Great service and very knowledgeable staff.My experience has been top notch since the first time I have visited there shop.I would recommend Bulwark Defense to anyone looking for a good gun shop without going to a big box gun shop.Update November 17th 2020Went by this shop to check if they were still in business but looks like they have closed shop. Don’t know if they moved or just closed there business. Really miss these guys. This was one of my favorite shops in the valley.

My husband has been so loyal to this company for a few years now and they where 5 star worthy, now I wish I could give them a zero. My husband started a build back in February and we cant get a hold of them or go there and talk to them because they are there whenever they want (which seems like NEVER). We would finish it somewhere else but they have it locked in there store. I should also mention it is all paid for. I didnt want to leave a bad review but when you send email after email, visit the store and call all the time with no response this is ridiculous. We will never support this small business again.

Spent a lot of money and time at Bulwark Defense. Justin was great and very knowledgeable. Gave me advice without being pushy and provided great service. Then late summer of 2020 the service started getting worse and worse. Store closed most of the time even though posted hours indicated store was open at least limited hours. Justin became almost impossible to get ahold of. Voice mails and texts went unanswered for days. Or simply ignored. I noticed that Justin seemed to now always be in a rush. No more great customer service. I observed one customer come in to pick up her order. She waited an hour or so, along with me and two others, only to be told when Justin returned from an errand that the item was locked in a safe which couldn’t be opened. To come back in a few days. I had a rifle being delivered on an FFL transfer. Provided Justin with date of delivery well in advance. UPS next advises me delivery not made because store was closed. Delivery made to store next day and I got my purchase the day after. Month later advised Justin of another pending delivery date and item inbound. Next thing I get a notice from UPS the ‘store is closed permanently and no forwarding address provided’. Luckily the seller/shipper rerouted the item to another local FFL and all I lost was an additional two weeks shipping time and the additional shipping costs. Voice mails and emails and texts to Justin were simply ignored. I cannot recommend this business less. No stars. Used to be great. Now basically untrustworthy and unethical.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but after the level of customer service I received yesterday I feel the need to do so.Justin is incredible at what he does. He’s super passionate about his line of work and that passion exudes from him.I called in and he was willing to speak with me and answer my questions for the better part of an hour. I showed up in his store a bit later where he answered even more questions for another hour. He went above and beyond to get me what I needed throughout the day and spent even more time with me even though he had a lot of other thing vying for his attention.Highly recommended this place to anyone that is interested in guns or just getting started like me.Thanks for the awesome service, Justin!

I am very impressed with Bulwark Defense. I have been to a lot of gun stores from big retail chains to local gun stores and Bulwark by far has been the best. I am a newbie when it it comes to handguns and they are extremely patient, understanding, informative, and professional. Not once did I feel like there honesty and opinions were condescending.

Justin was fantastic to deal with. He has great customer service, and truly puts the customer first. He is not pushy, and does not up-sell anything. He will give you his honest opinion and he is very knowledgeable in his field of business. I purchased a POF firearm and he took the time to go over the rifle and fill me in on all the small details. I will definitely be a returning customer and will be sending family and friends to his store as well.

Stumbled across the store driving home. Glad to have a great gun store on SW side of the valley. Very personable and friendly. Knowledgeable and professional. Went in looking for parts for an AR pistol build. Was able to handle parts and ask questions to make decisions. Pricing was competitive. One part was out of stock but could get for me the next day! Will visit frequently! Also another place to buy my black rifle coffee closer to home. 🙂

I paid for and ordered a lower reciever here a while back for the ffl transfer. I cant get a hold of anybody or get a return phone call to pick it up. Ill be getting a hold of palmetto state armory to see if they can somehow help me out as thats where I ordered the reciever from but I have a feeling Im gunna get boned on this one. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time with this company.

