Harmons make me feel calm and at ease! Maybe it’s more expensive than other grocery stores but it keeps my anxiety at bay. Everything from the lighting to the super helpful employees I am beyond grateful for it.Yesterday I came in with a picture I had seen on Pinterest of a charcuterie board I wanted to copy. Alan ran around the whole store with me getting the exact ingredients I needed for it! Thank you for your kindness! It’s been a rough month.

Watch out, Harmon’s sneaky tricks might cause you to lose money. I have always had problems with sales at Harmon’s, since it seems like whenever I get to the register, my items end up costing more than I had anticipated. This time I was shopping for mainly items with this “LAST CHANCE” markdown, which in some cases were pretty significant price drops. When I got to the register with about 30 different “last chance” markdowns, none of them had been entered into the system yet, and were charging me full price. If I had only gotten a couple, or if I hadn’t been paying attention, I would have totally overpaid on these items! Even if this was a mistake, it’s a mistake that is costly to the customers. If you shop here, make sure to remember which items are actually on sale, because it may not pull up that way in the system.

I ordered a vanilla rose birthday cake 1/2 sheet (which was to have white frosting with yellow and blue roses...hence the name vanilla rose). What I received was nothing like what I had ordered. In fact it didnt have one rose on it and it was frosted in the most awful yellow I had ever seen on a cake with black lettering and in the center was an orange spot which I think they may have tried to do something on it that didnt work out, so they covered it with orange frosting.Also, it was to have raspberry filling..well it had very little you couldnt even taste it. The cake itself had no taste. This was to be for an 84th Birthday Party. This was a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! I called to let them know how disappointed I was and the gal said well if you bring it back in I can put a rose on it. My order was for the vanilla rose cake, I should have received the cake I ordered.***** After the store director saw my post, he reached out to me and refunded my money. He told me they will look in to this situation further and do more training, which I agree with needing more training.

I have always been a loyal Harmons shopper but I havent always been a happy with customer service Harmons shopper.Until Today.Kerri and Teagen took very good care of my husband and I.I felt listened to validated and respected as a customer.Happily returning customer.

We love the fresh service deli and the gelato at Harmons. The entire store has a lot to offer. I can always find what Im looking for and never fail to be inspired! I love that they offer classes and too.

Ok…. This store is DANGEROUS. My wife and I went in tonight to pick something up for dinner and we wandered back to the meat section as we always do. We were greeted by Kris, who could see it in my eyes. I needed a Kurobuta Pork Chop with a little bit of extra fat in my life, and he was going to be my enabler. I was ensured “Nothing fancy” with this cut would be the best option for pork zen. 1- coarse salt. 2- cast iron (to 160 degrees) 3- garlic butter baste.We’ll. This dude was right. This new store is awesome. Might be the nicest grocery store Ive ever seen in my entire life.

Used to love Harmons, but feel like Im just being watched nonstop while shopping. Gone are the friendly associates who aim to please and provide great customer service. And the salad bar being gone is a shame too. Ill be taking my shopping elsewhere.

This is a large grocery store with a ton of extras. On the outside there are gas pumps, drive-thru pharmacy, and drive-thru pickup. The inside has great decor with florists. Besides grocery items they have a cafe with coffee and gelato. The produce section has a great variety. And a deli with cheeses, meats, and salad bar. Also in the deli are a-la-carte items ready to purchase and serve. My favorite section is the bakery with bagels, doughnuts, cookies, and artisan breads.

Harmons you were going to lose a lot of customers who pay your bills due to the fact that you are denying people access to groceries because they do not want to wear a face mask. This is a bad move on your part. There’s lots of people like me who spend hundreds of dollars a month and your establishment. If you’re not willing to serve the public, which I am part of, you might want to consider shutting your doors. Eventually this is going to hurt you where it counts. This does not hurt me at all. And just for the fact that you’ve treated me and so many others so poorly, we will never Shop in your store again. We can take our business elsewhere. Harmons was just convenient for me. I don’t need to shop at a grocery store where I need to clip coupons to save a few dollars. I can shop anywhere I choose. You need us, we don’t need you!

Harmons almost always has great produce as well as meats and cheeses. Their bakery aint too shabby either. Would recommend it for groceries for sure.

Went on Super Bowl Sunday evening unknowingly. They had sold out of coleslaw but Phil was amazing and asked if Id like to wait a few minutes and he made some more for me. I love Harmons and their customer service! Thank you!!

