Busy night, but the staff was super helpful and speedy. :) Had just the gloves I needed.

I love Halloween and this store definitely makes me more excited for the day. Me and my friends love going in and just looking at all the costumes and making jokes this store has been a big part of our friendship since we met almost 6 years ago

Store was clean. Good selection. Good customer service, they were sweet to the kids. Everyone wore masks and observed social distancing.

The staff are always very friendly and kind even on their busiest days. Their store is always very organized and it’s pretty easy to find what you are looking for.

Horrible customer service! I bought a petticoat and the lady told me all returns had to be done at 11:00 pm. So, after I get everything situated with my family for the night I rushed to the store to make sure I make it before 11:00 p.m. and the girl tells me they dont do returns its only exchanges. I had a couple other things I was going to purchase, they wouldnt even put that towards the amount of the petticoat. They said it had to be an exact exchange. Bad business!

This location/company is fun! Their staff need to be more trained on what they have in store, I had asked If they had deer antlers, and was told, “no.” But found them in the back! However, even though they don’t have public restrooms... my toddler had to go sooo bad, almost didn’t make it... one employee, ran us to their employee restroom, and I was so grateful. They also need to have a better phone system! My daughter (today) left her BRAND NEW toy there, and I tried and tried to call... but couldn’t get through to a live person. I was so frustrated! I love Halloween and this store, just needs a little improving!

I swear i just wanna buy the whole store, they have the coolest stuff.

I bought a hat on Halloween Day, and went back to return it 2 hours later. They wouldnt take it, and they wouldnt give me an in-store credit. They offered an exchange only. I told them I didnt need anything else. I went back the next day, deciding to try to find something to exchange it for, and when I got to the counter, I was told that the 31st is their last day for exchanges. These people are crooks and keep their customers misinformed to steal their money. Horrible, horrible company. Stick with Walmart.

Ive always enjoyed my experience at this location. They had more in stock than the other Spirits in the valley (at least for the things I was looking for).The other reviews here are ridiculous... The store makes it very clear that there are NO refunds, and exchanges arent allowed after Halloween. Its not the stores fault you cant read or listen. They have every right to set the rules. People need to pay attention...

No restrooms! Not cool! Especially a public store that is going to have a lot of kids visiting. Im curious where the employees go then.

The selection of decorations wasnt as good as previous years. The checker was very helpful and friendly.

They dont have very good prices but it is convenient, especially for last minute stuff.

They do not honor thier receipt policies..Tried to exchange a broken fog machine and per the receipt we should have been able too. They still refused. fter a number of different excuses including corporate wont let us. I will never ever buy anything here again...

A no refund/exchange only policy is anti consumer. I know where I wont spend a dime ever again.

We bought a fog machine on Halloween. Didnt work. Tried to return the next day and they refused. So no fog for Halloween and no money back. Worst service ever

They have a very large selection of Halloween costumes and decorations.
