Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Staff helpful. Lived the bakery and again fruit and vegetables tended by good employees. I dont know if they also have the 1/2 portion of fruits and packaged fresh vegetables like some Publix do. That is very generous to single older people who dont eat that much👍

Our lunch was wonderful. Thank you Joshua (our waiter) who always had a smile and took great care of us. The food was awesome 👍 the coconut cloud martinis were out of this world. It was a wonderful wonderful lunch and I would go back any day 👍

I love this Publix, the people are so nice here. They dont have everything at this little Publix but they have enough. The highlight is when my groceries get to ride the escalator!

They always give GREAT customer service, and make the most beautiful cakes .

The cashier insisted I had a Beefsteak Tomato @$3.49 a pound. He didnt believe me when I said it was a vine ripened tomato. I had to leave the checkout and go back to produce and took a picture of the bin. What a waste of my time. No cashiers or workers would help. The line was held up unnecessarily due to their laziness.

Was a very unique food market. It had elevator and escalator to get into store Heck they had an escalator for the shopping 🛒 cart. Prices are very good

Love this supermarket. Garage parking is small but if youre headed to the beach and have to pick up something quick this is the place to stop! It has escalators for you and your basket of groceries. Check it out! Its awesome!

Clean and well kept store. Friendly employees and easy to find. Garage parking is a little tight. Be mindful of the turns especially if you drive a full size truck upon entering and exiting.

This is truly one of the most unique Publix stores in palm beach county. Simply because its on the beach, and has a parking garage. The management team is always helpful if you have any questions.

Took 30 minutes for the guy at the deli counter to make 3 subs. Blows my mind...bread, meat, cheese, toppings. Its not hard. Took a solid minute for him to put each completed sub in the bag. I love your subs but do better Publix, come on please!

Yo, Ive been in clean stores but this place takes the cake. It was my first time there and the floors were spotless, I mean they were shining. Was bout lunch time and wasnt bad people wise. Even the cashier asked if I was good. Oh yeah, I love this escalator setup.

Highly disorganized and pathetic customer service. I purchased frozen Lima beans on an offer and at the checkout ( where I wasnt greeted) the offer was not added to my bill. On mentioning it to the associate, she digs out a thick file of coupon codes and starts her research. I felt obliged to simply checkout without pursuing the $3.99 offer any further. My point is, as a customer I buy what I need and I wish to be billed the price I am informed at the counter top. It is the responsibility of the store to maintain and price the items accurately. While $3.99 is not something I should be crying about, it is not right for the store to promise one price and charge another. It is unethical and unprofessional.

My husband and I vacationed on Singer Island recently. We went to the Publix supermarket at 228 E. Blue Heron Blvd., Riviera Beach. We were Very impressed with how clean, Very neat and well stocked the store was. The store manager, Zack, was very helpful. What a pleasure to shop!

The most unusual and cool thing about this Publix is that you park in a 2 story parking garage and take an escalator down to the store. You then take the escalator to go back up to the parking garage. You push your cart into the center escalator and it carries your grocery cart to the top while you ride next to it. Not only does this save expansive parking spaces, but your covered in inclimate weather and you dont have to push your heavy cart too far. Very friendly employees.

As a painter I have painted many Winn-Dixies I find them to smell their bathrooms are not clean but they do have cheaper food prices I prefer not to shop at Winn-Dixie.

Never any 2fers and waaaaay too expensive. Location and convenience is the only reason I shop there and buy as least as possible when I do

Deli lady was very unhappy.Making my sub was the saddest thing this lady could of ever possibly done.I asked for sub sauce and she poured me a soup cup full of oil. Didnt even shake it to get the yum yum throughout the bottle. I just told her to keep her oil.Also asked for mayo and she said she was out. I pointed some packets out from behind her and she said all I have is one. I can clearly see the tube full of them, but what do I know Im just a customer asking for service

Clean, masked staff, pleasant experience. Went first thing in the morning to avoid crowds. I do miss the cool little bars they have in California in the store. Well, maybe some day again.

Great people in general. Very clean store always. Parking available on the 2nd floor and rooftop. Very nice dont worry the elevator goes to all the floors.

Very friendly staff. I notice going out, that the rack for the carts are filthy and its early in the morning.(8:52 am) Also lots of empty boxes on the gym rack. Lets tidy up a bit.

