DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I order a full case of AA batteries in mid-February, and instead of sending me one case, they only sent me ONE package, shorting me SEVEN PACKS. My order was over $100. When I contacted them by phone, their manager Phyllis Carr never returned my call after two attempts, over one full week. When I emailed her about the problem, she told me that she would immediately correct the problem and send me out my remaining batteries the same day. Its now a month later, and I STILL havent received the promised merchandise! When I sent her a third email, she refused to answer me at all. Today I am writing the Department of Consumer Affairs with a formal complaint of false advertising and fraud. Ill get satisfaction, some how.
