I’ve been taking these prenatal vitamins for over 10 years since I started having babies. I’ve never had a problem with them bothering my stomach or anything. I stopped once for a couple months in between babies and noticed a considerable drop in my energy level. As soon as I started taking them again I felt better! I VERY highly recommend these vitamins!

I think this is a good supplement. No stomach issues for me. I think it takes a while for iron to build in the system. It took well over a year for my ferritin to go from 40 to over 70. But it certainly doesnt take long for serum iron levels to improve using this liquid supplement.

I took Better Natal during both of my pregnancies, I tolerated it very well, even when my morning sickness was terrible, there is only one tablet to take daily instead of multiple like you get from other places. For me there is also great peace of mind that it is gluten free!I have also taken the Ferretts Iron Supplements when my Iron levels were low during my last pregnancy. I was worried about constipation when taking iron supplements and after a bad experience with another brand I switched to Ferretts and didnt have any constipation troubles!I highly recommend any of the products provided by Pharmics, they are a great company to work with and they offer quality products