The store is great shopped 6 years I m 70 years old but the other day when I ordered deli ham sliced thin and the girl with three attempts could not make it .when I asked 4th time for thin maby a little louder they called the Riviera Beach armed 7ft cop over and I left the store rather than get arrested asking to have my ham sliced thinThe deli department is the worst Department in the whole store Theyre on their phones or theyre not there .or they take their time or they dont get the right stuff and theyre allowed to do that to the customers all the time read the reviews they are bad read the reviews if unhappy they can arrest you. everyone hates the deli department why dont they just figure it out and fix it rather than plague the customers with this Time to start shopping at Whole Foods or somewhere else .Riviera Beach has not defunded the police they actually have enough money to keep a policeman with a gun at the local Publix. On duty whenever open it is that bad everybody hates the deli and they keep a policeman armed right there. And threaten me over sliced ham. I m 70 years old never arrested or in trouble until shopping at publix.never felt threat of arrest. Until shopping at Riviera beach publix pretty mean 7 ft cop. Considered me guilty until Proven innocent by Publix cangeroo court

The guy who works in the deli name Kobe, he is fantastic! I am in line waiting for my sandwich and I just wanted to make a review because not only does he seem very happy to help people... he is going out of his way, and he is remembering everything people asked for as he standing here making multiple sandwiches at once with a dang smile. I buy a public sub at least twice a week consistently because of my work.... he is one of the greats. The woman standing beside him in the black long sleeve shirt sweater and pink and plack printed shirt seems bothered to be here making ONE sub at a time.... the other guy also seems bothered and isnt helping..... Someone in magement give Kobe A paid day off.... He clearly deserves it and the store can clearly afford it based on reports of coming renovations in the news.

True to the Publix brand, this store is full service, includes a wonderful bakery and a deli with made to order sandwiches.

The people here are very helpful. The store is clean and efficiently run. Its a smaller Publix with a parking garage in the back and elevators to bring customers down from the garage level. An employee disinfects each cart that comes and goes from the stack. Cant think of one thing that makes this store less than outstanding.

The young lady working the deli counter was rude and unprofessional. Check out lady made up for my experience.

Very poor service at the sandwich making service. I had to wait forever! There were 2 girls making sandwiches. Then one girl left to cut deli meat and the line got bigger. I waited almost a half hour. My friend had to complain to the manager. This is not how you take care of your customers.

Spent over $400 dollars in meat only for several packs to be spoiled and they refuse to refund or replace it. Then when I cooked my neck bones yesterday there was the entire pig nose in my pot. This store is rediculous selling black people anything and thinking its OK. Please dont shop here.

This is the publix for your shopping experience. The team really knows how to set the bar high for customer commerce. I always enjoy the courtesy staff asking if I found what I was looking for. They assist with groceries to your vehicle if you need the extra hand as well. The presentation of the store is always superb and again a very friendly staff. Staff disconnected from customers, beginning with the greeter who handed out carts, to the deli slicer, to checkout. I am a Publix customer, visiting here and I must say, this experience does not match my home store. The staff we encountered at this store were most engaging with customers they knew. If I was moving here and had this experience, I would be moving on to another store.

This is by far the worst Publix I ever been too the employees move so slow and have normal conversations infront of customers it’s just ridiculous I spent 40 minutes in line to get a half sub and there was 1 customer infront of me and 2 employees chatting away and not doing any work I have no choice but to come here because of we’re I live but I’m going to take a drive next time because I just can’t do it anymore the deli department needs to be completely thrown away and start over but other then the deli the store is ok

This Publix is the worst! Just left, I understand it’s a Sunday but sheesh. The customer service was bad starting in the deli walked up to get a sub no acknowledgement just stared at me until I spoke. Ignored by several employees, including the cashier I checked out on with. I said “hello how are you today” not response just started ringing me up. I said you have a good day afterwards again no response. It’s some truth behind going to a Publix that is not your regular location. Because this experience at Riviera Beach was HOORRIBLE 0/10!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my publix. Where shopping has and still is always a pleasure. The store is pristine, fresh fruit, beautifley front faced shelves. The employees are knowledgeable and kind. Just want to shout out Miranda for loosing some of her lunch break time to make lil old me a sub. SHE NEEDS A RAISE. Thank you publix for the baked goods and fresh food. You only can go up from here. Just give everyone a RAISE, they have been long over due.

Nice clean store, helpful staff, perfectly located before you get on to singer island. Only thing to recommend is that the entrance can have some sign posts as I ended up take few mins to find the entrance.

Victoria in the deli was so awesome! Her customer service was above and beyond and she made the most delicious sandwiches. We have special dietary needs and she went out of her way to accommodate!
