Was looking for some 6x6 post bases, had to order the pieces, but great service, helpful.

I was very disappointed when I walked in. Not one person acknowledged me, I stood and looked at some samples and not one person asked if I needed help. When I asked for help they told me they were busy and where I could find help. I then tracked down some help and he was rude, had absolutely no knowledge about what I was asking and was very annoyed when I asked him to look further into what I needed. I have been trying to utilize my local hardware stores with Sutherlands coming to town soon. Luckily one phone call to Menards and they answered my questions with confidence. It looks like Ill make the drive to Casper and I am very excited for Sutherlands to open.

Sadly these guys locked the door as I walked up to it and wouldnt let me get the material I needed to patch my roof. The employee said sorry, were closed now. I arrived three minutes before close on a Sunday but I suppose closed is closed and they use their clock not Verizons. I was bummed but got what I needed at ACE. Usually this store does a great job but some customer service would be nice.
