Good service and clean

I called this place 8 times and never got a answer because they messed up on an order.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to make it to the door without the same 3 random dudes asking you for spare change. Would it kill you to put up a few No Loitering signs, like every other civilized gas station?

Worst run Wawa Ive ever been to. General manager should be fired. This store is ALWAYS understaffed with 30 people in line to pay and only one person working the register. One of the two coke freestyle machines is always broken. The working machine is always out of half of the selections. They run out of food everyday. Chicken, steak meat, etc. 25 people waiting for food orders and only 1 possibly 2 people working the counter. Unreal.

Lisa an employee there was so helpful when she assisted me on setting up the Wawa app on my phone. She gave me a little tutorial on how to earn points and rewards which is super helpful since I come here on a daily basis. Her customer service is always outstanding when I come here to all the customers and takes pride in doing her job. It definitely makes me want to stick to coming to this wawa out of all the others because of that.

I go to wawa all the time, different locations. This wawa is literally the worst one I’ve been too. Wawa is about customer service and quality products.there was barely anything to order for one. The ones making the food were gossiping about lord knows what and had we don’t want to be here written all over their faces.Then When I went to pay for my items the girl at the cash register didn’t acknowledge me after I said hello she just gave me my total…fine. When I finally got my cheese steak the steak was cold, they had no cheese sauce so they threw cheddar cheese on the sandwich. Not sliced cheese it was crumbled pieces just thrown on there made sloppy and my home girls sandwich was made sloppy as well just the worst experience.

Love the coffee bar and breakfast burritos. Clean store, friendly staff, lots of options. 🙌🏽

This wawa is alright, the bathrooms are decent but occasionally don’t have soap. I come here mainly for the Tesla charging with is cheap during the morning and evening. There is one charger that is currently out of order.

Awesome gas station!! Its the best gas station Ive ever been to! Wish I could use a kiosk to order my food at other restaurants! The place was super clean and the service was good, cant ask for much more than that! 😊👍

Fuel pumps inoperable with no bags on them ti signal that it is out of order after waiting in line 5 minutes.

I went in to buy Juul Pods and the lady said they dont sell Juul because they are across from a school ???? BUT YOU CAN HAVE A 20 FOOT WALL STOCKED UP WITH CIGARETTES!!! makes zero sense . Wont ever shop here again .

I love this place they have everything from breakfast to lunch food if your in a rush to go to work or even on your lunch break thanks for all the good food. I wish some of the people that work there would appreciate us drivers for uber and postmates some of the workers seem like they get annoyed with us but we are there just like everyone else. Treat everyone the same thanks.

The person in front of me in the drink line got her order, then complained to the person behind the counter that it was in a 24 oz cup when she ordered a 32 oz drink. The person behind the drink counter told the customer that there was no such cup size, despite the fact that shed paid extra for it.Another employee checked and produced a 32 oz cup from under the counter, but at the customers insistance, no one made the customer a new drink or fill up the rest of it. The customer insisted it was fine on this one occasion.But my order was next, and I ordered a 32 oz as well...the cup I got was 24 oz...Theres something either intentional or negligent going on here. The other staff were friendly though so I rate higher than 1 star.

I like the changes of the arrangement inside, more room for a distance 6 ft. Like the position of the cah register better now. Felt sense of togetherness and pleasant vibe. Recommend. Riviera. WPB

I order food of Postmates and what i order didn’t even have half the stuff i order from wawa.... i called three times to ask why my order was made wrong and no one bothered to answer the phone. Very bad customer service

I love this place and especially this location. My caramel iced coffee is made to perfection every time. And I like that they give you free air.

I come here to get my daughter SANDWICH for Lunch. Take it to her school, they knew what she liked from the time I walk in..... That means they really pay attention to their customers. I appreciate that. It cuts my time down by waiting.

I love the food and service. I would’ve given them a 5 but the Tesla charging stations are always taken by non Tesla owners and no one does anything about it in the store. If I get charge for idle time at these stations these non Tesla drivers should be towed. There is plenty of other parking spaces. It’s like parking a gas pump and not pumping gas .

This experience was great! We are on a road trip and we have stopped at five Wawas or more all of the bathrooms have been spectacular I always have to bring in my little sisters in the big stall with the sink helps to keep them contained. thank you for your time.