Last night 7/4, we dropped by to buy some baked goods for breakfast. I got some bagels and to my surprise this morning, the sell by date was on 7/1 and there was MOLD. Not good.

I really love Harmon’s. I only wish you’d please open your dining area up to customers again. We used to come to Harmon’s a lot more frequently when the deli “restaurant” and deli seating upstairs was available. It really set your store apart. Come on Harmon’s, open it back up!!

The staff has always been friendly and helpful to us, overall good selection of organic produce. The store is always so clean and organized.

I really love this Harmons . The bakery is amazing, they have a great celection of local beer. They also carry local foods and goods.

The manager was one of the most aggressive professionals I have ever encountered. While yelling at me to pull my mask up that had fallen below my nose because I was on the phone, she pulls hers down twice so I could hear her more clearly. Harmon’s has always been very strict but the manager “Niki” is on a serious power trip.

Always good their prices are more than others but its the only place to get my dogs black gold dog food.

At least 10 to 20% more expensive than normal grocery stores. I think their business model is to wait till somebodys desperate to pay extra.

The newest, and best store in the chain in my opinion. Very clean. Great selection. And awesome staff. The freight throwers stand out the most as the aisles seem to always look super stocked and clean. Cafe with seating. Second level seating that looks over the store. Family friendly. Prices are of course higher than competitors usually. But i think its worth it for the great customer service harmons provides. Check it out!

Did you know you can get air for your tires for free at harmons? I did not know that! And they will also pump your gas for you!Harmons quickly became my favorite grocery store this winter.

Fresh produce and salsas.I have never been in this store but an acquaintance brings me chips and salsa from their travelsFrom the first bite, the salsa was extremely fresh and the chips crunchy and good.Looking forward to trying all the flavors and perhaps visiting the store myself sometime.

Today I went in to get a few hamburgers and brats from the meat counter. I was helped by Corey. He was truly one of the nicest employees I have ever had help me at Harmons!!! It is not often you find sincerely nice people in customer service anymore. But he was amazing!!! Thank you Corey for caring and being so nice!!! What a breath of fresh air!!!!

Great, new and clean. I have always liked Harmons for higher quality and great service. This is a new store and has all if the feature you would expect. Come in and check it out.

My favorite Harmons: everything is always in stock, cooking for you, salad/ soup bar is always clean and fully stocked, easy to navigate around, coffee shop, top floor interior and exterior seating. Groceries always good, just go 💯.

I was having an asthma attack while I was walking out and the manager still Insisted I put a mask on, regardless of if I have an exemption. Such a blatant disrespect. People get exemptions for good reasons. The manager was a bully. I see the comments about doing this to other people, then responding with CDC links. Classy. Won’t be shopping here again.Do your own research and stop relying on the media to tell you have to treat people or live.Im surprised this manager still has a job to be honest.

Was refused service because of my face being visible. I was sought out by Niki the manager who had a civil conversation but would not let me purchase anything without covering my face. Harmons is indifferent to Utah State Legislature HB0294S04 and still wishes to dictate my behavior. I will not be retuning to Harmons.

After several attempts in buying supposed higher quality meat. We purchased meat from Smiths and Harmons, of course I picked Harmons. The butcher told me they have the best quality meat. I purchased Tomahawks and comparing to Smiths Tomahawk. I will never buy from Harmons again. It tasted better and cost half the amount. Disappointed is all I can say when it comes to the meat department.

I am here because of how I heard a woman was treated when she went in without a mask because of her condition, even if the governor is mandating it. I DONT THINK ITS A LAW. She was followed yelled at and rudely told to leave. I want to check the validity of this to see if this is truly how they are going to be treated, even though I do wear a mask. It feels wrong to be that aggressive with customers, even after the CDC came out with there being a miscount in numbers and it not being a big threat like we all thought. I thought that because of this information that customers would be treated with respect mask or no mask. But again im here to check facts. I have heard of two reports of them being treated this way. Just curious if its true.

Great produce, deli, bakery, meat and fish. Everything cost more here but food is very good quality, great friendly and smart staff and great selection of grocery and prepared foods. I like using the online eshop, and its right of the highway, easy pick up.