I discovered Bulwark through a colleague, and went in as soon as I got s chance. I spoke with the owner Justin and left extremely impressed. What impressed me was his character and approach to how to run a gun shop in our community. I have nothing against other shops, but when the owner takes time to build a relationship with you it feels personal because for him it IS and it goes a long way. Good luck experiencing that in most other stores. Dont take my word for it, go in and see for yourself.I was looking to purchase a long gun prior to being aware of them. And being that it would be my only rifle, I needed it to be a quality platform. So I decided to give them my business due to aforementioned reasons. I have general knowledge of AR platforms, but they honed my understanding of components which made me extremely happy with the outcome of my choices. I was initially thinking of getting a DDM4V7, but I believe I got a better product. Yeah, I said it.Other things I really appreciate is they stand %100 behind their builds, and sales. They also provide LEO and military discounts on everything they sell.

I really appreciate Justin getting in touch with me to get an issue I had worked out. He made it easy for me to get the exact belt I was wanting. I am really excited for this store to grow. They have a lot of popular gear. I live closer to this store then any other gear store in town. They have armor galore so, get you some!

Bought a Sig for my wife here along with ammo and some other accessories. Great experience! The owners are super knowledgeable. Their customer service is the best you could ask for. Great prices, great products and just a great friendly environment. I wont be going anywhere else.

Because I haven’t actually been inside I can’t fairly give them 1 star. However, to have your hours posted on your door and online but then come and go as you please leaving the store closed is a very unprofessional and non customer oriented business practice. I moved to the area in December and made 4 attempts to come introduce myself to such a well rated store. See what made you so well rated. Every time I was greeted with lights off, doors locked, still during the posted hours of operation. Either I’m just unlucky or there’s something you need to adjust in this particular area of your business.I may still try to stop by the store and will adjust the review should I see what everyone else describes but for now 4 attempts to visit being met with closed doors can merit a fair 3 star review for now.1 star review because I still havent seemingly been lucky enough to see the store actually open.

This place is a family owned business by three brothers. The two older brothers are veterans and I am very thankful for their service and sacrifice for this nation. With their military background it makes them well qualified to teach about guns and gun Safety. They do have concealed carry classes and willing to help you with your concealed carry questions. They have helped me with my decisions on my first AR build and have helped me order my first parts for this build. I definitely recommend going to these guys for any questions you may have about your gun and/or purchase of a new gun.

Outstanding customer service. They were able to get me what I wanted minutes before flying out. As an active member of the U.S. military, I have traveled the states and been to many gun stores. This one by far beats them all hands down with the customer service and deals. Very patriotic and they seamlessly processed my purchase.

I have been shooting since I was 8 years old. I recently purchased my first firearm from Bulwark. Their customer service was outstanding and their prices were very reasonable. Even though this is a small shop they can provide you with anything you may need at a reasonable price.

This place gives the BEST customer service I’ve ever had! I had to keep reminding myself “oh right, I have not known these guys for my whole life. .” They treated me like a best friend they have known for years! They even gave me a cup of coffee when I was there for a concealed carry class. These men know their stuff too. No matter the question about guns or ammo, they know the answer.I have been to places with prices that were a little cheaper, but not by much. And those employees acted like they hated their job and couldn’t get me out fast enough. Bulwark has made me and my brothers life long customers!

Truly one of the best gun shops I have been to Justin and his team are extremely friendly super helpful and extremely knowledgeable would recommend them to anybody I know!! They werent able to get the gun that I wanted because it is a hard one to find but I found one and had it shipped to them and they have help me through everything including paperwork I love been extremely professional throughout the whole thing!

I had a very frustrating experience with this place. I showed up here for the Utah CWP class that they market on their website’s training calendar, only to show up and find the store closed and locked up (15 minutes before their posted closing time, to boot).If you post a calendar of class offerings, please respect my time and actually be there to carry out the class. This shop is an all out gun service shop. They offer an extremely exceptional ultrasonic gun cleaning which they offered for an unbelievably low price. Zach and Justin helped me put my glock back togather when i did it wrong. I also switched over to their premium gun lubricant system. Which they sell for $30 it comes with a large bottle of cream lubricant and a can of paste lubricant with a brush, microfiber cloth and a brush with cotton tips. If you have any questions come to this shop. In conclusion, thjs is a premiere shop that provides personal service and remembers their customers and knows their facts and guns.
