I visited Singer Island Liquor Booth for the first time and was very impressed with the customer service, prices and the vast selection as well as the knowledge of the products they sell. Mike and Monika were very friendly and helpful when I had questions. I wish I could give them 10 or 20 stars on this rating. If you want good prices, friendly service or just want to brows then I highly recommend stopping by the Liquor Booth on Singer Island
The clerk is friendly, personable and helpful. They have a good selection of products. Quick/easy walk from where Im at.
My family when I am in town. The only place to buy your liq by the 🌴
I gave this store 1 star for the friendly clerk. However we count believe the price gouging for the 750 ml blue Bel Air its locked in a case for $129.00 when its sold all over $39.99 to 29.99 this is definitely price gouging and the excuse today gave was because everyone comes and buy them and sell them down in Miami in the club for $500 that still doesnt give the excuse to price gouge for a 750 ml that runs no more than $39.99 and the lowest 29.99.
Better go there for your liquor and beer while on Singer Island.
Great place friendly service.
Friendly staff with lots to choose from with good prices
Wonderful experience. Be sure to save room for churros for desert!! Mango margaritas were yummy and cheese dip with chorizo was awesome! Everyone loved their meals and super service.
Owner took the time to educate us on scotch! Awesome!!!
New owners are great. Can ride my bike there. Great to have a real liquor store back on Singer Island. No upcharge for credit. Glad the grouchy old owner is gone. Lol
They had a good bourbon selection and prices were pretty decent
Good selection of alcohol and very friendly service.
Great selection! Owners are friendly and helpful.
Stopped in here since we were vacationing on the island, and we needed a few things to keep our room stocked. Staff was super friendly and had a nice selection. Next time we vacation here, I will make it a point to stop in. If you live in the area and need something stop in for a good selection, great customer service, and friendly faces!
I was staying at one of the hotels on the island, and was walking over to the beach when I stopped in here to just grab a coke. While I was already in there, I wanted to grab a few other things for later that night. I didnt want to go back to the store on my way back from the beach when I was wet & sandy- but I also didnt want to drag of all of my bottles down to the beach with me. I explained to the owner my predicament, and she offered to hold my purchase until I was done with the beach, and I could come back and pick it up at my leisure. I was utterly blown away by this friendliness, as the previous owner would never have done anything like that. The new owners are super nice & friendly, and I definitely recommend this place!
Great little liquor store on Singer Island excellent selection even though small of cigars
Nice selection of liquor and standard domestic beer. Limited but ok selection of craft beer. Nice selection of cigars and reasonably priced. Usually have a dog ready to be pet!
TL/DR: This place is terrible. Go to the Gator across from the EXXON.The manager is a rude jerk who doesnt give receipts. The tax in Florida is 6 %, the county tax is 1% and there is no extra tax on alcohol purchases and we were charged 13%. 😒 He was also pretty insistent on customers paying cash for the cash discount even after my friend said she only had a card. The floors were disgusting. It smelled weird. There was lots of dust on everything. I really wish we had gone to Gator convenience store around the corner, which is right across from the Exxon Gas Station where the cashier said everyone who was a customer of this store had made the same complaint.TL/DR: This place is terrible. Go to the Gator across from the EXXON.
Nice n clean!!!
Love supporting local businesses like this one! The store is conveniently located in Singer Island, right by the beach and the hotels. The girl who was running the store was super friendly and helpful.
Superior selection and service, I have called ahead and ordered over the phone and everything was nicely packaged and ready when I arrived. I even saw one of the owners give a customer a ride back to their hotel, super friendly.
New owners are great! So happy to see it being renovated and operated by people who care. Its now a great asset to the community!
