Store is nice and clean and employees were friendly and helpful. Our sales person did not know too much about the specials and sales going on or the financing options but did work to find out. If you are financing or using 12 months no interest make sure to read over your contract carefully and ask about the charges. I was asked about an insurance policy and when I asked how much it would be I was told it was included. Upon reading my contract I found out that it was a charge of $58 so I asked to have it removed. I feel like that wasnt the honest way of doing business because on the contract it also states the company receives a commission for selling the insurance. My contract had to be written 3 different times to remove things that I did not agree to so make sure to read it carefully. I enjoy my furniture so far.

Ive always had a good experience with them. They are ALWAYS friendly staff and the prices and low monthly payments are WONDERFUL. Plus they dont HOUND you about your payments like other Rent to own places. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Highly disappointed with the unsuccessful delivery of my furniture 😡😤. Extremely dissatisfied with poor attempt and attitude of team at getting my set into my apartment. Guess no one likes a woman offering suggestions when they think they know it all. But if my other 2 sets (similar to this one) fit though the door, then Im sure if they had tried harder this one would have to.#Shame on you delivery team! 🤬🤬🤬

I ordered a living room set, it looked so beautiful but when it got home it was scratched and full of dust, it was so disappointing, I CoUld say they didnt review what they were sending to my house, it didnt look new but a second hand furniture set, I asked they take it back because of the bad experience and they didnt make anything to apologize and offering a better service.
