Honestly the best part of my day today was paying for my brakes at this shop!They know what they are doing and will not do anything to try and make money. They even rotated my rotators today which I didn’t even know what that meant but now I do as they showed me a demonstration of what they are and how they work!No this is not a neat clean to date shop but that’s the BEST PART! It’s a car repair shop like no other! I had a very bad experience at the Chevy dealer with their money motive women giving me an immature heck of a time.Tracey, on the other hand, provides very personal down to earth friendly service. Jacky worked great on my car today saving the rotors even.

Fair, honest and friendly. What more could you ask?

How to spend your new years eve.... go out to discover a dead car battery, replace it and then find out the alternator is also dead. I feel that the labor rate was high, but as a former Master Mechanic (body wont allow me to do somethings) any labor rate would be high to me. Master tech is the best shop around me hands down. I would not trust anyone else to work on my cars but them. They will give you a good price to fix your car 4 and they r all nice guys that know what they r doing . I have been going to them for years now

I want to recommend these amazing guys to everyone. Stuck 8 hours from home, with three little kids and they went above and beyond. Fast, efficient, honest and kind. I dont know what I would have done, and they really made me feel safe and eased my mind for the rest of our trip and treated me very fair!

It started with my wifes used car having engine problems. Oh look, the dealership sold her a garbage car with a bad engine and we couldnt prove it to get the lemon law to cover it. Craig was awesome, helped us out as much as he could, did everything he could to fix things and always worked with us to make sure we were on the road to get to work.A few years later Im in the automated car wash and my brake lines blow out. I take it to Craig who gets me back up and running with no muss or fuss, and was again super flexible with me on making sure I could get things done on my schedule.Now, our other car needs brakes and some other work done. Local shop in Ann Arbor tells us $1200 just for BRAKES. Took it to Craig who once again was awesome, quoted us everything and walked us through what needed to be done. Theres a reason we go to him, and its because hes always given us awesome service and I feel I can trust him with my vehicles.

This review is for master tech auto in Riverview, MI off fort street for Craig Karavas. Bad service, no callbacks, and overpriced quote for simple brake line repair.Took my car in at 8am Monday morning, they said they would look at it that day and call me with a quote. I called every day asking for an update and they continually told me they will update me that day. I finally stopped in Thursday to talk to them face to face and the owner Craig said hell get me an estimate by end of day. He did, but the estimate was over 1000 for brake line repair and back brakes. I called 3 other shops who would do it for half that price. I took it to another shop Thursday at 4pm and they had it done the next day, Friday, at 3pm.From my experience with Craig, he isnt honest, trustworthy, or reliable. I wont go back there.

I had several oil leaks fixed on my Ranger and they missed one in the diagnosis so I had to take it back. This kind of thing is impossible to avoid completely and the way they handled it is the reason I gave them 5 stars. They repaired the remaining leak and deducted the labor that would have been common if they would have caught it originally. These guys are thorough and kept me updated with pictures as the repairs progressed.

All the Guys at Master Tech have been amazing to myself and my family for well over 2 decades.We are known on a first name basis.Always treated with the upmost respect and like family!My most recent experience resulted in just needing an oil change after another location informed me that I needed a new engine for my 2009 Toyota Prius.Was quoted $5500 from the Toyota dealership.Craig, the owner, found us an engine for $3300.Decided to go with $3300!Craig even scheduled the tow for us.Car was delivered to Master Tech.2 quarts of oil were placed in car and was driven for 25 miles.Needless to say I was a bit mind blown.So all in all the Prius didnt need a new engine.Craig and staff made sure vehicle did not sustain any other damage from the engine having low oil pressure.Thank you Master Tech for saving us and keeping a cool head for me about the situation!!When you have a trusted Mechanic keep him on speed dial!

Been using Master Tech for just about since they opened for business! Craig and the guys are top notch. They fix your vehicle right the first time! Only time Ive had to go back for a repairthat failed was due to the part being bad! Craig took me in immediately, fixed the problem and I was on my way again. I will not use anyone else. Very honest and fair auto repair facility.

Even though they did not fix my problem. They refunded some of the money i paid to them... Honesty in a mechanic today is rare and i would not hesitate to take my vehicles to them in the future.

Air conditioning went out on my Chevy van. I wanted it fixed before heading south for vacation. $600, and 800 miles later in 105 temp, NO AC. Got home and brought it back to Master Tech. Was told it was going to be another $300. Fed up, I sold the van to a friend that took it to their mechanic who fixed the AC by tightening a couple bolts and recharged the system. That was years ago and the AC still working fine. Master Tech refused any refund. STAY AWAY!