Because Im a cazillionaire, I dont mind paying $40 for a 6 pack of Blue Moon and a bottle of Chateau Ste Michelle. I feel paying 15% on a credit card purchase is totally okay, everyone does it. Unknowingly paying for a plastic bag you didnt want? Why not. Im also ok with the layers of dust on everything; its probably part of the aging process of the wines. And apparently my deviated septum & sinus issues are finally paying off because the constant smell of mold/mildew didnt bother me. (Insert eye roll now. Worst store ever. Go somewhere else)
I bought a bottle of scotch and a six pack. Listed prices were high but we were right by the beach so I was willing to pay the $55 for the two items. But, whoa, the old guy tells me the price is $75. What?!?!?!? I asked how he got that amount and he told me Florida sales tax is 8%, Singer Island tax is 4 more percent for a total of 12% tax and that the store charges 15% on top of that for using a credit card. I tell him that Florida sales tax is only 6% (I am a resident of Florida) and that I will pay cash. He still charges me a total of 12% sales tax but takes off the abusive credit card charges. After he gives me the change and I am walking out he says that I am an effing a-hole for even questioning him. I agree with the other poster that the store is dirty and unkempt. I suggest that you go over the bridge to the Publix or Walgreens liquor stores for a cleaner store, a more friendly experience and the correct tax calculation. If you go to Singer Island Liquors, be prepared to pay double and be treated rudely.
New management finally! No more going over the bridge to refill the liquor cabinet. Highly recommended! A+++
Nice hearing German programs in the background. Had a nice time with the owners!
Shop is under new management and is absolutely AMAZING now! Night and day! Love this place.
The ladies restroom is always a mess usually no tissue or floors are soaking wet and think you would have somebody keep an eye on it otherwise its a beautiful place service is fantastic foods good I know youre on the beach but maybe somebody should check it
I will never return to this store. Waaaay overpriced. A big bottle of Bacardi rum is 29.99 here. Ridiculous. I’ll drive a few miles away to ABC and pay 18.99 thank you very much.
Has it all! Nice store great selection and friendly staff great owners thank you.
New owners, service is great, easy access good selection, nothing like previous ownership
First of all he says I need cash,I tell him I have a credit card, then he says that it is a 20.00 dollar minimum to use the card then he rings it up and charges an extra 3.00 to use my card!I will never go back and I live on the island,go across the bridge to inlet liquorsand spare yourself the bullshit, price gauging is over.
Terrible store. Dirty and smells of mildew. Very overpriced but could look past that due to the location. But this store charges a 15% fee for use of a card instead of cash due to added security fees from the credit card companies is ridiculous. Rude service. Went to other nearby liqour store where the clerk stated he gets at least one customer per day complaining about Singer Island Liqour. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
Very nice people
Over priced would be okay. This is robbery. a low level bottle of bourbon and a 4 pack of beer $65.00Same as what other people said. Im okay paying a little extra for the location, but the extra fee for a credit card was absurd on top of the high prices. Stay away!!! $11 dollars of beer and $35 dollar bottle of bourbon(8 bucks and 28 bucks on the mainland) = $65 after taxes and fees. ROBBERY.
This placed is closed.Theres a large sign bolted to the wall that says, TEMPORARILY CLOSED and theres a chain and padlock on the door.It looks more than temporary.
Very friendly new owners. Very helpful as well.....
Way over priced and charges 15 percent to use a credit card. But what do you do when it is so close? First clue should have been all the dust on the wine bottles! Paid $60 for a $36 bottle of Woodford. For beer or wine use the Gator Grocery right around the corner from this place.
Looked ok for wine and liquor (nothing special tho), but I wouldn’t go there for craft beer at all
Liquor selection is okay but the beer selection is seriously lacking.
The best liquor store around this area
Weak selection
Friendly owners
Great liquor store!!!!!
Best liquor store in WPB. Great selection, a lot from Germany, e.g. Aperol (which is almost nowhere to be found in the USA), Schladerer plum water. Great wines. Very nice new owners, Monika and Mike from Darmstadt, great advice before buying. Were in WPB as a visitor. Got great tips from both of them. We wish all the best for the new owners.Best liquor store in WPB. Great selection, much from Germany, e.g. Aperol (which is hard to find in the US), Schladerer plum brandy. Great wines.