There are grocery stores and then theres Harmons. My favorite place to shop while in Utah. Highest quality, knowledgeable and dedicated staff who go the extra mile to make every guest feel pampered, and superlative customer service. You will love the little extras like authentic Italian recipe Gelatto, an amazing artisan bakery, and world-class cheeses and cured meats from around the world. Their house made foods are amazing too including some of the best store bought grab and go fried chicken Ive tasted anywhere besides my Tennessee in-laws table.You will certainly pay a bit more but it is worth every penny. If youre a fellow Utah foodie youll understand when I say Harmons makes Smiths feel like another day at WinCo.

I am always blown away at how many options Harmons carries. They support local businesses, as well as big brands so there is always a huge selection. Their displays are beautiful, and their employees are so kind. This Harmons is so clean and organized! My family and I were helped by a few different people to get what we needed, and it was always done with a smile! This location has such a great vibe to it. Thanks Harmons!

I placed an order for my husbands birthday last week. I wasnt sure of the pickup time so i just listed a time for mid-day. I was told previously that everything is made first thing in the morning so pickup was pretty flexible. I called that day to confirm this and I was told they couldnt do an earlier pickup because of other orders. I asked if they could double check because mine was a pretty simple order, cupcakes and cream puffs. She asked for my name and came back less than a minute later and said they couldnt do it. Ok totally fine, no worries. The reason why I am frustrated is because when I got there and gave them my name they couldnt find my order. Turns out it was actually under my mothers name. There was no way she even checked to see if my order could be done early because there were no orders under my name. Just would have appreciated them actually checking on the order as an earlier time would have been much more convenient. Besides that, the cupcakes and cream puffs were great.

Such a fun and functional place to shop! Its just off of mountain view corridor, so its easy to get to, and the produce has been top notch every visit. Michaela (sp?) made us the most delicious hot beverage, the London Fog, and its my new favorite drink. I suspect she can customize any of their drinks to suit just about any palate. The meat, bread, cheeses, all of it has been great.

Not worth buying over priced groceries to get treated poorly because I cannot wear a mask. Ive been a loyal customer for 15 years, but I will now take my business elsewhere due to the lack of compassion for all paying customers. Petersons and Walmart have common sense and appreciate ALL customers, with our without a mask.

Horrible service! Rude management! The guy at the meat counter completely overlooked me, helped the man behind me, who was not ready... and still wouldn’t help me! After being a loyal harmons shopper for the last 20 years this was a slap in the face.. I went up the road to smiths and got great service!

The most beautiful grocery store! The employees are always so kind and friendly. They often have delicious samples to share. Their deli food not only looks appealing(with steam coming from the chicken!), it also tastes very good. Their bakery breads are fantastic (the hotel Utah buns are my favorite for meatball subs). Great variety of bread and seafood. They carry a lot of specialty and local items that are hard to find elsewhere. Try the online order and pick-up! Weve had a great experience with it.

I had to pick up several trays from this location for my daughters wedding. I did not know exactly what or where I was picking up. I went to 2 different departments and the employees there just sent me elsewhere. I finally went to the service deli where I met Pam. She not only helped me with the trays in her department but she went above and beyond. She got her list and walked me around the store making sure I got everything my daughter ordered. She even walked me to the front and made sure I got checked out. I am so grateful for her kindness and willingness to help. Im not sure what I would have done without her. Thank you Pam!!

Harmons is just the bomb! This place has the best quality things and the most amazing diversity. This particular store is very clean, new and very well laid out. All the way around a good shopping experience.

Harmons always has quality food and great service. Though it is pricier than Walmart, Id rather go to Harmons because of the experience. I was looking to try some new types of cheese recently, and the cheesemonger spent twenty minutes with me telling me about cheeses similar to the ones I already liked, and never once made me feel like I was wasting his time. He was completely involved and knowledgeable about his area. Ive never encountered a rude associate at this store, and they always have fresh produce.

Clearly a fantastic store, great produce, baked goods and meat. It seems like they have a lot of cheese selections, but not necessarily our favorites. But the majority of this review is about their Covid-19 response. They really set the gold-bar standard, I never felt unsafe rolling throughout the store. Dedicated staff to gathering and cleaning carts. Frequent checkout counter wipe downs, plexiglass sectioning off, all employees wearing masks. Really excellent produce and they have a lot of local products. I just wish they would not put so many items in a bag. They put two half gallon containers of almond milk, six yogurts, and a glass bottle of soy sauce all in one bag. After going to pick it up and realizing how heavy it was I carried it from the bottom. I live in an apartment and I have to climb three flights of stairs. I don’t think the bag would have made the trip. This is not the first time something has happened like this. Please re-train on how much should go in a bag.

