Straight and to the point, extremely fair and reasonable pricing, no BS, just your one stop shop for your flooring needs, whether it is carpet, LVP, etc. Id rather give my money to a great small business instead of the big corporate stores.They did a whole home install a few years ago and Im back again with another small project.

He didnt sit there and try to upsell us and was very upfront. There were no hidden fees and the cost included the price of taxes.They installed roughly 750 sq.ft. plus tack strip in less than a day.We are very thankful we found Ruston and Discount Carpet.

I ordered my carpet and had it installed a week later even with the pandemic going on. He was very quick to come out and measure and was very aware of my social distancing. I had a really good experience with this company. Ruston was great to work with and Ben the installer was prompt and communicated well.We were doing paint and carpet and our painters took longer than planned but Ruston was able to rearrange the schedule to help us out.Ben the installer had great communication letting us know when he would be to the house. We had found some damage issues that had to be repaired before Ben could finish the install. Once that was done he promptly returned to finish the job.There was a small issue with one of the seams and they came to fix it quickly and without any fuss. I would recommend Discount Carpet Guy to anyone.

There were a couple of problems with the installation completed by Rustins sub-contractor but Rustin brought someone else in at his expense and fixed them after I brought the problems to his attention. A concerning detail is that there is no quality control by anyone but the customer.The installer (a sub-contractor) told Rustin the work was done and everything was peachy. Rustin sent me a final bill. When I saw the work a few days later, we started the problem resolution process which took a week and some change. If I were out of town....I wouldnt be able to trust that it was done right.