Need gas? How about charge your Tesla? Snack? Lunch? Coffee? All this, plus so much more is available at Wawa 24 hours a day! It’s super busy, but don’t let that stop you from coming by.... People “fuel up” and move on quickly, so while it looks busy, it’s a well run machine!

Ive stopped by a handful of times for coffee and lunch. Their team members work very efficiently together and communicate well. The check out cashier had a sweet smile and demeanor. I usually have a fast, simple and pleasant experience there every time I go. Prices are reasonable as well. Place is kept clean. Overall satisfied with my experiences there!

The sandwiches are always fresh and the service is pretty quick. You can always get fresh coffee and a hot tea there. And the prices are fairly reasonable

I love the Wawa. Nice cashiers and great coffee any size for $1. They have all kinds of food including fresh fruit. A restaurant inside the store. Outside picnic tables. Good gas prices. Awesome place!

I love Wawa it is one of the best gas station in Fla and they sell so many different things, and the prices are great. The staff is very friendly and polite to the customers my brother gave me their gift card and I really enjoyed using it cannot wait until the next time. Keep serving the public Wawa!!!!!

Low Tech Aspects are awesome, High Tech Offerrings are frustrating.Wawa introduced their online ordering App upgrade about a year ago and even though it looks cool it contains one major flaw that most users are using as a reason for them to delete the app right after installing it.You cannot place orders for food unless you agree to buy and fund a virtual Gift Card from Wawa for $25 or $50 for yourself. If you only intend to order a $6 sub, it will cost you $25. If you NEVER go back or forget about the Virtual Gift Card, you will end up leaving the balance on the virtual card and will never get it back. In Florida at least, we have a law to protect us from expiring gift card balances, but I dont know how it works in other states.As for the deli, there is a lot of variance in the accuracy and consistency in how the food is prepared, and that goes for 3 out of 4 of their locations I use. Employee turnover is very high, and training is on the decline because so many employees quit so quickly compared to the energy level youll find in place when a new location opens. Managers are dumbfounded when presented with questions about the mobile phone App. My guess is that most of their employees dont use the App themselves, probably because they cant get their employee discount when ordering through the App. Wawa should require them to use the app to order food, and still give them their discount so at least they have some idea of how it works and might be able to give the developers some feedback about how any changes are perceived by the public.On every visit lately, I have asked a different employee about the app and 90%+ have no idea of what I am asking or how to answer. One employee in the Riviera Beach location on Blue Heron did take the initiative to really try to figure out how I would be able to earn points and pay on demand with my debit card, but she said it had something to do with authorizing purchases for tobacco products. Didnt really make sense to me, and we never did figure it out so maybe it just isnt possible. Some employees deflect my questions to a manager, but the managers I spoke with in two different locations could not help.

Any Floridian can tell you that gas stations days before a hurricane are madhouses... absolutely terrifying.Absolute kudos to Wawa (and the amazing, patient, hard-working staff) for being the one gas station with organized lines, workers outside directing cars to specific pumps, and an efficient system.I’m not one to jump the gun, but if Wawa ran for president, I would vote for Wawa.#Wawa #Wawa2020

Clean store, and great food. Reasonable gas prices and the staff were friendly, although the people making the food were slow. Overall, its still an excellent place to get fuel and a nice snack. 4 stars!

All in all Wawa is the best gas station around. While they still have little issues to fix with individual stores and a lot of broken Air pumps,when the air is free I cannot complain. Food is the Bomb and the Mint Shakes/smoothies should never run out. These shakes are like crack lol..Highly addictive no matter how bad of a brain freeze I get... it would be awesome if you came out with a vegan form of this but Beggars cant be choosers and I know one day youll jump on the bandwagon with the vegan stuff because you guys already have a lot of options as it is

The biggest selection of any gas station. Cheapest gas. Awesome freshly made breakfast and dinner options. Was a brand better than most store brands. The ONLY convenience store you want to go to in this area after dark too! Well lit and safe in an area not known for being too safe at night.

For some reason, this particular Wawa, which is not the closest one to my house, is my favorite. I know its the staff. These Wawa people seem just a bit more warmer & friendlier, fun even; than other Wawa people at other locations.It reminds me of the fun & lively atmosphere we had when I worked at a gas station years ago. Theres finally a wawa here. Thats great news. I wish they had the soft pretzels here though. They do a good job with getting everything done fast. The touch screen order thingy really helps with that. The sandwich and food options are pretty endless. Everyone there is really nice

Its way too busy however they offer so much. Kinda upset because I got charged for bananas that my children walked in with from home for breakfast. Still learning the store and experience. I hear its kinda a big deal up north!