This Harmon’s is awesome. We shop here often and it’s always organized, clean, the staff is great, and we can always find what we are looking for. Their deli is also incredible. Most people don’t know about the Harmon’s deli/food court. Good food! Check it out.

Harmons is awesome. One of the few places that you can actually talk to the butcher. I love the meat and produce selections. They also have awesome prepared dinner items. Best place for brawts too.

Always super clean, the front additions always make for a nice store front. Unique gift ideas and awesome salad bar/sushi bar. Little pricey, but local support justifies it sometimes.

Also the bulk foods section is great! I love being able to buy as little or as much candy, herbs, or tea as I want. Some people say Harmons is expensive but I disagree, it is worth the quality!

My wife and I stopped for some artisan bread. We found a great loaf for 5 dollars at the bakery, which was less than I expected to pay. Fine service and friendly work force. Self checkout was quick.

This is a great store. They have a wonderful floral shop with a large selection of flowers. Its really like a gift shop with all the eclectic mix of plants and flowers. They also have beautiful scented candles and lotions.The store is so inviting and clean and relaxing. Its a wonderful shopping experience! They have a large selection of fresh fruit and veggies. You can also find almost any specialized food or ingredient here.Another great is the nice bathrooms. They are very clean and tastefully done.

I love the produce at Harmons. It is always fresh and delicious. The only downside is that every time I go in I have a very specific list and walk out with twice as much as I planned to get. The only other place this consistently happens to me is Costco.

I appreciate the fresh, healthy choices @ Harmons, especially the many organic items. None of us need pesticides or growth hormones in our food. Harmons meat & poultry have neither. Shopping @ Harmons is lovely experience, with good value for super quality food, then theres the floral department!!!

I have always loved Harmon’s and their food. But Cara was such a great help today. She allowed me to taste multiple cheese’s and gave me her honest opinion on all of them. She was a great help and will be coming back in the future!

I worked at Harmons as an older teen and stayed with them for a few years. They have always impressed me. This store is so clean, friendly an even fun to shop at.

Really POOR customer service. I have 4 items. There are two check outs open. Both with big carts of groceries. The self check out also has a long line. I wait patiently for 8 and a half minutes for my four items. They open a new check out and the man opening it takes the last person in line instead of me. You can have beautiful new store but if you have poor customer service, it doesnt matter.

Honestly it was so much better than I expected. It was huge, beautiful, all the employees were so helpful and nice. Every sample I had was delicious and there wasnt a speck of dirt in sight. I will for now on go to this Harmons. Everything was great, even the music choice 😂

Big beautiful store, sure. Even has a gelato bar. Here is the big BUT though. I have multiple times had to go to the older Harmons store at the District because this store just is lacking. Multiple products I normally shop for are not stocked at the mountain view corridor store but always at the District. And forget about sending anything through the post office. DOUBLE the price of sending the exact same thing at the other store! Why? I dont get it. And getting donuts? Yeah, not gonna save time there, might as well drive the 15 min because it will still be faster. Until they step up their game I am going to spend my money on gas and go to the District because I value my consistent amazing experience and expected more from Harmons because I always get more from the District.

Just wanted to pop in and say the new girl at the cafe is very nice and sweet BUT is terrible at making coffee 😪 I’m not here to blame her or make her feel bad but someone needs to train her more or back her up since she never has help so she is probably feeling rushed all the time. I also know that it’s not the Harmon’s cafe drinks because the previous girl, Makayla always made fabulous drinks. And my coworkers agree with me and won’t get coffee there anymore either. Working in the Mountain View village it’s the only place to get coffee so if someone could work with her and help the poor girl out so we can all enjoy some coffee or hire some backup that would be greatly appreciated (:

Very nice and well kept store. We were only in there for a short minute. We grabbed donuts and salad and it was $60 haha. They seem a bit overpriced. But it was a nice store to go in.

Harmons just keeps getting better and better with each new store! The Mountain View Village location has a gorgeous cooking school, incredible selection of freshly chopped fruits and veggies (the veg noodles are my favorite!), and the employees are all so friendly and helpful! Id rather go shopping here than any other grocery store in the state (aside from the other Harmons locations, of course!)

I went to the new store today. Wow! I’m impressed! It’s set up for today’s busy life style. So much to chose from for quick and easy dinners. I can’t wait to go back, I love it!Harmons has always been my favorite place to shop.
