looked them up online, said they close at 8. Walked into the store at 5:45, got told we need to do hour shopping within 15 min because they close at 6. Futher more, they didnt have any boots in stock other than what they had on the shelves, so if you want to buy a pair that they dont have the right size. Just go down the street to Murdochs Farm store. Theyll Prolly have it

I really do enjoy this place. Ive been here many times and it never gets old.The staff are super friendly and know what theyre talking about. Their products are diverse and high quality. Of course, with quality comes price but its worth it.They obviously have a nice selection of boots but they also sell nice hats and shirts and jackets. They have good gloves and name brands and all sorts of good stuff.The store is neat and clean and not too crowded with merchandise to make it feel cramped.I suggest the place. 🙂

Really bad experience with the clerk here. I stopped in to buy a work sweater for my husband with my 2 year old and 4 month old baby. My 2 year old needed to go pee.. he’s potty training I asked if he could use the bathroom. They said no. He ended up having an accident and was really upset about it. I also asked to sign up for their rewards program at the checkout and the clerk didn’t help. Probably won’t go back.

The Boo5 Barn has always been a great place to go for boots, hats, clothing. Very friendly staff. A great place.

Bought a gift card for 200. Didnt use it right away, still have the receipt, they will not honor it. Thats alot of money to lose. I wouldnt give them any stars!

Way too expensive and staff is rude and not knowledgeable. Inadequate to be working at a Boot Barn in my opinion. I had to special order a hat that was damaged on the shelf since they didnt have another one in my size. I was informed by the clerk that I had to pay now before they ordered the hat but if I didnt like it when it arrives I could be refunded. After waiting for a week for the hat to get here I had to go-to the store to pick up the hat It was the wrong hat and color. I asked for a refund and the same clerk told me in order to receive a refund I needed to sign up for the membership and give all my personal information. I later called Boot Barn customer service and was informed this is not policy. I found the same hat at JC Penney for way less. I wont ever give Boot Barn my business again.

Kasey has been the acting manager for the last week and i wish he were here full time. He helped us exchange a pair of boots, stretched a comparable pair because the ones we wamted would not be available. All the time he spent with us was enjoyable. He even cleaned and steamed Joes hat. Thanks Kasey for making our experience this time awesome!!
