Employee decided to close 30minutes early and tried to tell me it closes at 7:30pm. Publish the correct hours or let your employees know they are paid by the hour and not to celebrate when I accept that they closed and should be open.

I have visited this location 2 days in a row. Yesterday I came & they were closed. Today I went and it was closed 5 minutes beforehand. Hours need to be updated. I will only come during the day from now on. (FYI unless there is a sign stating that the business is closing early, it needs to stay open until the published time of closing.)

Pulled up to drive thru had one guy step out and stair at us the hole time and everything we tried to order they didnt have it

This establishments hours are until 9 pm; I have come to this restaurant multiple times at different times; 745pm, 8pm, 830pm and the doors are locked and they are closed. The most recent trip Ive made there an attendant was in the drive thru area and just turned her back to me without even letting me know they were closed and it was 820pm. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I will never come to this establishment and will not recommend this location.

Please adjust your hours. It’s 8:25 on 8/14 on a Friday night and according to your hours you should be open but you are closed.

Clean facility. Workers are always tending to the appearance and cleanliness of the interior. One male employee has gone above and beyond when serving us every visit.

Young man who works evening shift very rude and texting on his phone while taking orders, then doesn’t even wash his hands, no gloves no nothing. Then asked what me and my son wants, I tell him and he puts the wrong topping and I stop him and tell him that’s not what my son wanted on there and he insisted that that’s what I said with an attitude. Obviously his head was somewhere else. All in all we left without it. We won’t be back! What a disappointment! We took our services to Dairy Queen!

Had most of the flavors of a normal baskin Robins. I liked their cookies and creme flavor but felt at odds with the sugar cone. Great service.

The service was dreadful. That part of town, its to be expected but I walked into, you want doughnuts or ice cream? Cool what you want? Just took my card, didnt give a total or anything I had to search all over for a spoon. Food is good but its basking Robbins we all know the ice cream is good. Not like they make it there.

They never have anything including coffee or donuts.. I mean never. Its like jelly without peanut butter or salt without pepper. Stop somewhere else

Everytime I come to this location it is a horrible experience! I only come for one thing and that is a cappuccino blast because the next closest location to me is Stuart, FL. I dont know why I keep giving this location a chance but I will no more! Everytime I order this one drink the customer service is rude and they always tell me they are out of the mix or vanilla ice cream. I am and would be an everyday customer but this is how I get treated everytime! How can you be out of these two things everytime I come, especially vanilla ice cream?!?! I know why because when I walk in there they are doing nothing and they dont want to work! Thats ok because you have lost my business for good. I hope in the future you will hire employees that actually care about the service of your customers.
