I had an emergency and time was a major factor. One phone call later I was on Ed Morse’s Honda Svc. Ctr. Express Lane having my emergency assessed, identified and set to be corrected, effectively in a timely manner. Thanks to My Svc. Advisor Christopher Espinal for his understanding, prompt and professional service and to the Technician Mark Gomez for effectively correcting the issue. Forget any other Service Centers if you drive an Honda in or near West Palm Beach the best place to take care of it is at Ed Morse’s Honda.

Great Place! Great Service! Ask for Abraham. I trust him completely with all my automotive needs. He doesnt add anything unnecessary, but does always notifies me when something needs to be done, so I dont get stranded anywhere. They have free shuttle service to keep you on track. It is hard to take our cars anywhere else.

I scheduled an appt for oil change and tire rotation for 7 am, their opening time. I arrived at 6:55 and several cars were lined up. I waited 15 minutes after they opened before being acknowledged. Scheduled appointment was not recognized and they told me I had to wait 90 minutes. If that’s good service and how they operate they’re not the shop for me.I don’t know what their issues are but they appeared inefficient, not caring and communication is poor. I scheduled at 7 am so that I could get my oil changed and get to work. Showing up before 7 so that I was in time only to find out it would be after 9:00 to be completed was disappointing. This was just for an oil change and tire rotation. Basic scheduled maintenance that other Honda dealerships have completed in 30-45 minutes. Maybe I expect too much since the dealership in Vero Beach is awesome and the one I used regularly in Durham, NC exceeded expectations as well. Too bad as this place was the closest dealership to me. Maybe business is so good that they don’t have to strive for excellence.

Great service center, convenient appointments available for all services, oil change doesnt require an appointment. Friendly staff, childrens play area, coffee and donuts are usually available and popcorn.

This is the best place to get your car fixed Ive ever experienced! Zak Giacobbe was extremely kind and helpful, I could not ask for better service! He always finds coupons whenever possible and even did some things for free! And I was pleasantly surprised by a bonus complimentary car wash (even taking off a large scuff mark) after they fixed my car!

People are great here. They have drinks and a place to hang out and wait. My only issue is I came for a new key and they tried to tell me I needed $1,200 in car repairs. My vehicle only has 30,000 miles on it. They also said I need a new battery because its basically dead, however I bought a new battery not even two years ago... Thats not possible. So dont blindly accept repairs. Do your homework first and only accept what you think is right. These are recommended services that you might not need.

They are not honest with customer!

Unfortunately the van we bought from this Honda Dealership did not last us a year. Pipes were leaking and with 3 months we had to replace the alternator. I wont buy another Honda.

Easy on line appointments. There is always a coupon. I drop my car off in the morning. They have a service that drops you off locally, for free. The service picks you up for free too. If you want to wait, waiting area has coffee, donuts, & popcorn. Also TV to watch & several places to sit & do work on your laptop. I receive consistent communication regarding updates on repairs. Very fair pricing because I stay up to date with my maintenance plan. They also wash the exterior before returning it to me. Love this place & its service advisors! It is such a pleasant experience. Why would you not want to go get car maintenance done if you are going to get spoiled every time.

Bought a brand new crosstour in 2012. Finally needed an emergency flat tire repair. I bought the warranty on the tire. Got there at 5:20. Service person - white guy with beard told me sorry sir, we can’t fix your tire - we close at 6. Wow. I bought this car here in 2012. Top of the line - GPS with leather interior - AWD. Just to be told - sorry we can’t fix your tire at 5:20 because we close at 6. Wow!!!!!!

No Services performed. My 2007 Honda lost its air conditioning and steering that day. I pulled in hoping someone could help. They told me I would have to wait 2-3 hours to see what was wrong and it would cost $189 just to look.
