I have used a few other companies in the past and Holmes has been the best by far. They always sent the same tech which was nice because he knew my lawn and it’s issues well. Also they communicate very well and we’re the first company to keep the weeds completely under control. Would recommend to anyone looking for an amazingly good experience.

Holmes has great service, effective treatments, and a good value. They were not the cheapest option, but for the service and quality, including using (supposedly) eco friendly treatments, they were the best deal. They were easy to contact and always had helpful answers to my questions. Our lawn looks much great and I plan to use them next year too.

They have done a great job with the Fertilization of my grass. It has brought my grass to a whole new level over the last few years of using them. One side of my yard was a mess when I moved in and it has now come in thick and full and looks better than it ever has. I have been very pleased with their service and their communication is the best I have dealt with in this industry.

We absolutely LOVE Holmes Lawn & Pest control. Our grass was really struggling. It was yellowing and dry. And Holmes brought our grass back to life after just one treatment. It has been crazy to see the awesome results in such a short amount of time. We had a national lawn company who we were previously working with and we had zero results with that company and it took hours on hold to ever get a hold of someone (and they were an out of state call center). I love how easy it is to communicate with Holmes. Jacob has done our treatments and hes been very helpful and kind. Were so glad we found Holmes and highly recommend them!! :)

When I moved from Utah County, I was sad to leave behind my prior lawn service company. I asked them for a recommendation, and they sent me to Holmes. I could not be happier with the service. I am able to pick and choose what services I want, and they are very nice when I say that I dont want something. Never pushy, and always helpful. Highly recommend!

Holmes has been great to work with! The tech (Joey,I think) is friendly and knowledgeable and always checks in to make sure we know is what they’re doing and to answer questions. With the drought they helped us figure out how to care best for our lawn and it looks as good as it can with two days of water weekly. We’ll definitely be sticking with them for our lawn care needs!

The lawn and weed service we received was worth every penny! Within 10 days of receiving our first service all weeds were gone and our lawn looked healthier and greener than it ever has. We also had our sprinklers repaired and adjusted after a rough winter and the coverage is now better than it ever has been. Can not say enough good things about how responsive and professional every single person we dealt with is.

Joey has been a great technician for weed control. He’s quick and efficient. He’s friendly and has answered all my questions.

Ive been out of town for a week. My Grass had grown significantly and super green, to my surprise I didnt have any weeds.Joey came out today and gave grass cutting recommendations to maintain good grass roots. These guys know what theyre talking about and will give extra time to help.

I really like that Holmes Lawn and Pest always contacts you before applying fertilizer or weed control to you lawn. They also explain exactly what was done. Great service

Like most young dad’s, it was hard for me to get my yard where I wanted it… Lots of weeds and bald spots, but Holmes, at a ridiculously reasonable price, came in and save the day and I now have the best yard on the block, which makes me oddly proud and satisfied!

Holmes Lawn & Pest has done an excellent job treating our lawn. They went the extra mile and sent a personalized video/statement explaining how we could most efficiently water the lawn and other tips for the grass to soak up as much water as possible during a drought year.

My lawn has never looked so good. They really give you a specialized treatment for your particular weed issues and give great advice on watering changes.

Joey was very knowledgeable and friendly, he answered my questions and let me know exactly what he was doing.

Landon came out to our yard and performed a fertilizer service for us. He was knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. He noticed we have a dog and was helpful to give us info about the safety of our pet in regards to the fertilizer. Great job!

I just spoke with the lawn care people for the first time and they were the nicest people! This is our second year with them and our lawn was FANTASTIC last year so we had to go with them again! They just came and treated my lawn for the first time this year and we met the guy Landon who will be taking care of us - and he’s nothing short of awesome! I can’t recommend them enough. They come every 6 weeks or so and make sure our lawn is in tip top shape! They’re treating all our troubled areas and are doing what they can to keep our lawn stellar! Thank you guys!

Terrible experience with this company and they never came for the fertilization I signed up for. They cancelled due to weather 5 times but it only rained 1 of those days in a 2 week period. They were almost sterile and very stiff feeling communicating with (when I did talk to someone), as well as they assured me they are the professionals and would take care of my lawn service needs, yet they never ended up coming out and I then cancelled my service. I never received any confirmation or call back of any sort about the message I left to cancel my service either, so that is also very unprofessional.Edited to add:After posting a negative review I received a prompt call back. I was not pleased with this interaction either. I heard more justification for the poor service and than anything else.Edited to further add:After speaking with (presumably) the owners wife as stated above and specifically expressing my frustrations about the SEVERAL points of contact that left me feeling inundated (by mail, email, several texts and phone calls and packets being mailed to me, lots of duplicates as well), she felt the need to send me another one. Like I would refer anyone to Holmes, especially to sign up for a new and complete service agreement, of the irony.

This company is hands down the best lawn care company there is. You can tell that they all truly care about their customers. When you call in to the office you get quick responses and friendly customer service. Their communication is the best! If the weather is bad and they can’t come to take care of my lawn that day, they always make sure I’m notified and why it can’t be done.

Great service and very fast, I called and they were able to come out and diagnose the problem within hours. They were able to order the parts I needed and fix and install the same week. Highly recommend!
