Came into Fremont Ford needing a vehicle as we broke down at the start of our vacation and the parts needed to be ordered. C.J. showed us the trucks they had. Not only did he help us find the vehicle we wanted he even got us the special equipment to tow our trailer, over night. We were able to make our family vacation. He and Laura made the purchase very streamlined. They went above and beyond taking care of us and doing all they could to get us on the road quickly. Highly recommend them.

Although I own a Lincoln which is the top tier of Ford products I am treated very nicely at the Riverton Dealership. This last time it happened that my window regulator went on the blink just when I was going to the dealership to have the oil changed in my car. When I arrived the Service Dept. helped right away find a new regulator and then after the oil was changed they actually found a place to keep the car inside since the window was half way open. The next day they got inside the door and found the regulator was done for and got the window put in the closed position so they could put it in their outdoor lot where it was in a fenced area where it was locked up for the weekend. Went back Wednesday afternoon and picked up the car after the new regulator was installed and paid for the service and repair to the car. Every one was super helpful, as well as being friendly and willing to go out of their way to help my wife and I get our car repaired. Overall it was a nice experience dealing with some very professional people and even jokingly how owning the Lincoln was almost like owning a Harley Motorcycle, which a couple of them owned. Five Star Experience!!

We purchased a new Ford Bronco from Fremont Motor. They made us feel like we were part of their Ford family. Everything was explained in detail upfront, was made simple and easy. This by far was the best experience in my life time buying a new vehicle. The salesman Jack was awesome. He got in vehicle with us explaining and showing us how to work everything from lights, wipers navigation,blue tooth,Sirius Radio etc. He made sure we were experienced with ALL features of the new Bronco before we left. He gave us his personal number to call if we were in need of any extra assistance .The General Manger Ricki was right there making sure this purchase was a positive one. We felt she truly looks out for the customer being No 1 in her dealership. The finance lady Laura explained in detail everything to the penny what you were signing. Very poor service. Bought a 2019 Edge. No front license plate. Plus hardware. And labor. Almost $130.00. Just got our plates yesterday. And we are still waiting on the owner manual. We were promised Oh yea bring it in ANY TIME for a courtesy wash. You pay extra for Fremont care. Salesman Jake didnt explain everything about this vehicle. Many things we figured out online. My advice. Be very careful what you spend your money on.

My daughter and I bought a 2016 Ford truck in a nearby town YESTERDAY, and TODAY the check engine light came on as we were heading out on a road trip to California. Chris, the Service Writer always does a great job at explaining every thing, he is always very courteous and I have never had a complaint in the 11 years I have been getting my Lincoln MKS taken care of at Fremont Motors. This time, however, was different. I live in Lander and had an appointment at Fremont Motors in Riverton to have the rear shocks on my Lincoln replaced and to get an oil change and tire rotation. After a period of time Chris the service writer came and told me they were missing some of the bolts for the shocks and they wouldnt be able to replace them until they came in. So after going to parts and paying another 60 dollars they were ordered. I dont understand since, someone at Fremont ordered the shocks why everything needed to replace them was not included. Now I have to make another trip over to Riverton.

I want to give a huge shout out to Michael. He did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the problems with my vehicle. He was able to explain what was wrong in a way that made sense to me. It was great to have a knowledgeable technician take the time to explain the issues rather than just trying to make money. Its nice to know good mechanics still exist.

Service department was very helpful with handling of repair and explanation of the completed job.

Fremont was able to get me in the next day for my oil change, just as I had requested. My cars oil and filters were done in a mannerly time along with a quick wash from their detail team. They had no problem checking my tires for me and informing me of everything they did. Always smiling and helpful!

I would like to write a review about Chris Saxton. He is always upbeat and friendly and very knowledgeable, whether it is an oil change or another type of service. I have noticed when I have been there, he is always attentive to the customer he is dealing with and attends to their needs first before he is distracted by another. Jackson runs a terrific crew here at Fremont Ford Riverton. He and his team go the extra mile, and the service department is very contentious and are very good about communicating. They have always been easy to work with and do a great job explaining everything to me.

Everyone at the Service/Quicklane Departments are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The work was completed on time and came with a free full vehicle inspection AND complimentary car wash. I use them for all of my service needs and would recommend them to anyone (Ford owner or not).

The guys in the quick lane and service department are up front and honest with you. I would highly recommend them for any vehicles servicing. Even the sales guys are great. Absolutely fantastic sercice and customer service. I was 2500 miles from home with a F350 towing 15000 pounds and four Montana dealers would not even evaluate my shifting problem for over a week. They were too busy. Fremont saw the urgent nature of my situation and Darrell got me scheduled the next morning. Matt took over, evaluated the problem, and had it better than when I first bought it in a couple of hours. It was solved because people at Fremont cared and did something to get it done. I have had great experience with this dealership. From sales to service the employees have gone out of their way to help me when I have had an issue. The onlydownside is the warranty I purchased was advertised as a ‘bumper to bumper’ which in reality it is an extended mechanical warranty, one star off for not being fully knowledgeable on sales ad ons.

Really good service! The Fremont Care package is great, having the free oil changes gives me a good incentive to keep my car up to date on all its devices.

I brought my truck in to get the oil changed. I was told that it would take 45 minutes, and it was done in just under that time. The team was very friendly, efficient, and informative.

Took vehicle in because radio stopped working, their diagnosis was that we need a new radio. Didnt have them change radio, went home. A few days later are vehicles battery went dead,cold weather, so we charged battery, started vehicle, and radio came on and has been working ever since. Basically we rebooted the computer! Thanks fremont, but we will find people that will diagnose correctly.

Needed an oil change as my light came on. I am from Sheridan, WY, the personal where very courteous and professional. I was in and out within an hour. Thank you for the pleasant experience!

We were coming through the Bighorn mountains on 16 from Buffalo. Made it all the way past the 9666 foot mark. Stopped to take a few photos and checked all the brakes on our F150. Everything AOK. Passing through the three tunnels we heard a scraping, jingling sound and identified it as coming from the front left rotor. When we finally got cell signal we looked up the closest Ford dealer(Fremont) and gave them a call. Even though they were very busy they said to stop in and they would try to take a look. We arrived and unhooked our Airsteam.Will Mathews was the great technician that put it up on the lift and in about 15 minutes let us know that everything was alright. There was a rock behind the backing plate and the rotor causing the noise. Thanks also to Chris Saxton the quick lane advisor. All of this GREAT service and there was no charge. That’s WY I stay with Ford.
