I called several electricians to install two new ceiling fans with lights. Brown Electric responded very quickly and courteously with a quote that was much more reasonable than some high-ball estimates from other electricians. The Brown Electric electrician arrived promptly, was courteous and professional, and did a great job to install the fans. One fan needed to be installed on a vaulted ceiling and this was done perfectly. I will not hesitate to use Brown Electric again for future projects.

Brown Electrical Solutions did not provide quality work or good customer service. Partial power went off Friday evening about 30 minutes after the tech completed the installation. We suffered through 60 hours of partial service with extension cords and fans. There was no response from Brown Electric that night or all weekend. Having left multiple emails and voicemails, I expected a call first thing Monday at the latest. Getting no follow-up, I called Brown Electric at 9 am Monday and the office staff was not aware of my service outage or my pleas. Thats when I became suspect of their work. Several days later, an inspection was performed for my insurance company and revealed non-compliant issues. No grommets in cutouts, main feeder conduit not secured to box, house side wires not secured, spliced wires & no grounding.. The job was not up to Code. I advised Mr. Brown of this possible dangerous situation and asked him to come to the residence, he insinuated that insurance companies are not always right and asked me if I expected Mr. Dell to come fix my Dell computer if it needed repair. He was definitely not coming. He stood by the skill of his techs, He offered no resolution to our problem. I had to pay another electrical contractor to bring the service to code

From the person answering the phone to the electrician coming in to do the work, they were a pleasure to deal with. I had an emergency and they were able to come and fix the problem within hours.

Brown Electric did a great job. They were professional and on time. I look forward to working with them again.

Jeff had not been briefed by your office on the project we okayed, but once I explained it, he crawled into the attic and did everything but install the ceiling fan in our living room. Could not complete the job today because your office did not tell him he needed a 3 foot rod, which we understood was included in the quote. He is going to pick it up and complete the job on Monday. He also solved the problem of running the fan independent of the ceiling light but teaching me how to use the remote control. He is 5/5 in our book.Steve and Sally Seftenberg

O.m.G, WOW!When I say NOW I know why they have sooo many great reviews, I really know why they have so many great reviews.Im pretty new to the Riviera Beach area and I had been searching high and low to find a company to help me figure out why my electric water heater would nt work/ run hot water for too long.Keena was great and spoke to me like a person, not like someone she was trying to sell their service to. When I spoke to one other person in particular and theyhandled a concern that I had with such grace, that just confirmed everything and thats when I knew, ​these were people with core values and really cared about helping their customers and solving their problem!They had an electrician come out there, diagnose, solve and fix the problem all in about just 30 min or less which took multiple other contractors/electricians way longer who werent even really sure what the problem was, but wanted to charge me to do work they thought it might be, smh.Brown Electric Solution was sent from an angel to us. Their prices are reasonable, they know what theyre doing. Im definetly going to see if they have any other services they provide so maybe they can be my 1 stop shop for other projects I need done around the house. I would Definitely recommend them. I really just wanted to express my gratitude with them because they really dont know how much weve been fighting this water heater issue and out of all the companies, they were the only ones to come out and solve the big mystery and fix it. Of all the pros referred to me, they were the only ones who actually called. They quoted me a very fair price to properly install 2 fan brackets and fans in two bedrooms. I was texted before they arrived and they arrived on time, took care to keep the rooms clean while they worked and left them as clean as they found them. The team (Raphael and an assistant) from Brown were on time, thorough and completed the job to my standards, even after our wiring threw them a curveball. They not only installed our new outdoor fans and lights, they helped troubleshoot and repair the wiring so that everything worked properly. Also, when additional services were needed, and would cost more than what I was originally quoted (the wiring being messed with by a previous owner was an issue) they were very clear on how much it would cost and what they could do. I found their pricing fair, especially with the amount of additional work and time that was involved and not planned for in their initial quote. Nikki in the office was very kind and professional. This company was recommended to me by a friend. I had some light fixtures added with dimming switches in my commercial space. I appreciate that the electricians were very professional and responsive. The owner and his office staff were also extremely friendly, professional, and communicative. The lights look great!

This company is terrible. I scheduled one month ahead and they confirmed twice. Then just hours before they were to show up, the cancelled. Due to Covid of course, but I have serious doubts. Owner said he was more concerned about Covid than getting my work done. He could have told me that a week ago. Never deal with them.

Vincent and his guys are solid and professional. They did our Electrical install during an extensive remodel and made all the other contractors look like fools. During some folllow-up work about a year later it was the same: prompt, professional work from a nice guy. And when they installed an outdoor plug for us that ended up having some issues, we called Vince to let him know and he had a guy at the house THE NEXT DAY to solve it. Brown can do it for YOU.
