An associate named Mercedes gave me awesome customer service she was very patient with me. I explained to her that it was my first time getting a storage unit so she walked me through step by step on everything down from personally installing the public storage application on my cellphone to showing me the unit that would best fit my interest. The weather was rainy and cold but she stuck it out with me anyways.

The employee acted like I was bothering her! Im like arent you working? I am a customer. I cleaned out my unit. They remodeled but its only the outside. The units are cruddy. I threw away my things because who knows what was living inside my unit since the walls were cracked!

Dana is the absolute best! I mistakenly rented the wrong type of storage unit online and was worried about how the Florida heat would effect my furniture. I went to the office and he helped me decide which type of unit would be better by explaining how everything would fit inside the unit, why climate control is better for what I wanted to store and took me around to show me all my options. Then seamlessly transferred my lease agreement to my new unit and I couldn’t be more happy. I have rented from public storage three times and have made a customer for life with how attentive they are. If you ever need any type of storage go see Dana at Blue heron. Hello to whom it may concern, I’d like to acknowledge Misha at the Riviera Beach Public Storage, as she has been very helpful and honest. I accidentally gave her an extra $100 for my payment and she returned it to me. Moreover, she has helped me with other things that has been very beneficial. In her absence Andres too has shown much hospitality.

Prices are great, other than that, its a storage place. What else ya want?

Came to public storage on blue heron Blvd. Misha was very helpful. It was an easy transition. Thank you for all your help. They only down fall here is that they don’t have the flatbeds to move your stuff around. So you have to make several trips with a hand truck. 😫Misha stated people steal. So I’m assuming they don’t have cameras on the premises.

Nicole was my personal angel!!! I am writing this two days late because life got in the way. But I can not sing enough praise for this woman. My sick and disabled mother had trouble getting her account and payment under control and so when I got POA and came into the branch asking a million and one questions and Nicole was saint getting it all taken care of! She even called later to let us know final updates went through and asked if we had any further questions! She was better than I could have ever hoped for.

I can’t figure out why these units have an almost 5 star rating. My storage unit was broken into the same day we moved our stuff there. This happens all the time there and You can see the blue locks everywhere from where the owners lock was cut off the units and they put on one of thier own blue ones on. When this happened to us they call to tell you and I missed the call so they didn’t leave a message or anything and said “sorry we aren’t responsible for anything because you didn’t get the insurance” horrible experience

Needs upgrading. Gate access is slow coming and going. Obvious pest issues. I want to find new space for less....this 10x10 is almost $200 per month (includes late fee 🤷🏾‍♀️) started off like $75.

This location was home to many stuff for a few months. The sign up was easy, Andres was super kind and helpful. And upon move out, list my keys for the lock, Dana went above and beyond to ensure I had access to my stuff!!! I would recommend this location to everyone!

Our house was damaged by hurricane irmo and our landlord decided to sell. We were stuck and had to move out of state while I was 5 months pregnant. We were assured our belongings to our 4 bedroom house were safe with them. Then I had complications with my pregnancy forcing us to have to leave our stuff for 6 months. We paid over $300 a month to them. I had the baby and them we came for our stuff only to find EVERYTHING WAS RUINED. we had water damage from a leaky roof, our couch and clothes and boxes were chewed so bad by rats and were covered in rat poop and urine, we had 3 dead and decaying rats in our unit and because of this it was infested with roaches and maggots everywhere. They told us they couldnt refund me the 2+ grand I had paid them. They said it would be covered by the insuramce policy WHICH ONLY COVERS $200 FROM RODENTS. My couch and mattresses for myself and kids were only 6 months old when they were stored. Thats over 3 grand alone not to mention everything else. They wouldnt even give me any boxes to replace the water damaged ones because they cost money they took 90 minutes to even come remove the dead rats so we had to step around them. We had to sort through everything. Then they kicked us out at 6. This was on 7/31. I removed my destroyed belongings I had worked so hard for and left back to sc. Then the next day I recieved a bill for August rent. Even though I was out. I paid for my stuff to be safely stored. I basically paid them $315 a month to feed my belongings to their rats. DO NOT STORE HERE! We met someone that same day with the same problems as us. I hope my story saves your belongings.

Place is absolutely disgusting!! My storage unit is currently infested with rat droppings! In the process of moving and every time I’m there I discover more. The rat infestation is clear as day, as soon and you walk in the building the smell overwhelms you. I’ve moved some things out and had to throw away so many things because they’re destroyed. Books, clothes, decor, all destroyed. I complained about this a while ago and clearly nothing was done.
