We had used this place several times in the past and were always satisfied. Recently we paid to have 2 scales to be calibrated and when we got to our event in Texas, they failed and we had to purchase another scale for $300. While they did give us a refund, they will not recalibrate for free, which I think they should, given the additional cost.

I called Gulfstream Scale on a Friday at 4:20pm needing a certified crane scale -- for the following Monday morning. By 4:45pm we had taken care of billing and shipping information with a label printed to be sent overnight to Fort Lauderdale.It was extremely easy to rent and work with Richard. The customer service, especially under the gun on a Friday evening, was spectacular.

We had to get some torquing equipment calibrated immediately for a project. The folks at Gulfstream Scale were able to get the work turned around quickly and professionally. I recommend them for calibration of your torque wrenches and hydraulic torque tools.
