I want to thank the staff, and manager Monica.This location has a great people They are warm, cheerful, positive, and helpful. Theyve been helpful since our first interaction. I see a lot of unkind reviews on this page. While sometimes things go wrong, I believe the people who work here do everything they can to help. They troubleshoot issues, theyve always been honest and upfront with me every step of the way. Respect is a two way street. Were all living in stressful times. It would be helpful to remember were all trying to make it through. All of us. So, instead of complaining - try constructive criticism. And, offer praise to all who work in service industry jobs, because these are good people at this location.Treat people well - youll be treated well. Easy peasy. Take ownership of the energy you bring to any situation. Because this staff does care. They care.Thank you Monica, and staff, for all your help, and for all you do.
My experience with this place has been nothing short of a nightmare. It started at the beginning of May when they not only delivered the wrong furniture, but broke the furniture that was being delivered. The men who came to deliver the bedroom set, attempted to put the furniture together inside the truck, then dragged it out causing scratches on the side of the dresser (they had a hand truck they did not use). When they realized that wouldnt work, the drawers were removed with force, therefore, causing damage to the drawers as well (pieces missing from the corners). After the dresser was in the home, they realized the bed that was delivered was the wrong bed, which was also missing the support slats and to top it all off no mattress. Three trips back to their store and what they brought back was still wrong. At this point we had no choice, but to accept the furniture since we had gotten rid of our old bedroom set, under the condition, the furniture we had originally ordered would be delivered. Two months pass and we finally get a call that the furniture we originally wanted would not be in stock, they ask us to pick out other furniture. On this same conversation the bed we originally wanted was magically in stock. Come to find out, it was a piece of furniture that someone had returned, but never used however they refused to put in the contract that the furniture is new. The store personnel continuously lies about calling my phone as I have answered any time they have called and now because they are pressed to get money (since they didnt charge me all this time, for furniture I did not want and was damaged), they are demanding to settle their mistake. We had another delivery date for 7/19 12-2, my husband took the time off of work and guess what, they didnt show up on time. Not only did my husband miss time from work, but I was also being harassed about it while at work. I will be dealing with corporate from this point forward.
My experience with Kenny Crewe at the Rent-A-Center in Riviera Beach was extraordinary and had such a positive impact on my life!! I had purchased a recliner online at Overstock prior to my neck surgery and it was scheduled to be delivered on the day of my surgery so it would be all set for whenever I got out of the hospital. It never arrived and I was in an extreme amount of pain and couldnt lay on a bed. Kenny was the only one out of all the people I called (at least 16 other stores) that cared enough to help me out and go out of his way to make sure I had a recliner that same evening!!! I cant even find the words to express my appreciation but this man saved me from being in excruciating pain day and night! Today is the 8th day after my surgery and I thank Kenny every time I get into the recliner. I just wish there were more people like him that care about their customers, and treat them as good as their own family!
My experience here was nothing short of amazing! I was greeted warmly and felt like a family member prior to my departure. Every team member I encountered was respectful, helpful and professional and above all else they all had a welcoming spirit. I cant say enough amazing things about this location. Please forgive me if I dont remember names but from the young lady (Lauren) who answered my call as i was in route from another location, the sales associate (Kenny) who drew up my contract, the gentleman who delivered my furniture (Brayvon) all the way to the manager Monica! You all are amazing and the spirit you guys possess speaks volumes to your work ethic! keep up the great work. God Bless
Monica the manager is rude and disrespectful when you ask her a question. I was not providing her with any sort of attitude, yet she proceeded to snap at me due to something that her company and staff made a mistake on. Highly unprofessional. Unless you have no other choice for furniture, which you can find better deals online for what you will pay rent a center over a year, do not come to this location.

Went to rent a center to get a set of sofas. The store manager and other lady who was working did everything to accommodate me. I even received a free week for my wait time. I left the store happy and excited to receive my new sofas, it wasnt until the next day when the delivery was suppose to come that the problems started. Some guy who works there repeatedly lied to me about when I was going to get my sofas. All I wanted was a real answer not the runaround. When the movers finally arrived at almost 8 at night they were missing certain tools. So the same guy who lied to me on the phone all day came to bring them. He walked in my house without a hello or even noticing I was there and left with the same attitude. Thank god everyone besides him was great.
Fantastic service. Great brands to choose from by far the most capable and friendly staff. Ms Monica and Eric are amazing! Pls if you ever need anything do not hesitate to stop in and see them

Rude staff. Hang up on customers, the whole experience is horrible. Ive been spoken to like a third geade citizen while in the store making payments. My original item ordered was returned as it was the incorrect bed I originally picked out. Now they call me constantly regarding an item I am not in an agreement for. Ive asked for my information to be removed several times. Finally today, I called again and explained to the gentlemen and he was short and hung up on me. Currently on hold to notify corporate. ZERO STARS IF I COULD. CUSTOMER COURTESY IS NON EXISTENT. NEVER FELT SO BAD DEALING WITH A BUSINESS IN MY LIFE!
This rent a center lacks on customer service. When they call your phone they never state where they are calling from or who is calling. Ive actually brought it to the managers attention a well and still when they call its a problem, just until their done talking to you or until you ask who is this do they say whos calling. They have a lot of teaching to show to their workers and I mean a lot.

My Husband and I moved into the area and decided that untill we had time to furniture shop we were going to rent a couch and a tv. We sat around in the busy office for about and hour and 45 mins filling out paper work and all of those types of things and everything was fine. Unfortunately we were told we werent going to be able to have our items delivered till that following Tuesday (did are applictaions and all on a Saturday) we agreed are wait time was to be home between 11-6pm which we only lived up the street so it was absurd however we waited and the truck came around 6. Everything was fine and we had even been paying ahead of time. My husband called one Saturday to pay and was told they were so busy in the office they would write his name down and call him back as soon as possible to make his payment. We said alright and went on with our day (our sons birthday) we were very busy and didnt call back to remind them because well we figured they would call us LIKE THEY SAID when the store calmed down a tad. Sunday they are closed so monday morning my husband goes into pay and they are demanding a late fee for the couch and tv payment which is completely ridiculous and while we were discussing everything the Manager of the store proceeded to tell us how we will Never Rent In This Town Again if she had anything to do with it. She was completely rude and the power trip she has for being the manager there has very much gone to her head. We paid the late fee and was also asked to pay a reinstatement fee which we refused to do. Told her after the paid week was up to please pick up the items. She said they would be there the following Thursday. Thursday came and i waited at home and noone showed up. I called the next morning and asked when they would be there to retreve their items she said today and so i waited around and again no one showed up. I called yet again the next day and asked once again when they were going to be able to retrieve the items and she told me they had no idea but she would call me as soon as she knew to tell me a date and time. I never recieved a call and they randomly showed up demanding there thing while i was on my way out the door to meet a client. Its very sad to see a company with such a lack of customer service I would never recommend this place to any of my friends or family.
Erica is very rude can’t speak English good but want to get a attitude with you over the phone Monica needs to teach her employee better customer service...