Came here for the Tesla Supercharger, which some Wawas are now supporting. The charger was great, the Wawa had great sandwiches, services along with beverages...perfect place to stop on a road trip. The only gripe I had was this place gets so busy that non-electric cars park.in most of the Tesla Supercharger parking spots, so you might not get a charge if you time it wrong.

Wawa has better sandwiches than most restaurants and theyre very inexpensive. Try their triple decker turkey & ham club...you gotta open wide and you might dislocate your jaw, but trust me its worth it.

Due to its location, I go here for breakfast and lunch almost everyday. Keep in mind that theres a Wendys, Burger King, Pollo Tropical, Subway and several other well established fast food joints close by. The fact that I make this my first option says a lot b/c I dont eat nasty tasting food. As a matter of fact I convinced ALL of my coworkers and Supervisor of there food and now they go there on the regular.

There bathrooms needed attention. But overall an ok place to get what you need in a hurry.

Being from New Jersey, I am very familiar with Wawa. I think this is the king of convenience stores. They are clean, the employees are helpful, the have fresh sandwiches and good gas prices. I highly recommend them. My only complaint is that they dont have a store in Gainesville. Build one soon.

Everything you LOVE about the WaWa(s) across the country is right here. Gas, Diesel, Propane Tanks and enough Hot/Cold food to make Everyone Happy. Some stations are 24 hours a day, making them the best place to pit stop anywhere.

As far as gas stations go they usually have some of the cheapest prices and good snacks inside. They make their own hot food which is nice. Subs are tasty!

This Wawa plays music at the terminals and there is no way to mute it. Two star rating is in comparison to most other Wawas.

Im going to give this Wawa 4 🌟 as not to drag down there overall rating. However as much as I love Wawa and have for years this location was a dysfunctional disappointment more like 2 🌟.Allow me to explain.I ordered the brisket sandwich and so did my fiance we were excited to try it, so we placed our orders and I walked to the cash wrap to prepay, the line was not long however I obviously picked the wrong line, as the wait was probably 20 minutes the middle-aged woman at the register couldnt work it and also couldnt count cash. The man in front of me ordered $9 of gas and a drink for a total of $10.06 he proceeded to hand her $20.06 she repeated 20.06 several times as she struggled to figure out how to put it into the register. the mans frustration was apparent as he to had been waiting just as long as I had with only four people ahead of us. Finally she went to hand him $14 and change, he said maam I handed you $20.06 my change is $10 can I please have my $10 dollars I am in a rush, they argued for a while and then another associate came over to assist her. I vouched for the man that has change was $10. I could tell he was just trying to be honest as he could have just taken the 14 dollars and left. When it was my turn she sat there with the register open looking at me to give her cash when I already processed my payment electronically with my debit card. Then she started tot take the next person without giving me a receipt I had to ask for it.Finally i walked back over and grabbed our sandwiches.It was a nice night so we decide to sit outside as there is outside seating. (When you sit down at the tables it says on them no smoking area, ) I unwrapped my sandwich and wow it look like a hot mess, wet and sloppy, and very difficult to eat, two bites in I was overwhelmed by the smell of cigarette smoke coming from two tables away, where to Wawa associates were taking a break while smoking cigarettes unfortunately we were downwind, so I decided to wrap my sandwich up and wait to eat it later when I got home. I hate to be the one to give a Wawa a poor review but this location left a bad taste in my mouth and could use some serious work. The next closest Wawa is 8 miles from me but if I desire a Wawa sandwich Id rather take the drive. Sorry Wawa.

Hands down the best gas station in all of south Florida! Endless food options, snacks, and even tasty beverages. Excellent customer service, and quite honestly a breathtaking experience to go to this WaWa!

Interestingly, the best bacon egg & cheese on a croissant i ever had might be from this Wawa. Bacon was perfectly crispy amazing. The light roast coffee was excellent too. Probably had a 1,000 calorie breakfast though :-/

Wawa is the best!!! Its great they finally made it to South Florida. Its like if a better version of 7-11 had a baby with a better version of racetrack and then that baby took lots of steroids and got big into meditation and yoga.

Always crowded gas prices reasonable food is pretty good City of Riviera Beach is %100 black run from mayor to city council to department headsI give it 3-5 years before its completely taken over by the county or serious corruption charges are filed against those in power, other possibility is they run the town into the ground and businesses and jobs leave like Detroit.

So happy to see Wawa comming to the area ! I remember this franchise from South Jersey. Friendly cashiers. Store always clean and items are always fresh. Kind of like comming home in a weird way ! I have been all over the USA. Always on a road trip ! Very happy they are now in South Fl.

Maybe not the lowest gas prices around but close to them. The Deli is awesome, as is the coffee bar, convenience store has everything you need. Really good muffins. Plenty of parking and free Air for your tires.

Average gas station but it does have the best priced gas in the local vicinity. It is $0.05 to $0.10 cheaper then in Riviera Beach or on Singer Island, FL. It is well lit and has FREE Air! That is rare these days.

This place has the cheapest gas, so expect to have to circle around a couple time to find an open pump. I like this gas station because of the good selection in the store. Also, this is one of the few gas stations Ive seen that accepts Android Pay (even at the gas pump).

Very well kept and maintained. Staff is always nice, friendly and courteous. I also love the fact that its one of the only gas stations where I can get 85 gas.

We have so many card Skimmers down here in Florida I use to pay for my gas with my phone now I ride a motorcycle and I have to walk inside and undress gloves Helmet etc jus to buy gas cause the NFCs readers do not work with your phone anymore

I needed a Tesla supercharge at 10PM after getting someone from PBI airport. Staying in a condo, I also needed some basic breakfast and snacking supplies. WaWa on Garden Road was there for me. Big Thanks. .

What can I say Im from Jersey love Wawa theres no place like Wawa Racetrack and all those other places that serve gas and have a deli plus a coffee bar inside plus a small convenience store as well on the same property dont have anything on Wawa while I just does it bigger and better and their pricing is at rock-bottom there the cheapest place at high quality products

Little expensive but super clean inside. Great food and drink menu thats like Starbucks quality. I pay the little extra for them being open late and ability to get it now when working late 1AM 2AM etc

Love the food and the coffee is by far the best for any gas station.

Cafe area is amazing but service can be hit or miss. Gas is cheap and I always use the ethanol free option. Free air which comes in handy when you are in a hurry. Friendly cashiers.

It took 15 - 20 minutes to make a simple 3 minutes sandwich including heating it up. Avoid the cafe in the evening hours. Wont do this again.

Best sandwiches fast service friendly inexpensive

I am from the Atlanta area and we have quicktrips but you got to love the WaWa wry clean grey prices. I was just in town last week for a baseball tournament and needed to run over to get the guys some food and drinks before a second game of a doubleheader I went in got the drinks got the pre made sandwich then I was to pick up some hotdogs that’s why I went to the WaWa and I looked around couldn’t find them so I went to over to the kitchen area and asked the cook behind the counter and asked where are the hotdogs and she said to me” we don’t have hotdogs” I looked at her and said “your a convince store that is weird that you don’t have roller food or gas station food” I am still miffed. So i had to go and get some hamburgers from McDonald’s for the guys. But very odd

I think this will be the future of the supercharging stations in the front part a very big gas station then in the back there are the superchargers its very busy here so check to make sure you have space the location was easy off the high way and since its a gas station it has a convince store.

So Im from New England and I keep telling everyone who will listen about the wonders of Wawa. Name brand quality snacks and food at a discount store price. Check. A hour sandwich shop that blows Jimmy Johns and Subway out of the water. Yep. Open 24 hours a day with no dip in quality or customer satisfaction. You better believe it.

I didnt want to like this place but dammit, I love Wawa now & I enjoy theyre smoothies! I wish the shakes had more of a variety like the smoothies selection. I enjoy the staff as well

The manager behind the food bar is rude, I have no idea why she thinks its fine to talk to her employees the way she does its shameful. Especially when those where the only attentive and helpful employees there. As for the old blond cashier I sat waiting for her to finish her conversation with the other cashier before she would even acknowledge that I was waiting to cashout. I got prejudice vibes from how I seen how bad employees are treated with more respect then the good ones Racetracs better Id support them all day before wawas..

Kaneesha the cashier was very unprofessional and rude. She charged me for a cup of ice, which I knew was free if you purchase a beverage...and even after the manager Omar agreed with me she proceeded to have an attitude about my refund.. To then be informed by another customer that was exiting while i was going to pick up my change due to the pump not working that she was inside talking mess about me. Wow! Maybe some training in store policies and conduct would be beneficial to this individual.
